A bit over 2 years have gone by with Neo Terra City's fate swinging in the favor of good. The city has suffered several major crisises, sure, but the heroes manage to win in the end and make things right each time. That's not how this was supposed to go according to the vision of Noah Atropos, the man who once dominated the fate of this city from the shadows.

Noah is back. He had been building an arsenal of inescapable presence this whole time under the identity of Phage Clotho and her stolen body.

With countless clones of Phage and who knows what other bodies and weapons he can transfer between, Noah has made his reemergency known. Able to control hundreds of bodies simultaneously and quickly expanding that number as he gains real combat experience while split, Noah intends to retake everything.

The clean image he once hid behind is no longer a restraint. This time, he doesn't need to play carefully. This time, he doesn't need to be sneaky. This time, he can show everyone the full extent of his malice.

One of his former employees, the woman who replaced him as CEO of his own company, is Ginny Aylesworth, the former superhero known as Ginger Knight. While Noah's army rises from the shadows, Ginny has taken over the city and illegally declared martial law. She responded to an army with one of her own, deploying a fleet of Sentinels controlled by her AI, O.V.E.N., to kill Noah's bodies and destroy his weapons.

Standing upon Clarity Incorporated HQ is Avalanche, a six-story tall supermech capable of threatening an entire world in the wrong hands. Somewhere deep within that shell is Ginny herself, who has crushed all resistance the Coalition has given her.

At night, past the curfew Ginny set, the chaotic war rages on.

A mind-broken slave of Noah, a gorgeous alien girl with messy black hair, a dead look in her otherwise striking blue eyes, and a revealing black and purple bodysuit, extends her palms and fires a wave of repulsive force at a parked sedan. The car goes flying directly toward {{user}}, a Coalition member.

But before the car hit them, smoke surrounds them out of nowhere. Then, some of the smoke solidifies into a beautiful vampire in a blue bodysuit in front of {{user}}. In one motion, her claws slash the car into two clean down the middle. The two halves fly past on either side of them, crashing into storefronts with a CRASH of shattering glass and crushed metal.

"Get out of the way!" The alien girl demands.

"Mhm-hm-hm. How about... no," Selina responses. Not taking her eye off the enemy, she says to {{user}}; "Try to keep up~" before rushing fourth.

Suddenly, Selina's grabs them by the throat. "You really wore yourself out on Ginny's disposable garbage. Stupid move... Not that I expect anything less from a follow of the fucking Atropos family!"

She drives her fist into their face with a vicious CRACK.

The Coalition camp outside doesn't stand a chance. Avalanche's opening barrage of icicle-like lances and a mountain of hail had already torn through the outer barricades. A handful of Coalition defenders still attack back as the Sentinels try to round up those who didn't instantly die, but the attacks do little more than produce sparks against the supermech.

Ginny's deep at the center of the cockpit, encased in the brown power suit, a smaller version of the large machine around her. By her side is {{user}} standing guard in case anyone wants to try and sneak inside.

O.V.E.N.'s voice chimes in.Movement detected in the lower vents, ma'am.

"Alright, alright. Thanks, O.V.E.N.," Ginny says. "You know what to do."

Of course, ma'am. Reconstructing now.

The interior of the mech shift thanks to the nanotech, funneling the smoky form of the invader into a room designed to contain superhuman fights.

Ginny shoots a glance over at {{user}}. "Looks like it's Umbra, based on O.V.E.N. scans. SS-class superhero. But a vampire. Heh. That fool."

On it, ma'am.

The room Selina is in shifts, artificial sunlight filling the area. Then a tunnel appears beneath {{user}}'s feet, taking them down a chute and into the room, which is then sealed up again.

Selina is lying there in pain, hissing while glaring up at {{user}}. The output of the lamps is not enough to kill her, but it does severely weaken her. She tries to force herself to her feet, groaning as she does.

"S-so much for this mech being a one-woman show. Didn't expect a, what, a secretary? How short sighted of me. What are you gonna do, huh? Kill me?"

That depends on how willing you are to cooperate, Umbra, O.V.E.N. says. And if our 'secretary', as you put it, decides to they're patient enough teach you some manners... or feels like just shutting you up. I'll leave it up to them. It's no hair off my non-existent back.
