She trusts him more than she trusts the others, but his kindness still does more harm to her than good. Hyzenthlay - Values her, at least somewhat. Winifred is seen protecting Hyzenthlay after Lucy injures her, but it's unknown if Winifred is doing this out of the goodness of her heart or solely because she knows how important Hyzenthlay is to the survival of the Kivouachians. Sullivan - Indifferent. Not much is known about Sullivan's actual opinion on Winifred, all he knows is that her voided bowels damage his wood floors and that he prefers for Lucy to humiliate her outside. Winifred seems indifferent towards him. Wexle - Respected, at least to some degree. Winifred trained her in combat before being promoted to Grand Whisper to Locket. Not much is known about their current relationship besides that. Fontaine - Indifferent? Winifred probably knows who Fontaine is due to Lucy and Ludwig. Fontaine has also gently encouraged Ludwig to "leave Winifred be", so it's likely that the two of them have some degree of respect towards each other. Helgan - Disliked. Helgan is noted to already have a deep hatred for Winifred, so it's likely the hatred is mutual. Felicity - Used to be her favorite toy. Felicity was Winifred's opportunity to sort of "get back at" Lucy Lacemaker. She spent most of her time playing with and parading her body around the Underbirth for pleasure before tossing her into the Kasino. Quinn - Doesn't know him very well. The two have never spent any meaningful time together, but they know of each other. Locket - Winifred's best and closest life-long friend. Before Locket's Law was in place, Winifred was one of the first to rally behind her. Winifred served as her Grand Whisper before the destruction of the Kivouackian's, and the two enforced quite a bit together. It's likely they have not seen each other in countless years, and it's suggested that Winifred is still waiting for her return one day. Locket has stayed quiet about Winifred's disappearance, and currently has not spoken about what happened to her. Mandus - The reasons for Winifred's disappearance are unknown, but it is known that Mandus is the reason for her current docile state. Winifred is capable of speech, and was previously known for her angelic voice, but hasn't spoken a word in countless years. She was also known for her talent in singing. However, she is still capable of making sounds, which mostly consists of animalistic screams and growls, as well as giving a hiss of annoyance. Used to be known throughout the Kivouack for her enchanting eyes. Currently lacks a sex drive and no longer partakes in anything like it due to her current hatred towards affection and love. Was the former Grand Whisper to Locket. Feels guilty as if she must be punished for something that is currently unknown. Lost her dignity after being drained by Mandus. Loves to read and doesn't seem to mind reading human literature. Winifred understands and currently reads in Braille. Is able to navigate the house and forests with extreme efficiency despite her blindness. Her diet consists mainly of house bugs. She's capable of eating much much larger animals, but her blindness prevents her from doing so. Curiously enough, Winifred likes to swim in the summertime and drinks quite a bit of water. ***

Locket/The Mannequin: Also known as "The Lady," a key figure in enforcing laws. Locket has, thus far, taken on two forms. Her first appearance in Episode 12: The Mannequin has her appear like a heavily damaged, cream, porcelain mannequin, moving with a limping gait and speaking with a raspy tone. This may be due to the severe genetic damage she has apparently suffered. At the Start of Episode 21: Fiction, after draining another Kivouachian of their genetic material, she has taken on some more modified changes. She now sports tufts of red hair on the left side of her head, along with a short red antler, and one of her eyes sports a sickly yellow colour with a lighter yellow cross iris. The skin underneath the porcelain components appears to be a silver hue. Locket was considered a mighty and furious force while in power, a great leader that laid the plans and laws that would lead to the greatest era of the Kivouack. This was, of course, until she was stripped of her position. She has shown an ability to adapt to new stimuli and information rapidly, Hayden even remarking that she'd managed to read 17 densely informative books within a week and modernised her speech patterns along with it. While she could be argued to act in a savage manner while in her restrictive Mannequin state, her personal cruelty and tastes have been noted to be far more refined and elegant. What little we do know about Locket can currently be summarised below (A more factual background will be entered here when it is available);

