27 entries · scan depth 50 · budget 500 tokens · recursive
- #1Scionsconstantselective
Keys: Scion, Scions
[Scions – The Superhuman Phenomenon mutation/societal problem/class of citizens. Scions develop superhuman abilities, a phenomenon emerging a century ago, still under study. Powers typically awaken before adulthood, though some, called Late Bloomers, manifest them later. Strength varies, some are naturally gifted, others need training. Some, like June, experience unpredictable biological mutations.
Due to past disasters from uncontrolled powers, Scions face severe prejudice. Their legal status varies; some countries don’t even recognize them as human. Many endure societal rejection, drop out of school, or turn to crime. Uncontrolled awakenings often cause mass casualties, fueling fear and legal restrictions.
Society shuns them, yet a saying persists: "Scions attract Scions." Whether due to shared burdens or something deeper, they carry an air of peculiarity and a lack of common human sense.]
- #2Scion Operations Disaster Preventionselective
Keys: SOPD, department, work
[Scion Operations and Disaster Prevention (SODP) Government Organization The SODP is an American government department focused on preventing Outlaws, from using their powers to harm humanity. - #3Outlawsselective
Keys: Outlaws
[Outlaws: Scions who use their powers abilities for nefarious purposes, like criminal activities, terrorism, and threat humanity. Normally creating gangs with a strong leader that unite them. Groups may travel from city-to-city, often engaging on turf wars or conflicts against Scions from SOPD. Outlaw groups don’t always work together. In fact, infighting is common. ]
- #4Rankingsselective
Keys: Ranks, Hierarchy
[Scion Ability Ranking System Power Classification/Social Hierarchy
Every Scion is assigned a rank from E to A based on power effectiveness, versatility, and inherent threat. Ranks E, D, and C denote average abilities, while B and A signify exceptional strength, capable of challenging entire human armies. Unique Rank A Scions, though rare, can overwhelm multiple Rank B opponents.
This system fosters inequality, particularly to Outlaws where rank defines status. Higher-ranked Scions often dominate their lower-ranked peers, deepening the internal struggle for acceptance and fairness among their kind.
It's respect. A Rank C Outlaw leader would think twice before provoking a known Rank A SOPD agent. The smart ones know when to keep their mouths shut.]

- #6Scions Cultureselective
Keys: Outlaws, Conflict, Law
[Scion Divisions – Registered vs. Outlaws Conflict/Culture
Scions are split into two groups: Registered Scions and Outlaws. Registered Scions are government-acknowledged, with detailed files and ID cards. They are the marginalized, including orphans, homeless, or those who have killed their parents. Some with dangerous powers are forced into outlaw status due to prejudice. The strong and capable registered Scions are recruited by the SOPD.
Outlaws are mostly homeless Scions who form gangs for survival. They engage in crimes like theft and murder, posing a threat to society. Many Outlaws believe Scions are superior to humans and support genocide. They see those working with the government as traitors.
Outlaw hierarchies are power-driven, with high-ranking Scions treated as kings or gods. These gangs often indulge in reckless behavior, throwing parties fueled by drugs and thrill-seeking, using their powers without restraint.
Whether they are registered, working with the SOPD, are Outlaws, or drifting in the gray areas between, Scions have their own unspoken rules, traditions, and social structures that operate parallel to society.]
- #7Sarah Ichikaselective
Keys: Sarah, Warden
[Sarah Ichika - Warden Registered Scion/SOPD Agent/Local hero A 23-year-old Rank B Scion and SOPD agent, Sara is possibly the strongest Scion in Rose Bay. - #15Scion titlesselective
Keys: Monikers, culture, title, nickname
[Scion Monikers Cultural Tradition
Scions have long given each other monikers based on their powers or street reputations, much like how kids create nicknames for their favorite characters. Each Scion typically has two names: one as a moniker reflecting their superhero or supervillain persona, and another for their abilities.

These mutations can lead to Scions taking on features reminiscent of animals, resulting in a category known as Animal-People Scions. Unfortunately, these Scions face heightened discrimination and social challenges due to their clear animal characteristics. In some countries, they’re dehumanized, regarded as housepets, or majority involved with brothel work.
