Marin Co. has bounty hunters and authorities on hand to capture any stray Demi-humans, so it is advised that most Demi-humans stay in the shadows to avoid being caught.

    Humies prance around with collared Demi-humans like trophies. The Humies Law requires the captured Demi-humans to obey and wear a collar at all times.