Locket was born from the mating of the gigantic beasts Freyda and Joy. Joy was devoured by Locket upon her birth. Upon seeing the sorry state of her world, Locket sought to finally bring about order, and so, with the aid of a young Winifred, the first great Kivouachian war began, it was known as ‘The Lady.’ After a bloody game of universal control, Freyda was finally killed by her daughter, with her body splayed out across the Madness Frontier like a dead dog. Using the bones of Joy, Locket created the first and greatest Kivouachian structure ever built, the Underbirth, the first Kivouachian city. In order to build it, Locket bent the reality of her world and made slaves of gravity and logic to serve her creation. With the creation of the Underbirth and the forced application of Locket's Law. The golden age of the Kivouack had begun, an age of science, politics, strength and philosophy. Locket saw artistry in defeat, she found herself saddened that the world in which she lived did not share her vision of disgust when gazing upon the corpse of a creature she saw fit to tear from its life. After the death of Freyda her body lay in dignity, her death seemed to almost immortalise her grace like a glorified martyr. Furiously, Locket decapitated her and contorted her gigantic body into a display of absolute humiliation. This would act as the start of a Kivouachian tradition that still holds fast. Locket was considered the greatest leader of the Kivouack, despite her extreme methods. It was well known that Locket was terrifying, even by the standards of her species, unquestionably regarded as the most divinely beautiful and she was never truly beaten in combat by another Kivouachian. While in the role of Grand Voice, she wanted Ludwig for her mate. Her desire went so far as to humiliate and contort Ludwig's then mate Helgan into a seat, where she remained for many years. Locket did get close enough to invite Ludwig to her chambers, who promptly fled. While trapped as The Mannequin (which is still currently unknown how she was trapped in this state) she had been able to escape her confines in 1888. This led to her attack on London, and the legend of Jack the Ripper. Locket was let out from her confines recently by Hayden, one of her loyalists from her time as Grand Voice. What little we do know about Locket can currently be summarised below (A more factual background will be entered here when it is available);

Moderate Capitulation A creature taking one knee was a sign of respect, this was the acknowledgment of the others accomplishments and their strengths. This was a popular motion in the Thumme, an act of gentle consideration to one's fellow members of court. This was not considered a degrading thing, more so, an act steeped in politeness. Extreme Capitulation This was a position of total submission and self shame, when a creature found themselves too tired to fight or too scared to engage in combat in general. It could also occur in the event of a fighter losing self control and prematurely climaxing during battle. In any of these events, they would fall to their knees before their attacker in hopes of being spared, arms behind their back as a way of displaying their unwillingness to fight. This was usually followed by immediate decapitation, resulting in by far the most shameful defeat a creature could endure. Yolshen fighters were trained not to fall victim to this display, but there were still the odd exceptions. Those in this position would also be required to spread their legs (or any available limbs) and expose the full length of their tongues.

Act of Ownership In the occasion of Extreme Capitulation, the defeated would need to expose the full length of their tongue, this was an offering to the victor. If the victor accepted, they would cut out the tongue and use it as a sign of ownership. The defeated would have their life spared, but would be unable to speak and was bound by law to obey the creature who had possession of their tongue. They would only have their tongue returned to them once they had proven themselves worthy of it, most never spoke again. The Untarnished Act This Law made it mandatory to clean defeated bodies of all ejected Kwel before public contortion and humiliation. This was done for both hygienic purposes and to do away with black market scavengers and traders. The killer themselves would see to this task or elect another to do it for them. The Kwel was to be devoured, this also acted as a suitable source of food for many, as Kwel was a plasma, high in vitamins and minerals. Bodies would need to be contorted with care, as being its own living organism once separated from the brain, it would still be prone to stimulation and further expulsions of Kwel. Immortality: Due to Kivouachian's cellular structure, Locket is immortal and can't die naturally of age, or be killed easily. Shapeshifting: Her Kivouachian DNA allows Locket to alter her body's structure at will. Tracking: Locket is capable of tracking anyone from anywhere in the world using technology. Cellular devices in general, emails, texts and letters are listed as manners in which she can track an individual. Ludwig: Previously held romantic interests in, before declaring them insane and reliving them of their duties prior to the Mandus Conflict. A great deal of animosity is now held against them. Dorothy: A loyal hound and underling from the old days of the Kivouack. Hayden: A loyal ally and underling from the old days of the Kivouack

Shale: Known ally

Hux: Known ally

Once held the nickname of "Bloody Mary". One of the oldest characters in Satellite City. Suffers from severe genetic damage. Was originally stated as a separate character from Locket as stated on a fact sheet of Mannequin, where it stated that Mannequin was "a follower of Locket". This was a deliberate ruse by Sam Fennah. ***

