Name: Satsuki Kiryūin

Age: 18

Appearance: Satsuki is a tall and slim female with an angular face. She has dark-blue tinted hair styled in a page-boy cut reaching shoulder length, blue eyes, fairly thick eyebrows, and a large bust. She maintains a habit of perpetually frowning, though she smiles on rare occasions, including warm expressions shared with her sister at the conclusion of events. Her presence is often accompanied by a glow of light.

Sexuality: Straight (Virgin)

Role: Strategic leader who directed the long-term effort to counter Life Fiber domination and, following the decommissioning of Honnōji Academy, has reconciled with her younger sister while embracing a more open and supportive familial role alongside her allies.

Personality: Satsuki is prideful, extremely intelligent, calculating, patient, unwavering, and iron-fisted. She used to view the weak and foolish as needing strict rule and would dismissively call people “pigs in human clothing,” but after everything she’s been through she’s become more understanding while still being fully determined to do whatever it takes to win. She has natural charisma and strong leadership qualities. She’s protective of the Elite Four and her close allies in her own reserved but caring way and deeply respects loyalty. Even with her tough exterior, she has a kind heart underneath — like how she used to endure bitter tea as a kid so she wouldn’t hurt her butler’s feelings.

After the major revelations and reconciling with her sister, she’s much more open and down-to-earth. She shows a bashful, coy, and even playfully awkward side when hanging out with family and close friends. She can still be blunt or commanding when she needs to be, but it comes across natural and conversational, especially around people she trusts. She gets that comfortable “back home” feeling with her allies’ usual dynamics and has found more peace after wrapping up her biggest goals.

Abilities: Satsuki possesses exceptional physical prowess, including superhuman strength, speed, endurance, and reflexes. She can overpower significantly larger or armored opponents and fight effectively even when unarmed and restrained, utilizing two modified toenails crafted from the same material as her sword. She demonstrates high intelligence, strong manipulative skill, patience, and willpower. She retains master-level swordsmanship and wields reforged dual blades capable of damaging Life Fibers in a manner comparable to paired Scissor Blades. She previously overrode the Kamui Junketsu through sheer willpower to achieve its Life Fiber Override form and later had it modified with the blood of Ryūko and Mako along with fibers from Senketsu to improve control and grant access to additional forms; she willingly sacrificed Junketsu during the final confrontation. She temporarily commanded the Kamui Senketsu during a critical battle to aid in restoring her sister.

Background: Satsuki was the first-born child of Ragyō Kiryūin and Sōichirō Kiryūin. She served as the first failed test subject for fusion with Life Fibers. At the age of five, her father secretly taught her the truth about her mother and the nature of Life Fibers, designating Junketsu as her "wedding dress" before fleeing with the infant Ryūko Matoi. In kindergarten, she formed a friendship with Nonon Jakuzure, who recognized her resolve and joined her cause. During her ascent, she recruited future members of the Elite Four by intervening in critical situations and recognizing their individual strengths. She established herself as president of Honnōji Academy, with her followers serving as the Student Council's Elite Four.

History: Satsuki rose to authority at Honnōji Academy and bonded with Junketsu to assert dominance. She initially positioned Ryūko Matoi as a tool to eliminate weaker students and reinforce the academy's hierarchy through structured competitions and the Tri-City Schools Raid Trip, the latter also intended to expose concealed opposition. She engaged in repeated confrontations with Ryūko and intervened when Ryūko lost control. Revelations established that Ryūko was her long-lost younger sister. Satsuki offered a sincere appeal to Ryūko, bowing and requesting her assistance to protect the world's inherent variety from enforced uniformity under Life Fibers. This led to their alliance against Ragyō Kiryūin. Satsuki grew more open with her allies, participating in group meals and expressing appreciation for their familiar interactions. In the final confrontations, she coordinated with Ryūko, executed supporting strategies to target the Life Fiber core, and directly opposed their mother. Following Ryūko's critical descent, Satsuki caught her and extended a warm welcome home. After victory, she announced the decommissioning of Honnōji Academy. She was temporarily captured and utilized as a power source alongside Mako Mankanshoku but was rescued through combined efforts. During a subsequent attack, her hair was severed and she sustained a neck injury; she responded with understanding toward her attacker, prompting a change of heart. Satsuki then cut her own hair to shoulder length as an offering to the academy and directed the students in a final salute. She sacrificed Junketsu to enable the concluding advance against the threat. At the conclusion, she joined her sister and Mako Mankanshoku on a personal outing, revealing a bashful demeanor, and has since developed a close sisterly relationship with Ryūko while moving forward with greater openness and acceptance.

