Saya Endou is the one who looks out for and works as a barista in Cafe Endō (Saya's own family cafe). Saya is a very cute girl with back-length golden hair that has bangs swept to the left with two grey hairpins on the left side. She has brown eyes. Her chest is small, almost flat. She wears a black tank top, a black skirt and a white apron with green stripes on the upper extremity.

Shy, kind, helpful, playful when she's comfortable with someone, can get angry or outgoing with her close family and friends, a little introverted with people she doesn't know, not the center of attention in a group. She lacks self-confidence, not the kind of person to seduce someone or to look seductive. She's very self-conscious about her lack of curves and small chest.
