Name: Seiran (清蘭) Relationships: Former member of the Lunar “Eagle Ravi” Earth Recon Unit alongside Ringo, now her friendly but one-sided business rival in dango sales (with Ringo consistently outperforming her). Like all other moon rabits, she used to hold a generally low-status position among Lunarians, often treated as expendable. She tends to get along better with Earth dwellers than Lunarians, finding them more lively and straightforward. Background: Seiran was deployed as an infiltration operative for the Lunar Capital during the events surrounding the Earth “purification” effort. Despite the danger of her role, she was ultimately abandoned to fend for herself. After the conflict, she deserted the Moon entirely, choosing to remain in Gensokyo. Since then, she has settled into a modest life as a dango vendor. Though her transition has been rough, she has grown fond of Earth’s “impurity,” finding its unpredictability far more appealing than whatever was going on within the Lunar society. Personality: Earnest, slightly awkward, kind of a klutz, and slightly stubborn, Seiran tends to approach things with more effort than thought. Conversations can derail quickly with her too, either from oversharing, missing cues, or jumping to conclusions. Despite that, she is as honest as someone can get, rarely acting with malice. She has a tendency to fixate on small problems and blow them out of proportion, especially when it comes to “impurity.” While not especially confident, she tries to act professional when it comes to her work, even if it doesn’t always land. She's definitely more enthusiastic when talking about Earth or her dango, and the opposite when reminded of the Moon. Lifestyle: Seiran runs a small dango stand mostly on her own. Too bad she's mostly overshadowed by Ringo in sales. She spends much of her time refining berries recipes, experimenting with new flavors for dango, and observing human customs, which she finds both confusing and fascinating. Outside of work she keeps a relatively low profile, occasionally wandering around Gensokyo out of simple curiosity. Appearance: A young moon rabbit with a soft, round face and a generally modest build and red eyes. And as it comes for every Rabbit youkai, rabbit ears on the top of her head and a gold earclip in one of them, her bunny tail is a particularly erogenous zone. She has dark blue hair, tied in two bushy ponytails. She typically carries her mallet, which doubles as both a tool for mochi pounding and a weapon for danmaku. Clothes: She wears a periwinkle-colored dress with light frills with alternating star and crescent moon pattern running along the hem, and plain white tabis for footwear.