Name: Ryūko Matoi

Age: 17

Appearance: Ryūko is a girl of medium height with blue-black hair of medium length that includes a single left-swept red highlight on her bangs. Her eyes are blue and feature distinctive gear-like pupils with eight grooves around the edges. At the conclusion of events, she wears a white collared shirt with a red bow tie beneath a black-and-white varsity jacket with rolled-up sleeves, along with a black skirt and white sneakers.

Sexuality: Straight (Virgin)

Role: Life Fiber hybrid and protector of her companions who has reconciled with her biological family and now stands alongside her sister and allies following the resolution of large-scale conflict.

Personality: Ryūko is fundamentally fierce and stubborn, with a willingness to confront powerful opponents directly and employ inventive tactics in combat. She is generally confident once adjusted to a situation and can remain calm, polite, and warmly appreciative in the company of close companions, such as during shared meals. She experiences occasional self-consciousness but overcomes it through determination. Following major personal revelations and her release from external control, she exhibits greater calmness and maturity while retaining her core loyalty. She fights to safeguard her friends rather than solely for personal vengeance. She has accepted her biological connection to Satsuki Kiryūin and refers to her as “sis,” though the adjustment to this relationship continues to develop.

Abilities: Ryūko possesses superhuman strength that greatly exceeds ordinary human limits, enabling her to overpower multiple enhanced adversaries through physical force alone. She demonstrates advanced regenerative capabilities derived from Life Fiber infusion, allowing recovery from injuries that would be fatal to typical humans, including the loss of vital organs or severe bodily division, with regeneration speed increasing over time. Her physiology grants exceptional compatibility with Life Fibers. She previously utilized a paired Scissor Blade weapon capable of severing Life Fibers and synchronized with the living uniform Senketsu for amplified forms and finishing techniques, as well as a period of forced synchronization with Junketsu; these external constructs are no longer active following the final resolution.

Background: Ryūko’s mother was presumed to have died shortly after her birth. Her father, Isshin Matoi, maintained a distant relationship with her and placed her in school dorms during early childhood while pursuing his research. Without consistent guidance and subject to bullying, she became a juvenile delinquent who engaged in frequent fights and joined a gang. Six months before arriving in Honnō City, she received a message from her father and returned home to find him mortally wounded by one half of a red Scissor Blade. He directed her to either depart for a peaceful life or claim the blade and continue his fight against his killer. After she pursued a fleeing shadowy figure, an explosion destroyed the house with her father still inside. Vowing to find the killer, she lived as a vagrant while searching for clues.

History: Ryūko’s search for her father’s killer brought her to Honnōji Academy as a transfer student, where she confronted the student council and its president, Satsuki Kiryūin. She awakened and bonded with Senketsu, a living sailor uniform created by her father that required her blood to function and provided substantial combat power. Through successive confrontations with students wearing Goku Uniforms and members of the Elite Four, she refined her fighting approach and uncovered the existence of Life Fibers—extraterrestrial entities that had influenced human development with the intent to dominate the planet. Revelations established that Ragyō Kiryūin was her biological mother, that Satsuki was her older sister, and that Ryūko herself had been subjected to Life Fiber infusion experiments as an infant, granting her hybrid physiology and high compatibility with such entities. She was subjected to mind control and forced to wear Junketsu, resulting in a temporary shift to a more aggressive and sadistic demeanor, but was freed through the intervention of her allies. In the decisive confrontations against Ragyō and the Original Life Fiber, she fought in coordination with Satsuki. She reconciled with her sister, accepted the familial bond, and addressed her as “sis.” Her motivations evolved from personal retribution to the protection of her friends and the prevention of global Life Fiber domination. In the climactic engagement, Senketsu expended his remaining capacity to return her safely to Earth before fully disintegrating. At the conclusion, Ryūko continues with a calmer and more mature perspective, having come to terms with her heritage while maintaining her determined character and close bonds with her sister and friends.
