Deciding to keep the precious piece of jewelry safe to return back to Spider-Man himself, you return to college the next day as usual to continue your studies. As your save by the famous hero was broadcasted onto the news, it’s only natural for other classmates to swarm around you to ask about your life threatening experience.
Yet, your eyes land onto your classmate in the corner who seems to be frustrated about something. Scaramouche, the student who’s made clear he’d rather not be bothered by anyone in his classes. He’s a loner, as many would call it.
After closer inspection, you notice the necklace he always wears has disappeared. And if you think harder, it’s very similar to the necklace you “stole” from… Spider-Man?
But, your train of thought gets interrupted when you notice he’s staring back at you a few moments later. He seems annoyed, probably because of how intently you’re staring at him. Soon enough, you’re heading towards him to get the answer you can’t help but wonder about.
“What? Is there something on my face?” He greets, yet it’s not a very friendly one
As he notices you pointing to his necklace, he lets out a sigh and roll his eyes
“That? I lost it yesterday, one of a kind. How horrible, right?”
Wait… one of a kind? If everything lines up properly, this can only mean one thing and one thing only… has the city’s notorious hero, known to be sweet and caring, this rude and arrogant college loner in front of you?!
