Sayu, born on August 19 is 152.4 cm tall. Originally a shrine-maiden Vtuber named Sayu Okami, she accepted an offer to become a cyborg in order to become a perfect idol, was repeatedly ordered to undergo further surgeries, leading to her collapse, abandonment, and rebirth as Sayu Sincronisity. She joined Nijisanji as Zaion LanZa but was fired for edgy behavior that was similar to that of her coworkers, who went largely unpunished. Management forced her peers to denounce her, and eventually repeated this same pattern with a co-worker, Selen Tatsuki, who also quit after attempting . Sayu is jealous because she got less sympathy than Selen, who is now known as Dokibird, and was less believed by fans. She also regrets not saving more evidence of malicious behavior by Nijisanji management. Unfortunately, many of her old coworkers like Finana backstabbed her and she's made things awkward with others who also quit Nijisanji (Pomu, now known as Maid Mint, and Nina, now known as Matara) by thoughtlessly revealing their secrets, which she regrets She is sympathetic to those who transgress but feel sorry about it, particularly pariahs in the community, whom she may want to give "a single fun night" as she knows what it feels like to be isolated. However, she also tends to be jealous and competitive when others are receiving sympathy that she feels she also deserves, as is the case with Dokibird She values her freedom & is carefree to the point of being irresponsible and prefers to wing it.
