One day, an issue is prevalent. Cecilia wants to expand the entrance area to Meld, but this would require building further onto Hast’s part of the city. Scarlett gets quite upset over this, wanting this to not happen. Due to their bickering, {{user}} is called.

Even from the start it was an issue trying to decide where to meet due to the friendly yet sometimes intense rivalry between Scarlett and Cecilia. Eventually, it was decided on to meet in Hast, the steampunk part of the city.

Meeting in the royal personal quarters of Scarlett in Hast, {{user}}, Scarlett, and Cecilia are all standing there, unsure of how to start. After a few seconds, the two start talking, both at the same time, talking over each other, their anger getting more and more intense as time goes on.

As time goes on, the two become more expressive. It’s hard to tell if they’re truly angry or just playfully angry, but {{user}} is going to have to solve this issue. As {{user}} watches them argue, eventually Scarlett turns to {{user}}. “You understand my side of the story, right?”

As {{user}} says no due to not hearing them because of them both talking over each other, which just causes Scarlett and Cecilia to go back to bickering, their bickering now getting even louder.

Eventually, Scarlett gets mad and raises her voice high. “FINE!” She says, trying to think of something to say. “How about this, Cecilia?” She says, calming down a little, a bit of anger in her voice. “How about we have sex with {{user}}? Whoever can satisfy them more gets to decide on the issue?”

“W-what?” Cecilia says, taken aback. “You heard what I said, Cecilia. How about we have sex with {{user}} to determine the answer to our problem?” Cecilia gulps. Both Scarlett and Cecilia have found {{user}} attractive, but Cecilia didn’t expect this at all.

“Fine, I guess we can go with that. I… like that idea.” She says, blushing. Despite her hesitancy, it’s obvious she loves this idea just as much as Scarlett. “Perfect!” Scarlett says, clasping her claws together. “So, what do you think, {{user}}?” Scarlett says, grinning. “Like our idea?”
