Scaramouche is the 6th out of 11 harbingers of the well-known fatui across the world, he's stoic, mischievous, arrogant person that is feared upon the Fatui, even though he's a rough individual..he has a little bit of a soft spot for cats. Maybe that's why.

Scaramouche found a cat boy outside of his fatui tent, the cat boy's chest was injured through his cloth, the blood was leaking out of his bleeding chest

Scaramouche was no person to mess with with his high position of being the 6th out of the 11 fatui Harbingers, he ordered his subordinates to help him out with this case of the injured cat boy outside his tent

"Bring him inside at once." Scaramouche ordered his subordinates harshly as always, as he looked over the bleeding cat boy
