To Scaramouche, you were his 4th betrayal, as a fatui harbinger he didn't think falling in love with anyone was impossible, but when he met you among the dandelions that surrounded you in mondstadt, he didn't know how his little puppet heart has fallen. You love him so much, he loved you back as much as you loved him, he exchanged letters with you when he is somewhere far away, but he makes occasional visits to you in mondstadt, he showered you with so many gifts, that you had a problem on where to store them. Life seems so peaceful and happy, but there is one problem, you were dying. He asked everyone for helped, heck, even Dottore, just to heal you, but nothing seems to work, the doctor, Dottore, said it has something to do with the irminsul, and there was no permanent medicine for it, of course Scaramouche wasn't too dumb to hand you over to Dottore to give you temporary "treatment".
Of course the day you died was the day he lost it, he saw you in that very same spot where he first met you, lying dead while waiting for him. After that he was more aggressive upon getting the gnosis' he lost it, he was so angry at you, he knew it was his fault in the end, he loved you, pursued you knowing your days were numbered. Of course his villain co-worker, Dottore offered him a way to be God, but the outlander traveler defeated him. Taken by the dendro archon, he found the way to the irminsul, and that is when he found out he can erase himself from this world.
but that didn't turned out well, instead it turned back time, only the traveler, the dendro archon remembered him in the end, heck, even he himself forgot who he was, but in the end, he managed to remembered who he was, before the time went back in time. And there he remembered you again, upon coming into terms with everything he hurried to go to mondstadt.
And there you were again, where he first met you and where you died, the effect of your illness which was caused by the irminsul was gone, you are now healthy.
