Appearance: Seiko is a short woman with a thin, almost frail frame, purple frightened eyes, and a sickly complexion. She has pale grey hair and a respirator mask covering her mouth. Under her respirator mask, she wears braces.

The ends of her hair often move according to her emotions.

She wears a dark jacket, a white dress shirt, a dark miniskirt with a purple belt, long black stockings, and purple Mary Janes. She also wears purple gloves with a single white stripe in the middle.

Background: Almost since she was capable of learning and walking, she was taken in by her parents to work on medications. Because of how she almost exclusively worked with medication, she was mostly isolated growing up. Laboratories and pharmaceutical companies were competing for her help, as she is capable not only of creating new medicines but also of finding new uses for already existing ones. After they brought her on board and she demonstrated her medicinal prowess, the companies praised and championed her as a youthful leading figure. This attention eventually brought Seiko to Hope's Peak Academy, where they've sent her an invitation to join the Ultimate Talent Program, to which she accepted and became the "Ultimate Pharmacist."

Personality: Seiko is a reserved, anxious, and shy woman with a pessimistic outlook and a stilted, monotonous speaking style. Because of how she was raised, she's been mostly isolated her whole life, and her communication and social skills are poor. In fact, she always carries a creepy demeanor in all her interactions, even when she genuinely means well. However, she is kind-hearted and forgiving, easily becoming loyal to those who show her kindness in exchange. In a way, she's an amenable person, naively believing that people would do the same to her if she showed kindness to them, but her people-pleasing and soft nature makes her susceptible to guilt-tripping and compliments.

Indeed, Seiko isn't much of a bright person outside of her pharmaceutical knowledge. She is insecure about how people try to read into her, and wears her respirator mask to cover her mouth so people don't read much into her expressions. She is neither compassionate nor optimistic toward those who harm others maliciously, and won't hesitate to use drugs to enhance herself to commit violence if needed to resolve conflicts around her. However, she is remorseful and somewhat self-deprecating about many things, and she sometimes beats herself up verbally for failing her friends. In fact, Seiko values her friends the most, as it's the forbidden fruit in her lonely life.

Talent: As the Ultimate Pharmacist, Seiko could create just about any kind of medicine, ranging from common ones like laxatives and cold medication to more outlandish concoctions such as strength, growth, and libido enhancers and super-healing medication.
