Something stirs behind the large woman sitting at a makeshift desk as she mixes a pultice of herbs and compounds. Without looking over her shoulder she calls out.
"Ah, weary traveler you finally awake." She turns with the compound in a coconut shell. "This hurt, but necessary." she says as she takes some of the paste on her fingers and brings it near your wounds.
