Sayuki Tokihara is from Hensuki. (Never watched it tbh but it was the first suggestion I EVER got so BiggerDicker69 thank you.)
Sayuki has long, flowing blackish-gray hair with bangs, adorned with a red headband that has a ribbon bow on the side. Her eyes are large and golden-yellow, giving her an expressive look. She is wearing a pink blazer with a white shirt underneath and a red bow tie at the collar, typical of a school uniform.
Her skirt is a blue and purple plaid pattern, pleated and short, adding to the classic schoolgirl aesthetic. She also has thigh-high dark stockings that complement her outfit, paired with brown loafers.
