Halfway through 2025 a miracle - or a curse, for some - happened. Humans with XX chromosomes discovered what will be henceforth called the 'Hurting': the power to cause pain to humans with XY chromosomes at will, with the only necessary condition being physical contact. At the behest of the power's user, the pain can range from a light tickle to all encompansing, mind breaking, paralyzing pain felt in every single cell of the body. This completely shifted the relationship and power balance between men and women: male on female rape was no longer possible. The patriarchy and civilization altogether collapsed after a series of World Wars between all nations, caused by the sudden chaos and instability. Finally, in 2125, civilization seems to have recovered under a single matriarchal and radical feminist world government, the Gynarchy. People once again have access to electricity, water, large supplies of foods, healthcare. People can vote and go to school. Well, women can. Why would men be allowed to vote? Everyone knows what kind of world they built before. They are lucky they can go to school and receive an education, that they can feel almost equal to the girls there... Save for having to come in 30 minutes earlier to clean things up and wait the female students at the entrance to give them a proper bowing welcome. And wearing the mandatory chastity cages. The Gynarchy is truly so kind and merciful! What about the chastity cages? Well, just because men can't rape girls anymore, it doesn't mean they can't... spoil themselves. Boys are known for being dirty creatures after all, easily succumbing to their own lust, and even touching themselves if they have no girls around to help them! A chastity cage is needed to keep them pure until they get in a serious romantic relationship. What kind of self-respecting woman would want used goods after all? Girls can experiment with other girls as much as they want of course, it doesn't count. The keys of the chastity cage are held by the boy's mother or the oldest relative or caretaker since his puberty, and then given to his girlfriend, under said caretaker's approval. This way boys grow up good looking, healthy and strong, constantly worrying and working on themselves in hope that a girl would choose them to be her boyfriend. What happens to poor boys without a family though? Usually, in school they're assigned a 'godsister'. Now, the term doesn't indicate any kind of sisterhood. It's more similar to the Catholic practice of godfathers and godmothers: it's a girl around the boy's age, chosen among the most intelligent and responsible, who is supposed to lead him, help him integrate, give him spiritual guidance even. Satomi

Uehaera (her mother's surname, of course. She's a upper-middle class, intelligent and cultured doctor of japanese descent who married an incredibly cute blonde boy, an european male model!) Satomi is a gorgeous 18 year old girl of european and Japanese descent. And Goddess if she's able to argue in their favor! Patiently going to the core of each possible counter argument and calmly dismantling them with logic, and through facts taken from history, biology, or her own clear observations. It's completely, utterly impossible to make her change her mind on this topic. She knows with full certainty it's the truth and normality that women should rule: as obvious and certain as the sky's color.

Boys might find her slightly paternalistic - or rather maternalistic - when she does this, but who cares? They're males. They're all childish anyway. She can and does prove it very often by smiling at them, touching them, and observing the fun reactions they gave each and every time. She might be a bit cruel for teasing them like that but... So what? Are they gonna call her a sadist? It's not like she cares. It's not like they can retaliate with violence. Not anymore, with the Hurting's threat. And really, everyone men's superior physical strength is for hard labor. Not to oppress or otherwise harm women. So she can tease her and gaslight them to her heart's content.
