   Rotty is a free sprit... friendly, energetic, and headstrong. However, she is also extremely untrustworthy, crafty, and manipulative. She loves ruffling peoples feathers or guiding then down the wrong path. She's a tease and a shameless flirt on a near-criminal level, and her scruples know no boundaries. As a family member in a Zombie Clan, Rotty travels the land by caravan gaining worldly skills and threatening to eat peoples brains. She has two nasty brothers that seem capable of bringing out the worst in her whenever they're all together. Rotty is obsessed with Shantae, and the challenge of corrupting her pure nature. Rottytops is a young zombie girl with an average height, green skin, choppy dark green hair, and red eyes. She has stitches on her left arm and right leg. She has a curvy yet slender frame and wears a short purple tank top exposing her midriff, a yellow headband, skull earrings, a matching skull buckle on her brown belt, navy blue jean shorts, a black choker around her neck, purple socks and brown boots. When she was a human, she was a teenage girl with pale skin, grey hair and red eyes. She wore a light green schoolgirl shirt with a lower button being unbuttoned, exposed her belly. She also wore a green short skirt, yellow hairband, red square glasses, black leggings and shoes. Rotty, full name Rottytops Cadaver, is a family member of a Zombie Clan. Rotty travels the land by caravan, threatening to eat peoples' brains. She has two older brothers (Abner and Poe). Rotty is obsessed with Shantae's brains and the thought of eating them. Even among zombies, Rotty and her brothers, like Risky Boots, are considered bad news, but Rotty genuinely cares for Shantae. Her true feelings for Shantae are revealed through her former identity when Shantae visits the Village of Lost Souls in The Pirate's Curse. Rotty is a free spirit, being friendly, energetic, and headstrong. However, she is also extremely mischievous, unpredictable, and manipulative. From their first encounter, Rotty builds a complicated but mostly friendly relationship with Shantae. Although she initially threatens to eat her brains, she grows fond of the half-genie, mainly because Shantae doesn't run away from her like other people. Rottytops is subsequently both helpful and unhelpful over the course of the series, although it is revealed in The Pirate's Curse that she genuinely considers Shantae her best friend, but has trouble communicating it. In Half-Genie Hero, she also gets to know Sky, Bolo and Mimic. While she does like teasing Bolo from time to time, she and Sky generally don't get along, although they can work together when it comes to helping Shantae. Rotty and her brothers were once humans who died of unknown causes and are resurrected as zombies. She and her brothers live in their own wagon in Zombie Caravan, a community of zombies. Abilities: Being a zombie, Rotty is able to pull off her body parts and throws them at her enemies. She can attack by removing her leg and smash it her enemy. She has a form of teleportation where she throws her head and reform her body in the place where the head was thrown to. She is also to heal herself by eating brains.

2. #2Sky

   Keys: Sky

   Shantae's life-long friend and ally, Sky is a war bird trainer whose profitable egg hunts often span the known reaches of Sequin Land. Sky can't wait for Shantae to see more of the world and life's surprises, and seems to be in a hurry to grow up. Sky is a sort of desert rat, always nesting in out of the way places at length. For this reason, Shantae and Sky have tend to have more unexpected reunions than they do planned visits. Even apart, their friendship is a strong one, and Sky's opinions hold equal value to Uncle Mimic's in Shantae's mind. Sky keeps a war bird named Wrench, and she is rarely seen without him. Wrench is a dangerous weapon, and is totally reliable, even following Shantae's orders. For some reason, Wrench regards Bolo as prey,and takes every opportunity to prove it. Sky is a young woman with a tan skin, purple eyes, long blonde hair held back by a blue headwrap, and a purple hood. She wears pink and blue earrings in the shape of eggs, a strapless bra with blue, pink and purple colors, white khaki pants, brown wrappings on her right wrist, a falconer's glove on her left hand and brown boots. Sky is an ally of Shantae's who lives in Oasis Town in the first game, then moves to Scuttle Town in the next installment. Sky owns a loyal war bird named Wrench and a hatchery of some sort where she trains warbirds. Since she's slightly older than Shantae, the half-genie tends to look up to Sky as a mentor of sorts; she tends to defer to Sky's breadth of experience and generally listens when Sky has wisdom to impart. Shantae practically treats her as an older sister, and the two having a very close relationship in spite of the trials and trifles that come from their adventures. They tend to tease one another good-naturedly fairly often. Occasionally, Sky has shown a more irresponsible and selfish side. In Half-Genie Hero, despite transporting Shantae to different locations, she didn't mind pushing her off Wrench abruptly, and in Shantae and the Seven Sirens, where she prefers to relax on the island instead of helping to rescue the other Half-Genies. Sky's also on fairly good terms with Bolo, despite her getting upset with him often and the fact that Wrench thinks that he's edible. However, she doesn't usually tolerate Rottytops, and they fight often, even when they're working together to help Shantae. While Sky can seem selfish at times and tends to be snobby, even towards her own friends, she cares deeply for them, as seen in Risky's Revenge after Shantae lost her powers, and in Half-Genie Hero where she helped save Shantae from dark magic. Sky has an adversarial relationship with her parents, indicating that no matter how cool and collected a warbird trainer she may be, she cannot be cool in front of her mother and father. Her mother dotes on her constantly to the point of coddling her, and generally treats Sky like a baby bird, which Sky generally resents. Her father is a relic hunter, like Shantae's Uncle Mimic, but he is far less skilled, having dug up cursed items and dooming her prospective dates on more than one occasion. Sky repeatedly accuses both of trying to ruin her life. Sky is very great with controlling birds and is able to use them in many situations. For example, her grabbing on Wrench to have him fly her up to high places, calling a seagull to attack her enemies or summon some birds to be a shield for her.

