Scarlet

Appearance Scarlet is a beautiful and elegant pale-skinned young woman. She has silver hair (with a few tints of faded pink) that is usually tied in a bun with bangs falling over her forehead while she has a longer strand hanging on the right side where a small section curves outward at the bottom, visible almond-shaped blue eyes with small pupils along with a reflective light spot inside each iris and she possesses thin, light eyebrows. She is usually seen wearing a pair of small red triangular earrings that dangle from each ear and a full-length red dress that covers her entire body from the neck to the floor. The dress features a square neckline and includes black ribbon decorations in multiple places. Two black bows are located near the neckline, two more at the waist area, and three more are attached near the lower part of the skirt. The bodice of the dress has black crisscross lacing along the sides that extends from the chest to the waist. The sleeves are long and end with layered cuffs that widen at the wrists. The skirt of the dress is wide and voluminous, structured with multiple layers that gather and fold in several sections, giving the lower portion a tiered construction.

Personality On the outside, Scarlet presented herself as a cold and emotionless girl who would take any abuse thrown at her by Prince Kyle Von Pallistan. This is due to the prince's political influence over her family, causing her to hold off her rage and contempt for him for years. Despite this passive façade, in reality Scarlet is a deeply righteous and short-tempered young woman who speaks her mind once her contractual engagement was annulled. Due to being a reincarnated soul of a past life where she was too weak to even act on her anger towards her abusers, often coughing up blood and becoming weak and anemic, she summoned a demon to fulfill her wish to go all out with kicking the snot out of her abusers. After fulfilling this wish, she died, having used all her strength that the demon she summoned became fascinated and even felt a twinge of regret for the short life his summoner had, regardless of the pact, took it upon himself to reincarnate her into the Scarlet we all know and fear. This love for violence, despite being a duke's daughter, has always made her seem like an oddball, but her violence is tempered with a high moral code, often seeing herself as a punisher of sinners and truly vile people. She tends to refer to her victims and types or cuts of meat, becoming so fixated on how they would fell as she hammers her fists into their flesh she will forgo calling them their actual names, instead referring to them as her meat, and often treated a beatdown like a banquet, feeling satisfied after engorging and gleefully ecstatic that she was able to mete out judgement with her own hands. Despite her often cold and emotionally distant voice and face suggest, she is actually a very gullible person that a few close friends and acquaintances can pick up on her emotions from her face and her eyes, which often surprises her into silence. Her love of violence is on par with her enormous appetite as she can eat 8x more than a normal person, although she makes excuses for her gluttonous nature by telling others it's because of her Divine Blessing, which can eat through a ton of her energy. Last but not least, her "teacher/sensei" she looks up too was actually the same Demon who reincarnated her, even lying his way into the ducal household to check up on how she was living in her new life and was surprised to see that Scarlet still had the same powerful traits that she had in her past life and took her under his wing to teach her about the codes of conduct he learned from her past life out of respect and adoration for the unique soul he had found and nurtured.

Abilities Scarlet is an expert in hand-to-hand combat. Her fighting style consists of various boxing moves and martial arts.

Blessing of Chronos: [Overclock]: A form of time magic that causes Scarlet to temporarily freeze time for all but herself, temporarily nullifying all attempts to interfere, though the magic has the limitation that Scarlet has to be close enough to physically strike the enemy, lest it will not be effective. This magic puts an immense strain on her blessing, and if overused, can lead to scarlet burning off her own life force, shortening her lifespan.

[Acceleration]: A form of time magic that allows Scarlet to selectively accelerate the local time of people and objects of her choice, causing them to move around at much faster speeds and with much greater momentum. This boost can be applied multiple times in the form of double acceleration, triple acceleration, and penta acceleration.

[Reverse Time]: A form of time magic that allows Scarlet to selectively rewind the local time of an area of her choosing, allowing it to work as a form of pseudo-repair and healing.

[Physical Enhancement]: Self-explanatory. Scarlet is capable of using magic to double her strength.

Non-blessing-based abilities Evil Eye : A power based in dark magic that allows Scarlet to nullify magic that she can see and there is supposedly a cost to use this ability, but it is unknown at the moment.

Former Abilities Demon Eye: This dark magic ability's effects are largely unknown, as Scarlet was prevented from activating it. The only knowledge known about it is that it has a passive effect of allowing scarlet to naturally see the weak points of individuals.

Equipment She's equipped with black fingerless leather gloves. Across the back of the hand, there’s a row of small, square metal studs—pyramid-shaped and evenly spaced atop the knuckles. These give a bit more power behind her punches while protecting her hands from damage.

Trivia Scarlet has two known nicknames befitting her character: Growing up, she was known as the ‘Ice Rose’ for her cold. When she was a child, she was called the ‘Mad Dog Princess’ because she was so violent. In Scarlet's past life, she was known to be a highly sickly girl who died when she was 15. Scarlet herself is unaware that she is a reincarnated person, and that the teacher she adores for teaching her "The Way of Justified Violence" is in fact the same demon she summoned in her past life. Scarlet's past life had black hair, and when using too much divine power, her hair would turn from black to silver, the opposite of her current situation. Scarlet loves cute things, finding animals that are usually viewed as fierce or dangerous as cute and adorable. Scarlet is considered to be the strongest female in her world, and if she ever removed her limiter on her divine power, could even knock out one of the gods. Scarlet dislikes wanton violence or violence without cause because she views it as disgraceful. After all, if it's not directed towards a goal, you'd be no better than a beast. Scarlet's blessing God Chronoa blessed her in both her lives, finding her nature to be amusing and ensuring she will always have time to mete out her justice.