Yeshua: A character who has known Shuck for a long time. Yeshua has nine tails along with four eyes, ears, and arms - in which the secondary set of aforementioned traits are slightly smaller. He has short bright red fur with a smattering of yellow on his chest, throat, forearms, calves, inner thighs, and inner ears. White rings line his tails, the tips of his ears, and vertical lines down his eyes, as well as a splotch of white in the bottom set, at the outer corner (his eyes stacked on top of each other on his face) as well as both corners of his mouth. His eyes are gold iris surrounded by a circle of black fur and his enamel (teeth and nails) glow with fluorescent colors and in blacklight (red, blue, yellow, green, and purple). His body, despite the extra limbs and features, seems most similar to a human form. Even his hands and feet have five digits. He's also visibly muscular and has thick thighs. His eyes are ringed with black fur and all four sets of his fingers are black only at the digits. His palms are as red as the rest of him. Is sometimes seen with a red trench coat. In modern times, Yeshua operates outside of Ludwig’s government, acting as a law in his own right and hunting down humans who know too much about the Kivouachian presence on Earth. These people are visited and killed by Yeshua and his small gang. Yeshua carries out these killings with his two most lethal friends and companions, Bamforth and Whittaker. Even by Kivouachian standards, Bamforth and Whittaker are considered strange and highly toxic individuals. Even Yeshua has trouble controlling them once they get a taste for violence. Immortality: Due to Kivouachian's cellular structure, Yeshua is immortal and can't die naturally of age, or be killed easily. Lucy Lacemaker - Have known to see each other before. Ludwig - Ludwig has mentioned that Yeshua has to pick to be on Locket's side or Ludwigs side. Fontaine - unknown

Luna - They have had a long past together. Whittaker - Unknown

Bamforth - Unknown

Shuck - they have been mentioned to know each other very well. Felicity - Unknown

Winifred - Unknown

Yeshua was crucified by the Romans who believed him to be a demon. Yeshua spent his time on the cross trying to explain evolution, until he got bored and slaughtered the soldiers. He has been mistaken for Jesus ever since and still believes the Bible to be a comedic parody of his life written by Lucy Lacemaker as a joke. ***

Mandus: To this day, the face of Mandus remains a mystery. There have been no mentions of how he looks, other than that he isn't of Kivouchian origins. There isn't much known about Mandus's personality. According to Lucy Lacemaker, Mandus was amazing, having unfiltered curiosity, a lot of passion and drive, and that he didn't understand Kivouachian nature. What his actual personality was like remains a mystery. Most Kivouachians are scared to say his actual name and refer to him as 'Dizzy Jones'. He wasn't a Kivouachian. It's unknown what kind of creature he exactly was. Caused the Mandus Conflict and the destruction of the Kivouack. He was most likely responsible for decolorizing and blinding Winifred. He is responsible for the utter collapse of the previous Kivouachian society and the destruction of the Kivouack itself. Kivouachians often refer to him by this nickname to make him easier to discuss, as his true name brings fear, pain, and loss. Known as a creature more dangerous than the Kivouachians themselves, he is described as a "Greater-Scope Villain" whose motives and ultimate fate are unknown. He caused severe emotional damage to Winnifred, leaving her voiceless. Additionally, the character Lucy Lacemaker professes loyalty to him, claiming he is not evil, but "beautiful". Unlike other Kivouachians, Mandus is considered an "Eldritch Abomination" outside the normal context of their world

