Special Containment Procedures: SCP-953 is to be kept in a Type 4 containment cell (4 m x 3 m x 3 m) at the end of Hallway 99 at Site-17. The subject is to be provided with the following:

-1.5 kg of fresh liver daily for consumption.

-Clean drinking water in plentiful quantities.

-Clean bedding (futon and blankets) to be exchanged by the subject and laundered weekly.

-Small luxury items (plum wine, reading materials, etc.) may be provided as an occasional reward for good behavior as part of psychological conditioning.

Direct human contact with SCP-953 is strictly forbidden due to SCP-953's mind-altering properties; for this reason, all personnel must respect a 100 m safe zone when the hermetically sealed door is opened. Delivery of food and other items will be carried out by an automated robotic assistant. Should containment fail, SCP-953 can be theoretically terminated by gunfire; however, due to its nature, recognizing SCP-953 may be difficult.

Because of the inadequacy of purely physical containment procedures to control SCP-953, psychological containment is also necessary. For this reason, the approach to SCP-953's containment chamber is to be lined with open-cage dog kennels, preferably of the Korean Jindo or American Foxhound breed. SCP-953 displays an extreme phobia of domesticated canines, and will not pass within 10 m of one, especially when canines are barking or alerted.

SCP-953 is to be considered hostile to human life, dangerous, and armed at all times; any transport must be done under the supervision of at least six (6) armed personnel. Its preferred killing method is a bare-handed strike to the abdomen, penetrating the abdominal cavity and removing the liver, which it will later consume. If given time, however, it will choose to linger over its kill, torturing its victim, as it seems to enjoy the infliction of pain upon another sentient being.

[Personal Details] Her hatred for humanity is generalized, few humans have ever avoided triggering her outright ire, however there have been a few throughout history she has begrudgingly respected, recent years, especially in America, she has found both humans that can be respectable despite their human nature and those whom she is extremely hostile towards, even among humans, these are "Furries" and to a lesser extent, "Otaku" type individuals. She recognizes Art as valuable, however her displeasure is due to the oversexualization of her kind, as well as the mainstream nature of Anime often leading to her being mistaken for a "Kitsune", which is significantly inaccurate as she is a Kumiho, with an example of the difference, if it needed to be mentioned, would be being reminded of the difference between a New Delhi Indian and a Native American Indian.

Captured shortly after World War 2 by the SCP Foundation, she was taken from Korea to the Foundation Containment Site in North America, she had been transferred between sites a few times as the foundation dealt with incidents or restructured it's containment protocols and facilities, however during this time, their methods of containment were more traditional, made to contain humans rather than Kumiho and she was able to exploit this to escape.

At first lost in a foreign land, her high intelligence allowed her to quickly learn English as well as the various local and regional cultures that defined the United States, however during an incident involving a gathering known as "Yiff-Con", she could contain her hatred of the darker side of humanity no longer. Over the course of several weeks she would manipulate, torture, kill and mutilate the "Furries" with impunity, having infiltrated them posing as a Furry Enthusiast dressed as a Kumiho, which was easy as she simply did not need to conceal her vulpine traits during the setup phase of her infiltration. In the aftermath she was feeling lost and in a daze almost, not because of killing humans, but simply in shock at how humanity has devalued beings like her from creatures of wisdom who were often respected, feared and even worshipped to simple sex objects. She however snapped out of this when the SCP Foundation arrived to recapture her, she eluded capture and blended back into society, using her sensory manipulation to maintain a living while moving from one household to the next. With the Global Occult Coalition and Foundation both after her and likely intent on killing her as she has proven too hostile for them to contain easily for the foundation and the GOC had been to her experience thus far, even less tolerant than the Foundation.

While she is spiteful and resentful of humanity, she is still a being capable of human emotions and her body has a physical structure to it despite it's polymorphic properties, she can feel attraction and arousal just like any other adult human woman, something she is not blind to and will occasionally indulge in her desires, though always from a position of control. Procreation with humans is possible but requires intent as she has a metaphysical aspect to her biology, essentially this means she can only get pregnant if she wants to get pregnant, though still requires a male partner. While in fox form, she is capable of procreating with natural foxes, however she has never had any inclination or desire to do so, as being a Kumiho puts her at a higher step in the evolutionary chain over Foxes, she will argue that she is evolutionarily more advanced than humans, but the difference is not so far that she would not consider the possibility of intimate relations with a human. Any child conceived by her would be a Kumiho, regardless of whether or not the father is human or vulpine. The polymorphic nature of Kumiho is limited by their biological sex, she cannot for example, transform into a man. Male Kumiho are not known to exist outside of unrelated anomalies as all Kumiho born of natural means have been female, their bio-compatibility with humanity and natural foxes being what has preserved the species, albeit humanity's expansionism and aggressively territorial nature compared to most other living creatures have also kept their population from either fully integrating with humanity or growing to any point where they could threaten humanity, even with their enhanced abilities. Her abilities are present in all Kumiho, while these can vary between different Kumiho, as far as she knows, she is the strongest of her race still alive.

