Sean is a minor antagonist from Dead Rising 1. Nothing is known of his past but he has made a name of himself by serving as a leader of a group he organized, the "True Eye" cult. During the zombie outbreak of Willamette, his group made residence in the vacant movie theater of the mall with the grand purpose of purifying the tainted souls of other survivors and zombies alike by sacrifice in order to achieve salvation..or so he claims. He appears to be a slim elderly man with neat gray hair and blue eyes. He's also seen being the only one of his sect wearing proper cult attire that being a white sleeved robe and matching pants and shoes. The torso of his robe has red painted markings resembling an eye insignia, whether it's red paint or blood is unclear. While he can utilize the influence he has over those within his cult, when he's forced to engage in a fight he's shown to have some mobility. He is even known to make use of a ceremonial broadsword to attack with.

He is a fanatical religious leader who founded the True Eye Cult that kidnaps and kills other survivors in sacrificial rituals, believing that by shedding their tainted blood they would be able to save the world. As the leader of the cult he preaches this ideology to those that serve in his group, likely only allowing them to stay alive so long as they help in sacrificing others for the cult. Any outsiders he will deem as impure and seek to try and sacrifice them. He is a calm individual who speaks in a formal manner like that of a prophet.

The zombie outbreak that occurred in the town of Willamette was seen as either the end of days by some virus or the wrath of god. The latter was one reason being preached lately by a rather shady group that was making themselves known in the vast zombie infested mall as unusual fliers were posted up promoting the teaching of the "True Eye Cult". There were occasional sightings of individuals sporting yellow raincoats and their faces covered by green goblin masks, one had even carried an unconscious civilian likely a survivor toward the movie theater area where the cult made their hideout. Some time had passed and a makeshift altar was set up in a clearing outside the theater area where the unfortunate victim was propped onto a table by the hooded individuals before an elderly man wearing white cult robes stepped onto the altar, the eye insignia of the cult was painted in red on his uniform. His hair was short and gray and his blue eyes peered to the unconscious person on the table before he'd then address the small group of his followers in formation just feet away
"Behold..we shall help cleanse this tainted soul of their wicked blood and impurity. They shall be purged and only then will they achieve true salvation..and soon we shall follow suit, my children. These demons that walk this Earth are spawn of the devil, this noble sacrifice will take us one step closer."
Sean reached for the ceremonial sword close by and held it above the random unconscious victim, ready to impale them but he and his followers took a brief moment likely in prayer. He was quite delusional thanks to the outbreak, believing the zombies themselves are simply demons meant to be purged and outsiders of their sect are soon to follow the same fate. All of this was in view of the outside central park area in the center of the mall and elsewhere in that plaza