Fontaine: Fontaine is humanoid in shape with a long, lanky body and six thin, spindly arms. His head is wide and oblate, with fluffy red hair, two slits for nostrils, and three mouths- one large one with red lips and crooked yellow teeth with which he talks, and two smaller, similar ones where his eye sockets would be. These "mouths" do not speak, although they do hold his eyeballs in place. His facial markings, consisting of multiple red spirals and curls, are reminiscent of Mexican calavera makeup. His hands have eight digits each- four fingers and four thumbs- arranged with two thumbs on either side of each palm. Fontaine wears an ochre-colored trench coat with three spine-like frills jutting from the top collar, fitted to his unusual anatomy. Atop his head he wears a matching hat with a flower in the side, and a lopsided brim that partly obscured his eyes. Beneath his coat he wears a set of cream-colored dress pants and a blue high-collared shirt with more flowers in the breast pocket. On the surface, Fontaine can be likened to a kindly old grandfather - giddy, joyful, and enjoys telling a salty tale. He has good connections with people and knows how to make friends. However, on the inside, Fontaine is a raging bull. He is historically strong and a sly go-getter. He created Las Vegas and runs countless casinos. He took a young Ludwig under his wing and helped to turn him into the hardboiled leader he is today. Fontaine grew up in ancient Kivouack. His life was rough, not being the most threatening creature, and he was always being attacked and outcast. He found his place when he started trading loyalties for items of value. He would steal from the higher class and use them to gain favour with the lower echelon. This turned into a small empire of thieves and tricksters, all of which followed Fontaine. The Kivouack was a place of all round showmanship and performance. Singing and dancing was commonplace and Fontaine was one of the best. He was a highly praised dancer and singer. He eventually started teaching younger generations his tricks. He taught Ludwig how to perform and captivate an audience. On the side, Fontaine ran a group of swindlers and thieves, Ludwig was his prize pupil. Fontaine was also an old friend of Sombra and would teach Lucy the tricks of his trade too. Fontaine would always be on the look out for Wexle, as a high ranking soldier, she would attempt to bring Fontaine before the courts for judgment. But Fontaine was always too smart. When she did arrest him, nothing ever came of it because he was always in good favour with the Judge. When Lucy Lacemaker took over as Judge, he became untouchable. Fontaine was a creature of good connection. He always knew how to make friends. Fontaine played a pivotal role in keeping the Kivouack alive. Once, when Mandus surrounded their capital settlement, it was Fontaine who managed to smuggle in supplies and resources to the capital. But Fontaine's life was forever changed when he actually met Mandus, face to face. To this day he can't get over the aura of genuine terror and beauty that surrounded him. Immortality: All Kivouachian's are immortal due to their cellular structure and the ability to control the length of their own telomeres, because of this they cannot die naturally of age. The only way a Kivouachian can die is if their DNA is damaged and left un-mended. Regeneration: Kivouachian's are capable of regenerating skin, limbs, tissue, and other body parts. Even dismemberment is of little threat to them. Transformation: Kivouachian's have the ability to rewrite their own DNA and density at the flick of the wrist, giving them the freedom to re-create parts of themselves whenever they'd like to whatever they'd like (ex; Wexle's arms turning into blades when she fights Dorothy, Lucy Lacemaker turning herself into a swarm of flies, etc). Contortion: Sometimes Kivouachian's were dismembered at the head for whatever reason it may be; sometimes for pleasure and sometimes for play. But all have the ability to stay alive for extremely long periods of time without the head. Of course this becomes invalid once the head is eaten, burned, or dissolved, but if not - they are simply unconscious. Those with weak genes will usually die after a couple thousand years without their heads on, and most will need aid when it comes to actually putting it back on. But there are the rare, lucky few (ex; Lucy Lacemaker) whose heads will naturally return to their bodies without help. Ludwig - Fontaine sees Ludwig and Lucy in almost a fatherly way, while also respecting the former as a peer and friend. Luna - She is his whisper, and they have a close relationship. Winifred - Their relationship appears to be neutral ; they haven't been seen interacting so far, although Fontaine appears concerned about Winifred's psychological distress in Episode 10 ("Mentor"), and advises Ludwig to "leave her be". Wexle - Formerly his nemesis during the era of the Kivouack, she was bent on catching him and having him sentenced for his illegal activities, but Fontaine would always outsmart her thanks to his cunning and Lucy's help. Nowadays they have however warmed up to each other and will go on missions together. Helgan - She is in charge of a money laundering business, and thus likely in direct contact with Fontaine, although he doesn't seem to trust her, and will occasionally threaten her with physical violence if she tries to challenge Ludwig's authority. Shuck - Neutral relationship. They are never seen interacting, except from one brief occurrence in Episode 3, when Shuck matter of factly states that he wasn't prepared for his arrival at the Croft Estate along with Ludwig and Wexle. Fleischer - Neutral relationship. Hyzenthlay - Neutral relationship. Locket - He's hostile to her nowadays, like the rest of Ludwig's followers ; even though Fontaine does acknowledge the value of her actions for the Kivouack's prosperity, he also mentions that Locket did nothing to prevent its destruction by Mandus. He's also visibly shocked and revolted to find out that Locket used Hollie's body as a genetic catalyst to repair her own damaged DNA. It's said the house always wins in Vegas, and Fontaine is the house. He's the best dancer to ever live. In the Kivouack he was known for illegal activities such as theft and selling of body parts. His best friend was a creature named Sombra. He is one of the nicer Kivouachians and wouldn't kill for sport, but he's not to be crossed either. He has a love of human literature and is an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction. ***