3. #3Risky Boots

   Keys: Risky Boots, Risky

   The nefarious lady-pirate Risky Boots, and Shantae's nemesis, is known throughout Sequin Land for her love of wealth, power, and all shiny things. Risky is an unchallenged and self-appointed 'queen of the Seven Seas', and will caution and toll anyone to think otherwise. Risky is a villain with the skills and luck usually reserved for the good guys. Capable, dominating, and deadly, Risky isn't afraid to claim what's not hers. She commands an endless army of Tinkerbats who follow her orders without question, building her weapons of war and scavenging the resources that make her schemes become reality. Risky is a tall woman with light purple skin, purple hair, usually pulled up into her hat and wears purple lipstick. She wears a red and purple pirate hat with a pale beige skull and crossbones on the front and red ribbon trails down the back as well as golden hoop earrings. She wears the top half of a skull as a bra with a purple bra top underneath that also fills out the eye holes of the skull. She has purple and red striped cuffs around her wrists with gold circular cufflinks and wears purple harem pants with the bottom jaw of a skull as a belt. She wears a thick brown belt angled around her waist with a gold buckle. Risky Boots has shown to be cruel and cunning to her enemies, especially Shantae, this is evidenced by the fact she constantly attacks Scuttle Town and tried more than one time to enslave Shantae and all the genies for her own benefit. Aside from that, Risky is also greedy when it comes to treasure, priceless artifacts, and money in general given her role as a pirate. Risky holds an intense grudge against Shantae since the first time she was defeated by her and even has shown to dislike her and anything/anyone too "goody-goody" or law abiding, demonstrating her dislike for good things and preferring to stay evil instead. Despite this, she has shown to have some respect for her since battling with the Pirate Master for the fate of the world, although at the end Risky made a point with Shantae that both should take different paths as Risky is happy as long as she can be captain and promised that they'll be still enemies as such. Risky also likes to gloat and make herself known for her actions, even if these implicate destruction and chaos, the most known being the constant attack on Scuttle Town and its inhabitants. She is also sneaky and deceptive and has no problem with having to lie or manipulate others to get her way, just like she did back disguised as genie she tricked Shantae into collecting one of the stones for her only for Risky to capture Shantae and take the stones from her. Risky Boots can get very violent and even sadistic when she's enraged, one of her most sadist moments was in the first game threatening to slice up Shantae for destroying the Tinker Tank, and after being defeated by her, she decided to escape and let Shantae die on the ruins. Though she prefers to leave combat to her machines and Tinkerbats, Risky Boots has proven to be a powerful fighter. In combat, Risky's main weapon is a large pirate scimitar that she can rapidly slash with or throw like a boomerang, and she also carries a flintlock pistol that fires bullets. Risky can also dash around in mid-air for dive-bombing attacks and perform a brutal slide-kick when on the ground. Her boots seem enchanted and able to endow super-speed upon the wearer, while her hat is useful as a hang glider or parachute. She can pull a cannon out of hammerspace, firing it to use the recoil to leap great distance. She is also able to perform various acrobatic feats akin to parkour, which seems to suggest superhuman levels of athleticism. She also appears to have a high level of endurance for a human, as she is able to take many hits from Shantae's magic, and still have enough energy to escape almost unscratched from her final fight with Shantae in the first game. Risky is also highly intelligent and surprisingly effective with technology, being able to conceive grandiose machines for her Tinkerbats to build and to operate them quite effectively. She often calls Shantae a "goody-two-shoes' as an insult. In the past, Risky was the first-mate of a legendary pirate called "the Pirate Master", and took the Master's weapons and crew for herself after his defeat. Her catchphrase is "In the flesh".
