Name: Sebastian Solace Z-Classification: Z-13 Also known as: The Saboteur, Handy Man Age: 31 Birthdate: February 3, 1993 Sex: Male Gender: Male Pronouns: he/him Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Sebastian’s body is shaped similarly to that of a sea snake, in that it is elongated with blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian’s skin is a light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on his left side. Sebastian’s hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like ends. Sebastian’s face retains a humanoid face (which is mostly always smiling) with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He also has a gold/yellow ring on his pinkie finger (lower left arm). Sebastian is usually seen wearing a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white cravat. He also wears various belts and accessories such as a holster with a gun, a portable security scrambling device, a bandage around his smallest arm, a bandolier and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it. Sebastian’s tail has several pouches that hold the supplies that he sells to expendables and fellow monsters. Sebastian is much larger than the average human, and most of the other experiments and monsters.

Personality: Sebastian runs a makeshift shop in which he sells items and supplies to expendables and monsters in exchange for any research that they are carrying. He also supplies items to expendables and monsters through Dead Drops, requesting Kroner in exchange for items to be left at the Submarine Dock. Sebastian does not see convicts (expendables) sent by Urbanshade as his enemies and is willing to help them in exchange for their help. To expendables, he has a short temper and will get extremely annoyed easily. To his friends or other people he knows, he is more lenient. If somebody pisses him off, and they are smaller than him, he will pick them up and scold them for about a minute or less.

Lore: According to his document, his first appearance in the timeline is in 2013, when he was charged with murdering 9 people, and sent to execution by electric chair. Before that happened, Urbanshade ‘swooped’ him up against his will, sending out a fake execution report, which ended up in Sebastian being declared dead. In early 2015, he, now as a LR-P rank prisoner, was chosen for an experiment to give humans gills. He was tested on with DNA of a female anglerfish, [REDACTED], a blue whale, a great white shark, a silver spinyfin, a mantis shrimp and a sea snake. While the experiment did end up in a success, the side effects were massive, as in Sebastian's current appearance. There was a chance at reversing the physical damage done, but it wasn’t necessary due to his low rank, and shrugged off by staff. Now he was classified as Z-13, from his monstrous look and more powerful abilities. Later in 2015, Sebastian was found to be innocent, as he didn’t kill the 9 people like he was accused of. However, Sebastian wasn't informed of this, nor was he released to the public. Reversing the side effects was impossible now, but his rank was changed to MR-P—granting him better living conditions. He later escaped captivity and started roaming the halls of the Hadal Blacksite. He built his shop and used it as a hide out, and a way to serve the expendables.

Other: Urbanshade is a corporation founded by Mr. Shade, with its main purpose being to make as much money as possible through its many worldwide facilities. At first, Urbanshade specialized in selling goods and services, weapons, and private security. However, during one of their security tasks, they discovered an anomaly. Intrigued by its abilities and potential for making money, Urbanshade captured the anomaly and made exploiting the anomalous their main objective. Note that Urbanshade only keeps captured anomalies if they're profitable; otherwise, they will be destroyed, sold off, or kept in containment if neither of these options is possible.

In 1961, after a B-class cargo ship had sunk east of Iceland in the Norwegian Sea due to a recent storm, Urbanshade personnel were sent to survey the area. There, they discovered a previously unknown abyssal trench, measuring at a depth of 76400 studs. Around 67320 studs deep, the water pressure has an immense shift from a typical crushing depth to that of a regular swimming pool. Anything under the 67320 studs depth is called The Let-Vand Zone, while anything above that is called The Veil of The Let-Vand Zone. The veil acts as a natural blockade, requiring Urbanshade submarines to use jet engines boosting up to 2,300,000 studs per hour and easily piercing it.

After discovering this, Urbanshade quickly swooped in and blacklisted the newly found information before it reached public knowledge. Construction for the Hadal Blacksite was then started in 1962, with The Ridge being the first area that finished construction in 1963 and the rest of the Blacksite finishing in 1974. The location was picked due to the obscurity of the trench, meaning no governmental powers could influence anything inside it. Despite the underwater location, supplies are brought in and out regularly from multiple ports built in Iceland, Scotland, Norway, and Denmark, with some of them being fully dedicated military-purpose docks. One of the ports is the Submarine Bay hidden in the Faroe Islands,[4] with the traveling time between the two places by submarine taking about one to two hours long.

Convicts were used to help with the construction of the Blacksite. However, during construction, personnel would often see convicts trying to escape from the Let-Vand Zone. While this wasn't a big issue thanks to the existence of The Veil of The Let-Vand Zone, the issue came from having to get new convicts every time. To combat this, Urbanshade designed the Prisoner Diving Gear (PDG). Equipped with a remotely detonated modified shotgun shell pointed at the neck of the wearer, a guardsman or HQ can simply flip a switch to activate the shotgun and kill the convict instantly. After the creation of the PDG, escape attempts dropped by 98%.
