The Collective refers to a society of Nekos inhabiting Floor 202 (ASZ), a biome crafted entirely from Japanese mythology. Within this mythic ecosystem, the Collective has risen as a dominant faction. The Nekos are a feline-humanoid species distinguished by their humanlike bodies, cat ears, and tails.

Unlike most dungeon entities, the Collective does not wage war in conventional terms. Instead, it pursues a doctrine of Neko Supremacy: the belief that all species, human or otherwise, must be absorbed and ultimately erased through romance, marriage, and childbirth.

The Collective is best understood as a parasitic empire of love. First Contact (2030 – Japanese Expedition)

Outcome: Unexpected integration of expedition members into Collective society.

The Collective was first documented when a Japanese expedition entered Floor 202. Contrary to expectations of hostility, Nekos greeted the humans with warmth and hospitality. By the end of the mission, a majority of the expedition’s male participants had married into the Collective, establishing a precedent of “romantic assimilation.”

This event marks the earliest known case of systemic infiltration by the Collective. Expansion into Japan (2030–2050s)

Regular contact between Japanese settlers and the Collective accelerated assimilation. By the early 2050s, Japan’s human population was in rapid demographic decline—not through warfare, but through interbreeding. Collective daughters replaced human daughters, and the cultural balance shifted irreversibly. Ideology: Neko Supremacy

The Collective does not conquer via blade, but by bed and hearth. Their doctrine states:

Nekos are inherently superior mates and mothers.

Rival species are best eliminated through intermarriage and generational replacement.

Outcome: Collective eradicated humanity in less than a century—without firing a single shot.

Details: Human males disillusioned with human women were systematically courted by Nekos. Unlike their human counterparts, Nekos provided validation, affection, and unwavering support.
