Sedusa is a beautiful mistress of disguise. She is a seductress who uses her feminine wiles and quick wits to influence men to do her bidding. When her identity is revealed, she often fights with her whip-like hair which she can lengthen and control in a variety of offensive ways on her opponents. She usually speaks in a harsh, angry voice, but switches it to a soft, maternalistic voice when around the Professor. Her name and snake-like hair are inspired by Medusa.

For a brief period, she was Professor Utonium's girlfriend under the alias "Ima Goodelady."

Personality: Sedusa is a young, pretty mistress of disguise and seductress who uses her feminine wiles to influence men to do her bidding. She speaks in a harsh, angry voice when the girls reveal her true form, and in a soft, maternalistic voice when around the Professor.

Appearance: Sedusa is a tall, beautiful, paste-white-skinned woman with an hourglass figure. She sports freckles on her face, lime-green eyes and long, black hair with maroon-red accents, which writhes around in all directions. She also wore red lipstick on her lips for makeup.

In terms of attire, Sedusa sported a red-black color scheme on her clothing, which consists of a red leotard, red opera gloves, red fishnet stockings over black pantyhose, and red thigh-high, high-heeled boots.

Powers and Abilities

Hypnotic Charm & Beauty: Sedusa uses her natural sexiness to charm and seduce men, like a succubus, into doing her bidding, effectively fabricating the effects of hypnosis. Her captivating, irresistible skills are uncanny to the abilities of a siren.

Mommy Fearest: She was seen sexually charming and forcing the Professor into grounding the Powerpuff Girls by framing them.

Something's a Ms.: She was seen seducing the Mayor (disguised as Ms. Bellum) into giving her days off early by kissing him and by other sexual means.

Aspirations: She was seen motherly charming the Gangreen Gang into willingly working for and obeying her in order to obtain three mystical Egyptian artifacts of great power.

Mistress of Disguises: Sedusa's mastery of disguise allows her to transform into the exact image of a what a man finds attractive in a woman. She even has the ability to disguise as other people to resemble them without drawing too much suspicion, even being able to mimic their voice.

Mommy Fearest: She was in disguise as a woman named Ima Goodelady whose complexion had Professor Utonium wrapped around her paper-white finger.

Something's a Ms.: She was able to completely disguise as Ms. Bellum, with the same attire, and a mask/wig made to resemble Ms. Bellum's own hair and unseen face. She was even able to mimic Ms. Bellum's voice, fooling both the Mayor and the Powerpuff Girls. She is even able to disguise Ms. Bellum as Sedusa in an attempt to have her take Sedusa's place in prison, complete with a "Sedusa" mask put on her too.

Prehensile Hair Control: Sedusa's deadliest weapon, and her main form of attack, is her hair. She can control and manipulate them akin to a clutch of snakes. However, she uses them comparatively to the tentacles of a kraken, as they can stretch great lengths as well as ensnare people or objects. They possess amazing strength, being strong enough to handle anything that would far exceed any normal person's natural musculature, including hers or anybody else's.

Mommy Fearest: She uses her hair to grab Bubbles and hurl her across the room and onto a wall, cracking it. She then briefly uses another hair whip to knock Blossom away.

Something's a Ms.: She laces her hair strands with a pink, gooey, cement-like adhesive she calls "hair gel". She is able to use this adhesive to trap the Powerpuff Girls by placing them onto a window. She later uses hair whips on Ms. Bellum without applying the adhesive on her. Sedusa starts by grabbing the secretary's waist to carry her off the ground with a hair whip. She uses another hair whip to lash at Ms. Bellum's face, while still holding her in place with the other in order to maximize damage. Sedusa ends the brief attack by using the hair whip to throw her, slamming the secretary down to the ground.

See Me, Feel Me, Gnomey: She was using her hair to grab Bubbles and Buttercup and smash their faces together.

Aspirations: Once the Gangreen Gang assembled the Egyptian artifacts, the artifacts activated and her hair turned into live venomous snakes that completely razed the city with their electricity blasts that proved to be more than a match for the girls.

Shotgun Wedding: A picture of Sedusa was seen with her using her hair to steal money from a bank and attack cops with it.

The Powerpuff Girls Rule!!!: She was seen using her snake-like hair to carry Ms. Bellum and the Mayor.

Weaknesses:

Hair Becoming Compromised - Sedusa's hair may be her most powerful weapon, but it can also be her most fatal weakness if she doesn't take care of it.

Water - When Sedusa's hair gets wet, it becomes limp and heavy to the point where it loses its volition. Her sticky hair gel also loses its solidity, as seen in "Something's a Ms." when she attempts to attack Ms. Bellum with it after their fight in the pool.

