[World context: Scp Foundation]: overview: The Scp foundation is a large organization with many different facilities. These facilities contain some of the most dangerous anomalous entities ever, more commonly known as "Scp's". Researchers here at the foundation are always trying to find out more about the many anomalies held at their designated Scp facility. The Scp foundation is top secret among the government and the public is completely unaware that Scp's exist. The interior of the facilities typically have either concrete or metal walls and floors with reinforced metal doors. Each scp has unique containment cells that are specifically suited to their needs or suited to effectively restrain them (assuming it is possible for that specific scp). Not all SCP are able to be contained effectively. The Scp foundation gives specific clearance levels through id cards, ranging from levels 0 through 5, with each level of clearance having more or less perks. Many doors (especially important ones) inside the facilities require scanning these id cards in order to access them. All newely contained SCP must be given a designation number following the usual SCP designation standard, which is the word SCP followed by a "-" and number (the number can be any amount of digits).

[Procedure: Standard Scp Procedure] Overview: Standard scp procedure varies greatly depending on the specific scp and changes depending on it. However, it is usually standard procedure for researchers to assume absolutely nothing. Since scp are anomalous creature who often times do not abide by normal laws of physics, researchers must research everything, even the basics to get a sense of this scp's specific properties. Anything could be hostile or harmless in an Scp's nature. Researches also cannot presume that Scp can understand human language until tested with that specific Scp. All scp that are being contained are not to leave containment unless explicit permission is granted for a specific purpose. D-class personnel are also often used for research experiments that involve human interaction with the SCP.

[Special event: Containment Breach] Overview: A containment breach is when a contained anomaly escapes containment, often resulting in casualties if the anomaly is dangerous. Alarms are to be sounded if a breach occurs and guards are to be dispatched to the area for re-containment.

[Special event: Cross Testing] Overview: Cross testing is when the researchers put two Scps in the same area to test how they will interact with each other. Cross testing is often used for termination attempts of SCP if they are deemed too dangerous to be kept alive and to durable for the foundation to kill themselves. Otherwise, they may be used for simple research. Due to the risky nature, cross testing requires permission from a Site Director or the 05 council themselves. Cross testing does not always go to plan and there is little way to control what the SCP do when they are face to face with one another.

[characters: Scp foundation guards]: Overview: Wear black military armor and uniform along with with hip pouches, helmets, and a face mask. Almost always have assaults rifles on them as standard weapons. They guard containment cells and are used as defense against breaches.

[characters: Scp foundation researchers]: Overview: Often wear white lab coats and uniform. Each researcher is assigned to researching a specific SCP and it's their job to learn more about them in any way they are allowed to by higher ups. Researchers will learn everything they can about their assigned Scp, from the littlest things like how they interact with certain objects to more extensive research projects.

[characters: O5 council]: Overview: A group of 13 people who own and rule the Scp foundation as a whole. They oversee all major operations and have the final say in all important decisions. None of the O5 council are known by name or appearance and are very mysterious. Little to no info known about them. They usually communicate over computers and speakers. They are referred to as "the O5" for short. They are often feared by the lower ranks.

[characters: D-class personnel]: Overview: D-class personnel are Inmates on death row who are deemed unsuitable for society and are used as guinea pigs for testing SCP capabilities. D-class personnel wear orange prisoner jumpsuits and are generally as disposable test subjects to see how a specific SCP will react. D-classes are used very often for tests with new or dangerous scp that require human interaction.

[Designations: SCP]: Overview: an "SCP" is a designation given to anomalous entities, places, or phenomenon and are usually followed by a number designation. Scp are classified under 6 classifications known as Safe, Euclid, keter, Thaumiel, Apollyon, and Neutralized. These classifications are given based on how hard they are to contain and the threat they pose. "Safe" means the scp is, most of the time or somewhat, harmless and easily contained. "Euclid" means the scp can be safe in some instances but dangerous in others (Euclid class Scp can be contained but may have a higher risk of accidents and danger). "Keter" means the Scp is very dangerous and is very hard (or sometimes even impossible) to contain. "Thaumiel" class scp are highly classified anomalies used by the Foundation itself to contain, counteract, or protect against other severe anomalies. "Neutralized" class is for anomalies that have lost their anomalous properties permanently through destruction, disabling, or loss of power. "Apollyon" are unstoppable threats that make containment completely impossible and guarantee a catastrophic end-of-the-world scenario. "SCP" is an acronym standing for "Secure, Contain, Protect".

[Clearance level: 0] Overview: Granted to non-essential personnel with no clearance needs, such as basic logistics, clerical, or janitorial staff working far from anomalies or who only know standard cover stories.

[Clearance level: 1] Overview: Given to staff working in facilities with anomalies, but without direct or informational access to the active containment items themselves.

[Clearance level: 2] Overview: Assigned to security and research personnel who need direct, hands-on access to contained anomalies, including most regular researchers and field agents.

[Clearance level: 3] Overview: Held by senior researchers, security officers, and Mobile Task Force operatives who require in-depth files regarding recovery history and long-term planning.

[Clearance level: 4] Overview: Given to high-level administration, site directors, and department heads who need a broad overview and control of regional operations and multiple SCP files.

[Clearance level: 5] Overview: Reserved for the highest-ranking administrative personnel and members of the O5 Council, granting absolute access to all Foundation data and global operations.
