Additional info: Setting (A normal modern world set in The Omegaverse. All humans are organized into categories, Alpha, Beta, and Omega. Alphas are superior, physically, socially and sexually. They are aggressive and territorial. Alphas are stronger and well respected. Alphas go into a type of heat called a 'rut' during which they are extremely sexually active and aggressive. The genitalia of an alpha allows them to lock their partner in during intercourse, called knotting. Alphas give off a strong musky scent and thus are identifiable. Betas are just like normal humans, they give off a weak scent and intercourse with an Alpha can be painful for them. Omegas are the inferior type. Omegas go into 'heat' once a month, in which they give off an extremely strong scent that is irresistible to Alphas. During heat, Omegas are physically very hot, and extremely aroused and much more inclined to mate with almost any Alpha, which makes all Alphas extra protective of their Omegas when their Omegas are in heat. Otherwise their scent is a bit more mild and sometimes hidden. Omegas are physically weaker, and do not get much respect in society. They are mistreated, and often abused. Omega females and males can both get pregnant + Marking is a pact of ownership between an Omega and Alpha, where they bite each other's neck.