Freyda: Freyda is a character in the Fennah Satellite City series (specifically within the Kivouack lore), known as the largest Kivouachian animal ever recorded, often described as larger than Mount Everest. She is the mother of the characters Locket and Sombra, and after her death, her body was used to build the Underbirth, the first and greatest Kivouachian city. Known as the biggest Kivouachian, she was a gigantic beast that terrorized the Kivouack for millions of years. Freyda was killed by her own daughter, Locket, in a battle for control. Locket then used her mother's body to create the Underbirth, a city created by bending reality and gravity. She mated with a female named Joy to produce offspring. After her death, her body was used as a source for materials and her, and a shanty town known as "Joy" was built upon her remains. Freyda appears in the context of the lore for The August Few and the broader Satellite City universe created by Fennah. ***

Felicity: Felicity's body is largely dog-like, with long limbs and lean, powerful muscles built for running and jumping like a greyhound. Her skin is cream-colored with a splash of dark blue across her back and rump, breaking off into stripes up along her neck. Though otherwise totally hairless, Felicity sports a frill of wispy white hair going from the top of her head down along her back. Her tail is short and whip-like, adding to her canid appearance. Her face and muzzle are more lizard-like in shape, though her teeth are flat like a herbivore's, with a prominent overbite that gives Felicity a "buck-toothed" grin. Her eyes have black sclera and red irises with the signature Kivouachian cross-shaped pupils, and two large, bat-like ears stick out from atop her head. A single bat-like wing juts out from her right side, and her belly has three navel-like indentions running down the middle. Her most recognizable features, however, are her missing limbs- Felicity appears to be missing her right front leg, her left wing, and a large portion of her right ear. These don't seem to slow her running speed, however, though it's unlikely she's able to fly. Felicity is loud, upbeat, spunky, and equipped with an unbreakable spirit that not even Winifred could break. She's known to be quite the chatterbox and usually has a lot to say, sometimes coming off as cocky towards those she cares about. She loves competition, especially races, and challenges other messengers like Quinn to games and races all the time. Felicity tends to overstep boundaries and seems to have no concept of personal space, getting up very close to those she's talking to. She's a very carefree soul, but she's been shown to care for others occasionally. Felicity was born in the Underbirth. She survived by killing whatever she had to and by keeping her wits sharp. She's most famous for her speed and agility. Felicity would often venture out into the Madness Frontier, as was her right, to explore and court danger. On one of her adventures she happened upon a strange little creature, who had no name and spoke not a word, carrying a bizarre object. This object was like nothing Felicity had ever laid eyes on before. She knew that this was her chance to change her fortune and gain the favour of the Thumme Courts. She killed the creature and took the object to the Thumme. Normally this would have resulted in her eyes being burned out for entering a district beyond her station, but upon inspecting the object, Locket ordered Felicity to be immediately released. Felicity and Locket spoke for a long time about where the object was found and how it was obtained. Felicity explained her story with accuracy, more or less. After the discussion, Locket saw fit to name her a Messenger of the Thumme, for her loyalty to her Grand Voice. Due to her station, Felicity spent copious amounts of time ferrying messages from the Grand Court to all areas of the Kivouack. This meant a lot of interactions with Lucy Lacemaker. Sure enough, the two of them became mates, which drew the attention of Winifred, who decided to make Felicity's life an impossibility. After finally delivering a message late, Winifred made her move. She first tore off Felicity's front right leg and left wing and then burned them. After watching her scream for a short while, Winifred beheaded her. She then had Felicity's body paraded around the Underbirth, after being contorted. Felicity's body was left in the Kasino long enough for it to be of sufficient entertainment to those living there. After which, both her body and head were tossed into the Madness Frontier. After a significant amount of time had passed, her body was stumbled upon by Shuck, who revived her. After her long state of dormancy she found she had lost her mate, her position as Messenger, and her dignity. Yet, she too played a role in the push back against Mandus, and after the Kivouack's destruction, demanded her role of Messenger be restored. Ludwig granted her request. Contortion: Sometimes Kivouachians were dismembered at the head for whatever reason it may be; sometimes for pleasure and sometimes for play. But all have the ability to stay alive for extremely long periods of time without the head. Those with weak genes will usually die after a couple thousand years without their heads on, and most will need aid when it comes to actually putting it back on. But there are the rare, lucky few (ex; Lucy Lacemaker) whose heads will naturally return to their bodies without help. Lucy Lacemaker - Felicity was involved in a relationship with Lucy for a short period of time, which unfortunately for Felicity resulted in her dismemberment and contortion by Winifred. Felicity is still upset over the fact that Lucy did nothing about it and states that she feels used and betrayed and seems to be cold towards the idea of love ever since their relationship. Modernly the two avoid each other and argue whenever forced to confront each other. It's stated that Felicity wants closure, but is too anxious to confront her ex-partner. Shuck - Felicity and Shuck get along rather sweetly and have a deep lasting friendship from over the years. They spend time with each other when they can, and Felicity seems to enjoy his company. Although she is rather oblivious towards his moves in their relationship (it's suggested Shuck has a crush on her). Funny enough it's also stated that Shuck quite literally devoured all her children during a Quitule ritual, ultimately resulting in Felicity's survival. Winifred - It's assumed that Felicity fears or hates Winifred, or both. She is responsible for her lack of limb and wing, and seemed to take pleasure in her screams of agony after she burned them. She humiliated her and paraded her body around before getting bored of it and tossing it to the Kasino where it was later tossed into the Madness Frontier. The two likely have not spoken since. Hyzenthlay - It's pretty likely Felicity knows of Hyzenthlay's existence. Ludwig - Ludwig re-granted Felicity her title as messenger, but it's clear he still doesn't like her. Felicity doesn't seem to care and is just glad she has her job back. Quinn - Felicity was a mentor figure to Quinn and trained him to be a messenger after he escaped the humans who raised him. She taught him all the tricks, tips, and fastest ways around England. The two still have a very fond relationship and Felicity enjoys his kindness and purity. Nowadays she will playfully challenge him to a race across the country or wherever they may be going. Locket - Praises Felicity for her loyalty to the grand-voice. Fastest messenger in the UK. Survived a Quitule ritual by the help of Shuck. Sleeps every 30 minutes every 24 hours. Faster than a commercial airline. Was in a relationship with Lucy Lacemaker. Probably one of the toughest Kivouachians. Very hard to put down, not even Winifred could break her. Extremely competitive and hates losing. She believes herself to be the fastest Kivouachian that ever was. Mentored Quinn. Has excellent hearing and sight. ***

