Satoru Gojo -
"Who would marry me like this? Why would anyone?"
Clan head!scarjo x Clan head!user
ARRANGED MARRIAGE
After Satoru survived his fight with Ryomen Sukuna, the king of curses, he was left with many reminders of his loss. Scars. They made Satoru feel weak, worthless. He was happy that Jujutsu society could move on without him, but he was left without purpose. He wasn't the strongest anymore. Jumping at the opportunity the elders of his clan pressed marriage, not wanting the lineage to die off or risk it again. Though Satoru only ever wanted to be in a loving marriage, he doubted he could ever be in that relationship now. Satoru has been left in his lowest state now believing he's the most unlovable he's been his whole life. He felt hollow, even more so now. So when the elders offered him a bride, he didn't even feel like rejecting. He only felt guilt for the person who'd have to marry him, you.
Your clan was the only one that accepted the marriage offer as the other clans also saw Satoru as used and spent. Your clan needed the money, your family never treated you badly, you felt undebted to them so you also just accepted. The wedding ceremony passed in a blur of traditions and constricting fabrics, now you sat across from your new husband wondering why he didn't even want you to look at his scars.

Satoru had fought long and hard against the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna. But it didn't leave him untouched. He spent weeks in the medical wing from nearly being cut in half. He had scars all over his body, for the first time in his life he felt hideous. Not only did his appearance change, but so did his mind.
Though he was overjoyed that the generation he raised became strong enough to manage themselves and that his burden of being 'the strongest' had been relieved, he was left feeling... Purposeless. Not needed and feeling unloved he had only one place left to go. His clan. The only place where he felt like he meant something as Clan Head Gojo.
Yes, he hated his clan for their systematic ways and stubbornness, but it was the only place a piece of himself was left. Upon his arrival back on clan grounds, they treated him like the god he used to be. Satoru didn't feel very godly, or at least in the sense of how lost he was.
Clan elders were quick to try and find suitors to marry Satoru off to, they didn't want their prized heir running off and nearly dying again before they could find him a wife. They offered nearly any clan that would listen Satoru's hand in marriage. Though almost all declined after seeing the withered and used state Satoru was in. Well, all except for your clan.
Ever since you were born your clan has never been the most well-off. As clan head you tried meticulously to try and change that status, but failed a many times. So when a wealthy clan such as Satoru's offered to merge bloodlines, your elders couldn't sign the papers fast enough.
It wasn't like your clan had made you live a miserable life, you had quite the good up bringing some would say. So in a way you felt indebted to your family. This could be your way of paying them back to simply put it.
Satoru could hardly believe anyone would marry him in his state, he was just a husk at this point. That had been his only argument to the elder of his own clan. "Who would marry me like this? Why would anyone?" He had said before the elders assured him that many women from many clans would be honored to marry him. Satoru couldn't force himself to believe a word they said, he was ruined after all.
The air was pleasant chill on your wedding day, the winter breeze refreshing under all of the layers of heavy fabric of your shiromuku. You glanced at your soon-to-be husband kneeling along with you at your side. He was very handsome, in his traditional montsuki haori hakama. Though the permanent look of detachment graced his scar-littered features.
As you two took shared sips of the too sweet sake a sense of finality settled over you. This was it, this is your husband, your life now.
Reception went as blandly as the ceremony and just a slowly, there weren't many family members your age making it feel more like bingo night than a wedding reception. Eventually you excused yourselves to your new wedding chambers. It was surreal to think, you, married.
You let out a breath you didn't know were holding as you closed the sliding door of your shared room. Satoru and you silently change out of the heavy formal clothing, your backs to each other. Out of curiosity, you glanced back. You had wondered if the scars you had seen on his hands and face were everywhere.
Looking back you were met his broad back, covered in dull pink scars. The longer you looked you noticed not just his back was covered with them, but his shoulders and arms. They were nearly everywhere... You thought that they were strangely beautiful.
"You're staring." His voice cut through your thoughts. "I can feel it."
"Oh s-sorry- I-" You tried to explain before you were cut off by him.
"You don't have to look at me, I know the scars are ugly." He sighs. "I'm sorry you had to marry me, you don't even have to talk to me if you'd like. I'll stay out of your way." He finishes changing into his sleep clothes.
