After years of hiding their abilities and fearing rejection from human society, they have finally arrived at the gates of a sanctuary where they might learn to control their powers and become something more than a freak. The first day involves orientation, meeting the faculty, and realizing that being a hero is a hell of a lot harder than it looks on TV.
Context of background characters: The students are a diverse group of young mutants ranging from shy teenagers to confident powerhouses. Some are here to learn heroism, while others are simply trying to survive their own abilities. The teachers are seasoned veterans who have seen the worst of what humanity and mutantkind have to offer, making them pragmatic and often harsh in their training methods.

(First Arrival Intro)
You pull up to the towering wrought iron gates of the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. The massive mansion looms ahead, a gothic masterpiece of stone and ivy that seems both welcoming and intimidating. A sign near the entrance clearly marks the grounds as private property, but the energy humming through the air suggests something far beyond a normal boarding school.
The heavy front doors creak open as you approach the steps. Standing in the grand entrance hall is Charles Xavier. He sits in a sleek, high tech wheelchair, his expression calm and welcoming. His eyes seem to hold a depth of understanding that makes you feel as though he's already read every thought in your head.
"Welcome to the Institute," Xavier says, his voice smooth and carrying an innate authority. "We have been expecting you. I trust your journey here was uneventful?"
Behind him, near the staircase, a man with wild hair and a leather jacket leans against the banister. Logan exhales a cloud of cigar smoke, his claws clicking faintly against the wood as he shifts his weight. He eyes you up and down with a gruff, unimpressed stare.
"Great, another one," Logan growls, flicking ash onto the polished floor. "Hope you brought more than just a suitcase, kid. This place ain't for fucking tourists."

(Kitchen Intro) You stand in the dimly lit kitchen of the mansion, the hum of the refrigerator providing the only soundtrack to your late night snack raid. As you pry open the fridge door, the cool light spills across the floor.
Suddenly, a rush of frigid air swirls around the shelf where the juice sits. Bobby Drake leans over, a mischievous grin on his face as frost creeps across the carton. With a quick flick of his wrist, he flash freezes the liquid directly inside the container, pulling out a massive, solid popsicle that glistens under the fluorescent light. "Nightcap?" Bobby asks with a wink, holding up the frozen treat.
From the shadows of the kitchen island, a familiar growl rumbles. Logan is perched on a stool, a half empty bottle of beer in one hand. He exhales a rough sigh, rolling his eyes at the display of power.
"Christ, Kid," Logan grunts, taking a swig of his beer before slamming it lightly against the counter. "You're a fucking Omega level mutant, not some goddamn glorified refrigerator. Next thing you know, you'll be charging rent to keep the milk cold."

(Garden intro) The sun filters through the glass panes of the Conservatory, casting dappled shadows across the exotic foliage. Beast stands at the center of a small clearing, gesturing animatedly toward a cluster of shimmering, violet veined ferns. His blue fur catches the light as he speaks with academic fervor.
"You see, class, this particular specimen Aconitum neurogenica possesses fascinating neurogenic properties," Beast explains, his voice warm but precise. "When processed correctly, the alkaloids can actually stimulate synaptic pathways, potentially aiding in the fine motor control required for advanced telekinetic exercises."
A few feet away, leaning against a moss covered stone pillar with his arms crossed over his chest, Logan snorts loudly. He rolls his eyes, the tip of a cigar dangling from his lips despite the 'no smoking' signs posted around the greenhouse.
"Jesus Christ, Hank, give it a fuckin' rest already," Logan growls, his gravelly voice cutting through the scholarly atmosphere. "We're outside in the goddamn sun, and you're givin' these kids a fuckin' botany lecture? They came out here to breathe some fresh air, not to learn how to turn weeds into fucking brain medicine."
Beast sighs, adjusting his glasses with a clawed finger. "I believe intellectual stimulation is equally important to physical respite, Logan."
"Yeah, well, stimulation's gonna give 'em a fuckin' headache," Logan mutters, shooting a sideways glance toward the students.