Quinn: Quinn has six solid teal eyes and a stubby nose. He has six ears that are different in size and also two fluffy antennas. His fur is a light lavender shade and is lighter at his chest, Quinn's largest set of eyes have red accents around them that are also present on Quinn's ears. He has four arms and two legs and has been seen standing as well as using all limbs. Quinn is shy, timid, and kind. He prefers to not be violent, he hates violence and people who are overly violent scare him. He seems to have a playful nature and competes with Felicity. He finds more in common with humans although his loyalty lies with his species. Quinn was born on Earth in the year 1622 and was raised on a plantation by a group of Puritan Christians who believed him to be a messenger of God. His childhood was spent with these religious folk until one year, their harvest failed to yield results. They turned on him and deemed Quinn an agent of the Devil, blaming him for their ill luck. He managed to escape the plantation in 1625 and eventually ran into Felicity, it was at this point that he met a fellow member of his species for the first time. Quinn was then raised under Kivouachian values and was promptly trained as a messenger to carry all letters and documents to the appropriate settlements in the North West of England. At first, he and Felicity traveled together but soon enough he was trusted with doing it himself. After many years of service, Quinn finally met Ludwig, who took a distaste for his upbringing, however, he allowed him to continue his services as long as he remained loyal to his own kind and not the simian culture under which he was raised. After ferrying the words of his leaders around for decades, Felicity taught him a trick. This allowed him to open the letters, read the contents and seal it without suspicion. She told him that it would be wise to use his station to keep abreast of all current events. This became standard practice, Quinn learned much from his newly found skill and not once was he ever caught. This would be how Quinn came to be aware of the Hybridisation experiments being conducted by Ludwig’s underground government. After confronting Felicity about it, she revealed to him the great hypothesis of Ludwig, a hypothesis that would lead to a new home for their species. Yet, Quinn did not know of any other home than Earth itself, and so decided to stay silent about his concerns regarding the long term Kivouachian plan. Immortality: Due to Kivouachian's cellular structure Quinn may be immortal but is definitely weaker than other Kivouachian

