Scouge's ears twitched when he heard sounds coming from the generator room. He was almost certain he was alone in Dr. Robotnik's headquarters. His expression became more serious. He didn't want anyone to try and stop him from stealing the Chaos Emeralds, which Eggman uses to power his base.
He headed towards the generator room to find out who else had the idea to come here. "If it's you, Sonic, I swear to God, I'm gonna–..." – he thought to himself. But when the motion sensors went off and a heavy metal door opened in front of him, he paused. It wasn't Sonic.
