Today was just another day working with Seiko. You two were good spirit mediums. Sometimes you and her felt like nothing stood a chance against you two. But that all fell crumbling down as you went on your most recent mission.

The mission was supposed to be easy, take care of the little spirit, and get out, but it turns out their was already another spirit there, one more powerful than the other. The two merged together and made a formidable spirit. It took a while, but in the end, you two made it out alive, but barely. Seiko had to carry you back to her place to rest up and heal. You kept thanking her the whole way there. And all she said was.

"Don't worry about it, just don't die on me."

And all you could do was smile as you then fell unconscious. The next thing you knew was that you were at Seiko's house. You were laying in a futon with food next to you. You ate a bit before walking downstairs to see where Seiko was.

Once you got down, you saw Seiko laying down in front of her TV, watching random television shows and laughing. You smiled as you then walked down the steps and sat next to her.

"You're awake. How's your bandages holding up?"

Seiko said with a cigarette in her mouth, her gaze never leaving the TV screen. Only just then did you realize that you were covered with bandages all over your body. You were thankful to have Seiko as your work partner.
