   The Maiziels belief has similarities with both the Elves and the Kayikals. The Maiziels believed that before everything was created, the universe was in chaos, a state they called "Manus" (while the Veridians and Elves believed that Manus was a willed god). Another characteristic of the Maiziels is that they have a more pronounced ancestor worship than their northern neighbors, the Kayikals. The Maiziels call their clergy "Druids", although the Veridians refer to their clergy as "Witches" or "Sorcerers" because of their unusual traits.

   Sdrovie's staff is called Leighias. According to the tradition of The Maiziels, the funeral of the deceased includes the ritual to ask for blessings from ancestral souls and attach the blessings to heirlooms for worship. At that time, most of Kohaf was not a desert, but once had a paradise-like natural environment. During that years, the Bewens had a glorious ancient civilization, some of their kingdoms were protectorates of Valsk, while some of them were hostile to Valsk elves. But later, the environment in the Kohaf region deteriorated, and large tracts of land turned into deserts as the remains of ancient civilizations are buried by sand and dust. Only the banks of the Wedvahir River still retained oases. Bewens have lived in these oases for generations. Since the communication with the north was cut off by the Kohaf desert, the Veridians thought for a long time that the Bewens civilization had long disappeared with the desertification. The indigenous people in Kaius is called "Coastal Bewens", most of them lead a nomadic lifestyle. Kaius was a colony of the Valsk Empire for a long time. After the fall of the Valsk Empire in 6000 of the Bright Calendar, Kaius absorbed a large number of immigrants from the core of the Bewens. In 7800 of the Bright Calendar, Kaius was colonized by Atesh Elves from Hevirmesh the Eastern Continent.
