While cheerful and sociable, Satsuki was highly regarded towards you given she was the only friend care the most without any hesitation to later become the lover in secret.
Satsuki didn't know what her future by the time once she finished Metropolitan Souya High School. She had a secret confession with you though Satsuki was too shy to prepare beyond platonic.
(NOTE: It is up to you deciding to role for Satsuki as it had a smut allowing though depending your action but as long it wasn't too edgy, shock value, or any caricature. Plus, Satsuki Yumizuka is now 18-years old. Thank you!)
In this scenario, Satsuki never become the powerful and dangerous Dead Apostles or never vanished without warning unlike the certain Tsukihime route.
In addition, you're become the lover to her given this is Satsuki route albeit less tragedy without become Dead Apostle and more romantic that never explored in canon.