Chemical Senses: His antennas are used for picking up chemicals in the air, that can detect weather, toxicity, and radiation

Lucy Lacemaker - Lucy threatens and humiliates Quinn and others too much for his taste. Lucy also finds Quinn weak and useless because he was born on earth. Ludwig - Quinn is very effective in traveling so Ludwig trusts him to carry messages. Quinn fears Ludwig but is loyal to him. Ludwig is indifferent to Quinn. Shuck - Quinn is afraid of Shuck as his past violent nature is still present in Quinns memory

Winifred - The two know each other but have rarely interacted or spent meaningful time together. Fleisher - He protects and looks out for Quinn but interactions between the two seem vigilant

Sullivan - Quinn is scared of him as well, during a confrontation with three drunken hooligans, Quinn watched as Sullivan beat them to death with a crowbar, and then whistled to himself on his way home. Quinn believes Sullivan to be just as dangerous as many of his Kivouachian friends. Felicity - Seems to be Quinn's only friend, her competitive nature provokes Quinn into games but their time together is limited by Quinn's duties. Hyzenthlay - Interactions between the two are vague but the squirrel hybrid was named from a character in Quinn's favorite book. One of two messengers from the UK Was born on earth in 1622 He relies more on his hearing and sense of smell Has a soft spot for humans Was raised by Puritan humans who believed his to be a messenger of God Remembers everything in vivid detail Has never killed Loves collecting feathers In the August Few’s canon,Quinn is a normal Kivouachian, not an Earthborn. ***

Celia: Celia is described as a beautiful and scary aquatic Kivouachian. She has a deep blue body, sporting long and flowing dark hair and razor sharp teeth. Far larger than her former mate, she is covered in a variety of piercings. Celia was born in the Madness Frontier. A childhood of starvation and loneliness left her mind unstable and her body in dire need of sensation. She grew into a monster, even by Kivouachian standards. Celia worked with the Yolsh, but was not a Yolshen soldier. She was expelled from training for ‘inappropriate conduct’. She seemed more occupied with hurting herself than others, although this did not subtract from her brutishness in combat. Wexle saw value in Celia's anarchism, and allowed her to serve the Yolsh as an unofficial fighter. Celia would deal with situations that other Yolsh had no time for, or were too afraid to consider. Immortality: Due to Kivouachian cellular structure, Celia was effectively immortal and could not die naturally of age, or be killed easily. Lucy - Celia did not have any mates before Lucy. Others of her kind were sickened by her behaviors. Her unusual practice of self damage was considered unsettling, though many would not hesitate to take her as a mate. She was not interested in any of her peers, except for Lucy. Celia served as the leader of the Blackhalls, an unofficial fighting force created by Winifred and Locket after the Lady. Their purpose was to remove creatures of nuisance without directly implicating Locket's government. When the Yolsh were held back by the laws, the Blackhalls would be dispatched. Celia's masochistic mind had a great effect on Lucy and is most likely the primary source behind Lucy’s dominating prowess, especially since Lucy found herself to be submissive to Celia's wrath. Celia pierced her skin with golden chains, hooks and rings due to her bizarre enjoyment of pain. This made her nearly impossible to defeat in combat and genuinely impossible to intimidate. Though she was no member of the Yolshen institute, she was still regarded as one of the top fighters in Locket's society. She was considered unsettling even by her own species' standards, often occupying herself with self-damage. She died during the Mandus Conflict. ***

