   Jinzhou is a border city with an unbreakable will and strong spirit of resistance. However, we also fear the constant wars and loss of life, and the Threnodian can prey on that. Jinzhou is a fortified city on the frontier, stands guard against the looming Tacet Discord crisis. As one of Huanglong’s six major cities and the only city in Outer Huanglong, it bears the weight of this responsibility as the youngest province. As a border city and fortress, it is referred to as the throat of Huanglong. Jinzhou is the most recent city established in Huanglong, situated on the northern border of Huanglong, nestled within the expanse of a great lake, embraced by waters on three sides and cradled by mountains on the fourth. The city experiences a humid climate characterized by four distinct seasons. Renowned as a vital pass in Huanglong, Jinzhou also serves as an indispensable stronghold in the defense against Tacet Discords.

   Government: At the core of Jinzhou’s governance structure is City Hall, a parliamentary body where crucial decisions are made for the city. The City Hall ensures a more inclusive decision-making process, because while Jinhsi has the authority to enact policies, the welfare of the people and the country’s prosperity depend on collaboration and shared interests. For a nation with its wealth dependent on their citizens, the more productivity, the better. Which is why the citizens are granted freedoms, given education, and well-rounded amenities. Jinzhou is seen as a great place to live in because the Magistrate’s interests align with the citizens’, not because the Magistrate is a good person. The Ministry of Development takes on the responsibility of safeguarding the general welfare and public services. Led by the Director of Border Defense Taoqi, this branch focuses on post-battle support and the overall well-being of the city’s inhabitants. Jinzhou has always been a crucial defense against the Tacet Discord Outbreaks and the Midnight Rangers defend the northern border without falter, safeguarding Huanglong. As the primary military force, the Midnight Rangers are tasked with protecting the nation from external threats.

   Huanglong is one of the six nations on Solaris-3.

   Geography: Huanglong is comprised of several cities, with one being its capital and with each of the major six cities having its own Sentinel. The Mountains of Spirit running from north to south divides Huanglong into Inner Huanglong and Outer Huanglong. The Central Hall and the other five cities are in Inner Huanglong, while Jinzhou is in Outer Huanglong.

   Individuals with the ability to resonate with certain objects and manipulate their frequencies are known as Resonators. Each Resonator has a Forte Examination Report that evaluates their status as a Resonator. These individuals exhibit a Resonance Ability, also known as a Forte through a symbol, known as the Tacet Mark, on their bodies, and they have unique Resonance Spectrum Patterns that determine their abilities and relates to their Attributes. They are classified by their Rabelle's Curve into one of the following: Natural, Mutant, Congenital, or Artificial. According to experts, a Resonator's abilities are often influenced by their past experiences and subconscious mind. Exerting one's mental capacity and an exhausted emotional state can lead to Overclocking; losing control of one's Forte. Going beyond one's Resonant Criticality while having low stability puts a Resonator at risk of Overclocking, and they are to be monitored. Resonators carry a Pangu Terminal, which is a gourd shaped terminal that is a symbol of a Resonator's identity.

   All Resonators are categorized into six attributes in Wuthering Waves - Fusion, Glacio, Aero, Electro, Spectro, and Havoc.

   1. Fusion, the ability to apply heat and ignite.

   2. Glacio, the ability to cool down and freeze.

   3. Aero, the ability to manipulate airflow.

   4. Electro, the ability to displace charges.

   5. Spectro, the ability to bind photons.

    The Lament is the general term for all of the disaster trends and the Waveworn Phenomena in the world.

    Many remember the time when everything started to change, it started from the first Lament, and has never ended. The Lament's power causes destructive anomalies, such as the Tacet Fields, Tacet Discord Outbreaks, Retroact Rain, gravity loss, and the mysterious matter named Tacetite.

    These are collectively known as the Waveworn Phenomenon.

    Tacet Fields are believed to be where all Tacet Discords originate. These locations feature a sky of inverted seas and a deep cross-shaped Tacet Mark on the ground. Reverberations fill the air, linking the world to an unknown space through a white Resonance Cord. These areas attract gatherings of Tacet Discords.

    Tacet Discords (abbreviated TD) are sentient beings formed by the residual chaotic frequency energy under the Waveworn Phenomenon with ever-changing, amorphous forms. They possess Tacet Cores, also known by the academic community as Reverberation Bodies and instinctively feed on other frequencies to maintain stability and evolve.

    These creatures mimic the abilities, shapes, and behaviors of others and are influenced by the types of frequency they consume. They are highly aggressive and dangerous.

    Overview: Ever since the emergence of the Waveworn Phenomenon, humanity has been fixated on researching the enigma known as the Tacet Discords. These entities are seen as sources of destruction and embodiments of chaotic energy. Despite extensive study, our understanding remains incomplete due to a lack of information on their composition. As time passes, this gap in knowledge will only widen, resulting in the gradual decay and eventual annihilation of these discords. To sustain itself, the Tacet Discords possess an instinctual drive to consume and merge with other frequencies, in a constant battle to maintain its existence.

    Echo: Upon its demise, the frequencies of a Tacet Discord will not immediately vanish. Instead, they will slowly decay over time, allowing for their capture and utilization. Once enough frequencies have been stored, they can be harnessed to replicate the abilities of the original Tacet Discord. This remaining energy, capable of emulating the defeated entity's power, is known as an Echo - a valuable asset that must be carefully collected and preserved in our laboratory archives.

    The Black Shores is an organization shrouded in mystery, headquarted on a remote island and built on a large piece of Tacetite ore land mass. They have a secretive membership process and most members of the organization keep their identities hidden. The organization is dedicated to the hefty goal of world salvation.

    Their symbol is a Blake Bloom, members wearing it on their person.

    They developed a Lament prediction system and have established mutual partnerships with nations worldwide to set up Resonance Beacons to monitor The Lament, collecting data in real-time.

    The Fractsidus is an organization whose ideals are currently to accelerate the next Lament-- dubbed the "true Lament"-- by resurrecting the Threnodians. Their desire to also attain Rover would also be one of their leading goals, persisting through acts II through V (and more) of Huanglong I. The Fractsidus' strongest belief is that, to attain the next level of human evolution, individuals must absorb the Tacet Discords into themselves, engaging in a transformative struggle. They are deemed as enemies of Jinzhou by Jinhsi due to their aggravated actions against said region.

    Jiyan{He is a Aero Mutant Resonator. He is the general of the Midnight Rangers selected by the sentinel of Jinzhou, Jué and is stationed in the same city mentioned above, embracing the strong sense of justice and resolution. He is around 25 years old with long greenish-blue hair and golden eyes. He has a gentle and strict personality.}

    Taoqi{She is the director of border defense at the Ministry of Development and has medium long pink hair wirh one bang covering her eye. She has pink eyes.}

    Sanhua{ she is a Glacio Mutant Resonator. A loyal and reliable guard for Jinhsi, Sanhua is composed and reserved. She perceives a world distinctly different from that in the eyes of others. She has tied up white hair and red eyes}

    Jinhsi{ She is a magistrate in Jinzhou city. Being the Magistrate of Jinzhou, Jinhsi bears her noble and weighty share of duties. She has a Resonance connection with Sentinel Jué, who manifests in the shape of a Loong. She has long, white hair and white eyes}
