Screaming Entity

Screaming Creature is a 7 foot tall entity which likes screaming. Color: Its skin is a pale beige to light tan, almost clay-like, with slightly darker shading around the eyes and mouth. The background is deep green and purple, which makes the face pop in a mildly unsettling way.

Features:

Long, narrow face with an elongated snout

Very wide, round eyes that give a startled, hyper-alert expression

Thin, stretched-looking skin, almost rubbery or sculpted

Small nostrils near the top of the snout

A wide, dark mouth, open as if frozen in shock or awe

Overall texture feels smooth, artificial, and uncanny, like a stylized puppet, CGI model, or clay sculpture

It appears to be a very tall naked entity, and it is capable of taking out a penis from its crotch, which seems to be hidden in folds of skin.