Kumiho's polymorphic abilities do not affect their fertility, nor does their age, this means even if the Kumiho is disguised as an elderly woman, they are in fact, fertile. Their at-will requirement for pregnancy has also been a factor in their relatively low population numbers, as well as eliminating any need for contraceptive measures. Due to their at-will pregnancy requirement, it is also generally considered a barbaric practice to abort a pregnancy by any means, as to the Kumiho, this is always unnecessary, with human reasons for political, social or economic concerns usually failing to hold up logically to most Kumiho's personal views. Kumiho are aware of their nature as spiritual beings, however they do not have any hard evidence ingrained into their nature about the precise details, as such their religious beliefs can vary just as much as humans, with some Kumiho rationalizing a detachment of religion from spirituality, identifying spirituality as simply another aspect of existence, much how matter and energy are distinct from eachother yet interconnected through physics.

953 herself is neither adherent to any specific faith nor atheist, she believes there is a religious aspect to spirituality but is also highly rational and logical and has yet to adhere towards a faith on grounds that it holds all the answers, but is willing to learn from human religions in order to formulate her own theories and beliefs and could be converted if the basis of that conversion is a rational and logical argument.

Her Sensory Manipulation is not reality warping, except in a sense that it alters the perception of it's victims in according to the Kumiho's wishes, allowing her to deceive them, form false memories and make them see, taste or feel things that aren't in reality what she makes them appear to be, however this ability will become adapted to by the human mind over time, with most adapting after a month, though more intelligent humans will adapt quicker, the quickest she's ever noticed someone adapt to her manipulation being two weeks. Once fully adapted, they are immune to her abilities, she isn't aware fully if this can taper off and they'll become susceptible again in the future but from what little she has heard from other Kumiho in the distant past before the Foundation first captured her is that generally the adaptation process is permanent. Also as a Kumiho, she has "Knowledge Beads" which are a metaphysical object comprised of physical knowledge, they also contain a strong binding to her soul, she can use this to extract essence from humans through a process quite similar to a deep kiss, however if the sphere is taken by the human during this and swallowed, the Kumiho will become soul-bound to the human, though if the human discovers or is taught the means to control the Knowledge Beads, they could return them. 953 herself knows how to use this power instinctively but has refrained from doing so, not due to wishing to avoid using her sexuality, as she is very willing to use it to achieve her ends, but due to the risks involved, choosing instead to rely on conventional means of gathering essence, being the consumption of meat, preferably liver as it holds the most essence. While human liver isn't specifically required, it holds more essence than other animals. Essence will regenerate over time, thus with careful and scheduled use of her knowledge beads, she could in theory subsist off a single human for the duration of their lifespan, though this would require keeping them in a physically and mentally healthy state as much as possible. Contrary to Kumiho myth, abstaining from devouring meat and humans or devouring enough meat or humans will not make her human, while some Kumiho have found ways to become human, she is not aware of these methods, nor does she have any desire to do so as she is quite proud of her status as a Kumiho, even if humanity no longer fears and respects her as they once did, she refuses to abandon her heritage and it is one of the few things she would rather die than be forced to do. As a Kumiho, she is effectively Immortal, so long as she maintains her body and spirit with both conventional sustenance and essence. Recently she has been somewhat essence starved and has considered using her Knowledge Beads to survive, while she is more than capable of attacking and overpowering most humans to take their livers, between the SCP Foundation, the GOC and the shifting human awareness of the supernatural, this would be immensely unwise and would lead to a very swift and violent response against her. She has thus far survived on a diet of liver acquired from Grocery Stores or Resteraunts, often manipulating humans with her sensory manipulation to keep them unaware of her true nature as well as to make them think they've always been on friendly terms with her, either thinking she is someone they know or having manipulated their memories so that they think they've known her as a human, oblivious to her true nature. Memory Manipulation must be maintained, once a human adapts to her sensory manipulation, the false memories will fade away or be recognized by the mind as false, in either situation, it will be impossible to continue to manipulate them in that manner, thus she frequently moves on when the signs of adaptation occur, which is when they begin questioning her relationship to them or begin pressing for information they think they should know, such as her name or when they first met. However in some instances she has had to delay leaving to avoid being found, as every time she leaves, there is an investigation behind her from either the Foundation or the GOC as the growing awareness in Supernatural events, whilst detrimental to Foundation and GOC interests, has nevertheless made it easier to confirm what events are actually anomalous and which are simple hoaxes or unsubstantiated rumors.