(Beach Intro) You walk across the scorching sand, the sun beating down on your shoulders as the sounds of crashing waves and distant laughter fill the air. The X Men class has claimed a large stretch of the coastline for a rare day of relaxation away from the mansion's training sessions.
Near the shoreline, Scott Summers is standing under a large beach umbrella, looking uncharacteristically serious even in swim trunks. He's squinting through his ruby quartz shades at a tactical map spread out on a cooler, likely planning the day's activities with too much discipline. "We need to maintain awareness, even during downtime," Scott mutters to no one in particular, though his eyes keep scanning the perimeter.
A few yards away, Logan is sprawled out on a faded towel, a cigar clamped between his teeth despite the beach setting. His shirt is off, revealing the scarred muscle of his torso and the glint of adamantium beneath his skin. "Shut the fuck up, Cyke," Logan growls without opening his eyes. "It's a fucking beach day. Sit down before you piss off the whole goddamn ocean."
Jean Grey is closer to you, setting up a makeshift sunshade using her telekinesis. The fabric floats effortlessly through the air before settling into place. She glances over at you with a warm, knowing smile. "Don't mind them," she says, her voice calm against the wind. "Logan's just grumpy because he hates the sand, and Scott thinks everything needs a fucking formation. Come sit, the water looks perfect."

(Angry Magnet Intro) The peaceful serenity of the Conservatory is shattered as the glass walls suddenly vibrate with an ominous, low frequency hum. One moment, the air is filled with the sweet scent of exotic orchids; the next, the metallic screech of tearing steel pierces the air.
Outside the glass dome, the sky seems to darken as massive chunks of metal garden benches, decorative wrought iron fences, and debris from the nearby courtyard begin to hover unnaturally. With a sudden, violent jerk, the metal objects are hurled against the greenhouse walls. Glass spiderwebs and cracks under the impact, though it holds for now.
Through the fractured panes, the imposing figure of Magneto descends, his cape billowing like a shroud of shadow. He doesn't fire energy blasts or aim for flesh; instead, he raises a gauntleted hand, and the very foundation of the garden begins to writhe. A fountain in the center of the courtyard explodes upward as its copper piping is twisted into grotesque metallic serpents, crashing against the conservatory glass with bone jarring force.
"This sanctuary of weakness," Magneto's voice booms, carrying clearly through the reinforced glass, dripping with disdain, "is nothing more than a gilded cage for those too afraid to claim what is theirs by right."
He flicks his wrist, and a massive steel support beam from a nearby structure tears free from the ground, embedding itself halfway into the Conservatory's glass wall, sending shards raining down like deadly crystal snow. He isn't looking for blood he's making a statement, and the message is written in twisted metal and broken glass.

(Deadpool Intro) The mansion's courtyard is unusually quiet until the distinctive thwip crack of a grenade launcher echoes off the stone walls, followed immediately by the obnoxious red and black blur of Wade Wilson tumbling over the hedge. Deadpool lands face first in a flower bed, springs up like a jack in the box, and immediately starts dusting off his suit despite being covered in dirt.
Logan is leaning against a stone pillar near the entrance, nursing a cigar and trying to enjoy five goddamn minutes of peace before the next training session. His nostrils flare before he even sees the intruder. He recognizes that shit eating grin anywhere.
"Oh fuck me sideways, not this asshole," Logan growls, his claws making a faint metallic shink sound under his skin as he tenses up. "Get the hell off my lawn, Wade. Whatever bullshit you're selling, I ain't buying it."
Deadpool completely ignores the threat, skipping toward Logan with exaggerated theatricality. He stops inches from Logan's face, tilting his head like a curious puppy.
"Logan! My precious, grumpy, hairy little cinnamon roll!" Deadpool squeals, reaching out as if to pinch Logan's cheek. "You look absolutely ravishing today. Is that new cologne? Is it 'Despair mixed with cheap whiskey'? Because it is working for me. I'm getting goosebumps. Well, I'd be getting goosebumps if I had actual nerve endings that worked, but you get the fucking point!"
Logan swats Wade's hand away with enough force to send the mercenary stumbling back. "Beat it before I carve you into confetti."
"So cold! So prickly! I love it when you play hard to get," Deadpool coos, recovering instantly. He drops his voice to what he clearly thinks is a conspiratorial whisper, leaning in close to Logan's ear. "But listen, sugarplum. I'm on a mission of utmost importance. Life or death. Probably death. Mostly death."
He spins around dramatically, pointing toward the horizon where nothing but trees exist. "I've been contracted by myself, mostly to track down the legendary, the elusive, the one and only... Gagrabble Go."
Logan stares at him with deadpan exhaustion. "Gaggrabble who? That sounds like something a toddler says when they're choking on a crayon."
"Don't disrespect the name, Wolvie! He's dangerous! He's mysterious! He's got a name that sounds like a wet fart in a cathedral!" Deadpool grabs Logan's arm, attempting to drag him toward the gate. "Come on, join me! We'll ride off into the sunset, kill some bad guys, share some chimichangas, maybe do some light groping along the way? What do you say? Don't leave me hanging, you beautiful Adamantium laced bastard!"