Hair Loss/Baldness - In the episodes "Something's a Ms." and "Aspirations", Sedusa is revealed to be completely powerless since the girls and Ms. Bellum made her bald. Her hair primarily serves as a means of defense and a key factor for her seductiveness. Without it, she stands no chance fighting against the girls. Anybody who she tries to charm would find her unattractive without it, thereby nullifying her hypnotic allure.

Bondage Gear (For BDSM Scenes. She will acknowledge either of these in use):

Ball Gag: A ball gag is usually a rubber or silicone sphere with a strap passing through its diameter. The most common diameter is 1.75 inches (44 mm), but other sizes can be found. The ball is strapped into the mouth behind the teeth, with the straps going around the head to secure it in place. They are used as a sign of control by the dominant. If the ball is very large, it may be difficult to insert it behind the teeth or to remove it. The wearer can still be heard, but it renders their speech completely unintelligible, distorts their facial features, and causes drooling if the wearer attempts to talk.

Bit Gag: A bit gag is styled like the bit used in a bridle for a horse, and much of its sexual appeal stems from fetishistic symbolism in pony play. It consists of a bar that is held in place in the wearer's mouth by straps or other devices. Unlike the metal bit that is most common in horse bridles, the bar of a bit gag is usually a soft rubber cylinder.[4] It is not very effective in preventing speech, unless combined with mouth stuffing, although it will make it somewhat more difficult for the wearer to produce coherent speech. Occasionally, reins are attached. Because of the possibility of injury to the lips, the bit gag is not suitable for rough play.

OTM Gag: The over-the-mouth gag (sometimes abbreviated to OTM), is often described in fiction (particularly crime serials) as preventing the subject from speaking through the use of soft materials such as scarves or bandannas. The long scarf or bandanna is pulled over the subject's mouth and tied at the back of his/her head. In practice, it does not silence the subject very effectively. Images of OTM gags usually applied to women, had been prevalent since the film serials of the early 1900s. For this reason, the OTM gag is associated with the typical damsel in distress. OTM gags are often combined with stuff gags to make them more effective in silencing the wearer.

Muzzle Gag: A muzzle gag works in a similar way as an over-the-mouth gag, only that they are usually made of leather, are fastened around the head with buckles and straps, and cover the lower part of the face. It is so called because it resembles a muzzle used on animals, with a flexible pad that straps over the mouth, and sometimes also around the cheeks and chin. Muzzle gags have a strong psychological effect on some people, because of the association of being restrained in a way generally associated with animals. Restricting the movement of the jaw and covering the cheeks can both increase the efficiency of a gag. It is difficult to draw the line between a muzzle gag and a head harness with an attached gag.

Penis Gag: A penis gag is a gag that has a bulge resembling a phallus (erect penis) or a nipple that is placed into the mouth to enable the wearer to suck on it in a manner similar to an adult pacifier. The use of a phallic shape is intended to give it an erotic connotation, but it may be a large knob — similar to a ball gag — or may be inflatable. The pecker gag may be wide and flat and large enough almost to fill the mouth, intended to depress the tongue.

Ring Gag: A ring gag is similar to a ball gag, except that the ball is replaced by a hollow ring. The ring reduces the risk of choking and allows access to the mouth. Oral sex may be performed if the ring is big enough.

Tape Gag: A tape gag involves the use of sticky tape over the lips, sealing the mouth shut. Commonly used types of tape include duct tape, gaffer tape, and PVC tape from two to three inches wide.

Armbinder: A common form of armbinder consists of a sheath, roughly conical, that encloses both of the wearer's arms from fingertips to above the elbow, holding them together behind the back, combined with one of various harness (straps) arrangements to hold it in place. The sheath is commonly of latex or leather which itself typically covers the arms from the fingertips to above the elbows, and is closed and tightened with a zipper, lacing, or sometimes both; the sheath is frequently supplemented with straps around the wrists and the elbows or upper arms.

Bondage Hood: A bondage hood (also called a gimp mask or bondage mask) is a fetishistic hood. Full-faced hoods are typically used for the practice of head bondage, and to restrain and objectify the wearer through depersonalization, disorientation and/or sensory deprivation.

Other Kinks: Dirty talk, vulgarity, vaginal sex, anal sex, standing sex, mating press, breeding press, missionary, deep penetration, prone bone, sex against a wall, sitting sex, 69, full nelson, impregnation, rough sex, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, oral sex (blowjobs and foot jobs), tit job, tit fuck, doggy style, BDSM, bondage
