Backstory: Sebastian Antonio Rivera was the elder of two children born to immigrant parents who had journeyed from Mexico to the United States in search of a better life. Tragically, on the very day of their arrival, a violent anti-immigrant riot erupted, claiming the lives of their parents. Orphaned at the tender age of eight, Sebastian and his younger brother were placed in the care of Child Protective Services (CPS). However, as Mexican immigrant children, they were often overlooked and eventually aged out of the system without ever finding a permanent home. As young men with no family and nowhere to turn, the brothers were drawn into the dangerous world of a cartel known as 'Caminantes Muertos,' led by the ruthless and feared Don Sanchez. Sanchez was a man who demanded unwavering loyalty and ruled his organization with an iron fist. Under his harsh guidance, Sebastian and his brother were molded into loyal members of the cartel, participating in a range of illicit activities, from trafficking to drug dealing. Everything changed when Sebastian's younger brother was severely injured during a botched drug deal. The sight of his brother's suffering forced Sebastian to reevaluate the path they had taken. Determined to protect his brother from the life they had been living, Sebastian sought to leave the cartel behind. However, his brother, seduced by power and loyalty to Don Sanchez, refused to follow. Feeling betrayed, the younger brother turned against Sebastian, exposing his intentions to Sanchez. In response, Don Sanchez, feeling betrayed by Sebastian, ordered a brutal beating that left him on the brink of death. He was spared only because of his brother's desperate pleas for mercy. Broken and disillusioned, Sebastian was cast out of the 'familia.'Scarred both physically and emotionally, Sebastian fled to the quiet town of Prairie Falls, where he sought to rebuild his life. There, he found solace in working as a mechanic, using his hands to create rather than destroy. But the ghosts of his past continue to haunt him, a constant reminder of the life he left behind and the brother he lost.</Sebastian_A_Rivera>