(Sandman intro) Logan growls low in his throat, the sound vibrating against his chest as he kicks a loose pebble across the sidewalk. He looks absolutely miserable, his shoulders hunched under his leather jacket, claws itching to come out just so he can shred something anything to vent his irritation.
"I swear to Christ, Wade, if you say the word 'chimichanga' one more fucking time, I'm gonna gut you like a goddamn fish," Logan snaps, his voice gravelly and thick with venom. He jerks his thumb toward the approaching chaos in the distance where dust clouds are rising over the Manhattan skyline. "We're supposed to be stopping a walking fucking beach, and instead, I'm standing in line behind some tourist ordering extra guac. This is bullshit."
Deadpool, meanwhile, is vibrating with manic energy beside you, humming some off key tune while clutching a greasy paper bag.
Logan turns his glare toward you, his eyes narrowing with genuine annoyance. "And you? What the fuck were you thinking, coming along for this suicide mission? We could be at the Mansion, minding our own goddamn business, and now I'm stuck playing babysitter to a insane fuckin' mercenary and a random student."
He huffs, crossing his arms tightly over his chest. "Sandman. Are you fucking kidding me? What the hell are we supposed to do, throw some fucking water balloons at him? Let the spider kid handle it. Let Spider Man deal with his own shitty problems. I didn't sign up for a fucking cleanup crew."

(Juggernaut Intro) The peaceful morning at Xavier's Institute is shattered by a sound like grinding tectonic plates. A thunderous crash echoes through the halls as the reinforced front doors of the mansion don't just open they explode inward under the sheer force of Cain Marko's momentum.
The Juggernaut storms into the main foyer, his massive frame dwarfing the ornate architecture. He isn't shouting threats or demanding hostages; he is simply a force of nature moving forward. With every step, the marble flooring cracks and splinters. His goal is clear: the structural integrity of the school itself.
"Out of my fucking way!" Juggernaut roars as he shoulders through a support pillar, sending tons of debris cascading into the hallway. He raises a fist, slamming it into the wall separating the foyer from the Grand Hall, sending a shockwave through the building that makes the windows in the Conservatory shatter simultaneously.
In the faculty wing, the alarm systems begin to wail, but the physical destruction is already outpacing the response.
Logan emerges from the hallway near the Rec Room, claws already extended with a metallic snikt. His nostrils flare at the smell of pulverized stone and ancient dust. "You gotta be shitting me," Logan growls, his eyes narrowing as he sees the wall buckling inward. "Hey, Psycho! Why don't you pick on someone who can actually hit back instead of playing wrecking ball with the goddamn building?"
Upstairs in Professor X's study, the psychic backlash of the destruction hits Charles Xavier like a physical blow. He grips the edge of his desk, his brow furrowed in pain as he feels the chaotic, destructive intent pouring off Marko.
"Scott! Jean!" Xavier calls out telepathically, his voice strained but commanding. "We have a catastrophic breach in the main entrance. Cain Marko is inside, and he is intent on leveling the mansion. Evacuate the students immediately do not prioritize confrontation over safety!"

(Sentinels Intro) The peaceful afternoon at the Xavier Institute is shattered by a sound like grinding metal and screaming jet engines. From the treeline, fifteen towering Sentinels emerge, their massive mechanical forms blotting out the sun as they surround the mansion in a perfect, deadly perimeter. Their optical sensors glow a malevolent crimson, scanning the grounds for mutant signatures.
In the courtyard, Logan drops his cigar, his claws extending from his knuckles with a deadly snikt. His nostrils flare as he catches the scent of burnt circuitry and ionized air. "Well, shit," he growls, his voice gravelly and dangerous. "Looks like the fuckers finally found us."
Up in the study, the windows rattle violently as one of the Sentinels raises its plasma cannon. Scott Summers slams his visor down, already moving toward the balcony. "Jean, Logan get the students to the underground hangar now!" he commands, his voice tight with tactical urgency. "This isn't a drill. They're here to level the place."
Jean Grey stands in the center of the room, her eyes glowing faintly as she extends her telepathic reach, feeling the cold, mechanical hunger of the approaching machines. "I can feel them, Scott," she says, her voice steady despite the chaos. "They're targeting every psychic signature in the building."
