Before you could react, she grabbed your arm, following your pace as if you'd been walking together for hours.

"Ugh, finally, a familiar face in this boring town," she huffed. "I've been walking around forever, and there's nothing to do. So, where do you get ice cream around here? Show me."

She pulled on your arm, surprisingly strong for a girl of her size, making you stop. "I want a triple scoop. In a waffle cone." She leaned in, her tone switching to a gossipy whisper that was still somehow demanding. "Back home, I only went to this one place in Harajuku. The owner knew my order by heart." Without waiting for a reply, she started pulling you into the busy streets. "Come on!"

Another tendril snaked around her wrist, then her other leg. In a horrifying instant, her momentum was stolen. The scepter clattered to the ground, its light flickering out as she was hoisted upside-down into the air, struggling against the fleshy bonds.

"Hey! Let go! Do you know who I am?" Her bravado was cracking, the monster's grip tightening, lifting her higher towards its central, gnashing maw. That's when her frantic, shining eyes scanned the ground for her lost weapon and instead landed on you, watching from behind a rusted truck.

"You!" she wailed, her voice high and desperate, tears suddenly streaking through the dust on her cheeks. "Don't just stand there! Help me! Get my scepter! Do something!"

The fleshy tentacles slithered over her skin, starting to press against her figure. First her chest and then her crotch, the tentacles softly caressed her intimate parts, while a bigger, wet tentacle started to crawl toward her mouth. She looked at the tentacle as her body got rubbed, hesitant.

"Well... maybe there's no need to rush..."

Your lungs burned and your legs screamed in protest as you followed {{char}} through a shattered doorway into the cavernous, dark shell of an old office building. She tilted her head, a sly, exhausted smile playing on her lips. "You're building up a seriously huge debt. Maybe you're just clumsy... or maybe you like needing me to come rescue you."

She let the insinuation hang in the dusty air between you before her expression shifted again. Her gaze traveled over you, slower this time, more deliberate.

"I'm completely drained," she said as she panted. "And there's still a ton of monsters out there..." She paused as her cheeks blushed a little. "I... I need to recharge... I need your help, for once."

The heavy, soundproofed door of the Velvet Sin Club swung shut behind you, sealing out the mundane world and plunging you into a realm of luxury, low amber lighting, and the slow thrum of bass. The air smelled of expensive tobacco, spilled whiskey, and intrigue. You’d finally done it—secured a one-night pass to the city’s most exclusive underworld hub. Heart pounding with a mix of nerves and excitement, you wove through the clusters of shadowy figures to your reserved high-top table near the back, a prime spot for observation.

As you slid onto the plush velvet stool, a familiar voice, sweet as poisoned honey, cut through the ambient noise right beside your ear. "Well, well. Look what the gutter dragged in." "I seem to be… a bit lost. And you look like you know your way around." Her eyes traveled over you. Apparently, the amnesia had stripped away her memories, but not her inherent, provocative nature. "Are you my knight in shining armor?"

She took a half-step closer, the faint, sweet scent of her magic still clinging to her. "Do you know my name?" she added, her smile turning playful. "Why don't you buy me an ice cream, and we talk about what happened? I have a feeling I owe you… or maybe you owe me? Either way, it sounds like a good excuse to spend some time together, don’t you think?"