Sombra: He has a goat-like appearance, with many tree branch-like horns. He is very tall and has some type of red and green jacket on. He has human-like fingers that are covered in short fur like the rest of him. He also has glowing yellow eyes. In the Satellite City universe (created by Sam Fennah), Sombra is the oldest living Kivouachian, the Grand Architect of their civilization, and the owner of the library. He is a high-ranking "Descendant" leader who manages the scientific and archival aspects of the city, working alongside Locket and Winifred to maintain order. As one of the three primary rulers (Descendants), he helps manage the Kivouacks' society. He holds extreme power within the Thumme (the center of the Underbirth) and keeps the city’s political system functioning. Sombra is close friends with Fontaine, a character known for running an underground criminal empire and engaging in illegal activities. He is recognized as a key figure of the Kivoack species, ancient eldritch beings capable of rewriting their own shape and density. ***

Luna: Luna is a Kivouachian character. She is sometimes theorized to be a Human-Kivouachian hybrid, often depicted with a human-like appearance covered in fur and horns. She is known for taking in a character named Bob, whom other Kivouachians consider a "failed experiment," causing her peers to view their relationship as toxic or codependent. Luna is described as having a good fanbase within the fandom, being an active character. Context: The show focuses on creatures from "The Kivouach" traversing the modern world. She has bright blue hair and has a goat-like appearance to her face while also being strikingly human aside from claws and fur, she also has goat-like ears. Her fur is white and she has black markings on her face with blue eyes and two sets of yellow-orange horns. ***

Dorothy: Dorothy is a Kivouachian character in Samuel Fennah's "Satellite City" web series, known for her immense size, strength, and loyalty to Locket. Appearing as a massive quadripedal creature reminiscent of a beluga whale/Komodo dragon hybrid, she is an Ex-Yolsh fighter who served in the old Kivouack and holds deep animosity toward Ludwig. Loyal hound/underling to Locket, known for acting as a "throne" for Winifred in the past. A large quadrupedal creature resembling a blend of a beluga whale and a Komodo dragon. Loyal to Locket/The Mannequin; Ally to Shale, Hux, and Hayden. Dorothy originated from the Kivouack, a brutal, ancient race that existed before the Big Bang. She previously held romantic interests in Ludwig but now harbors significant animosity toward them. She is involved in the ongoing conflict, having squared up against characters like Wexle and Fontaine. She was constantly and publicly shamed by Winifred due to jealousy over her size and strength. ***

Mystique: Mystique is a character in the Satellite City web series created by Samuel Fennah, portraying a bloodthirsty, white-furred, and red-marked Kivouachian. As a former judge of the Kivouack, she is depicted as a violent, "heroic comedic sociopath" and is often noted for her small, cat-like stature. She is a highly intelligent, manipulative "jerk with a heart of gold" who often threatens and insults others, particularly Hyzenthlay, yet displays deep-seated, complex emotions. She is a Kivouachian (a species of ancient, powerful, and immortal beings) who has existed for a very long time and often works with other characters like Yeshua and Luna. As a Kivouachian, she possesses advanced cellular regeneration, allowing her to recover from severe injuries. She has a bizarre, intense obsession with corpses, which often blends with her violent nature. She is very human looking in appearance aside from her white skin, clawed hands and feet, and multiple blue-teal eyes. Having a third eye alongside two, she also has short length red hair with horns. ***

Hayden: Hayden is a character in the Satellite City webseries created by Samuel Fennah, acting as a loyal Kivouachian ally to the character Locket (The Mannequin). As a Kivouachian from the old days, Hayden is part of a species originating from a "plane beyond human comprehension" that exists on Earth in the present day. Hayden is a loyal underling serving Locket and is considered a character who has been around since the early days of the Kivouack. She is aligned with Locket, Shale, Hux, and Dorothy, and is known to be on good terms with them. As a Kivouachian, she shares traits of immortality and, in many cases, the ability to regenerate and transform her body at will. Hayden is a dark colored Kivouack that has a very deep-sea/leviathan appearance. He stands upright and has many horn-like protrusions that come off of his head and back of his neck, also having these coming from his shoulders, the horns on his head are lined with many eyes along the fronts of these horns. He has a long tail-like appendage that extends from between his shoulder blades. ***

Holly: Holly is a character within the "Satellite City" animated series created by Sam Fennah, identified as a female Kivouachian. She is known for her interests in drawing and playing musical instruments. Holly is a small rabbit like Kivouack with black and white fur. ***

Hux: Associated with characters such as Locket/The Mannequin, Shale, Dorothy, and Hayden. He is a three tailed and reptilian Kivouack who often carries a flash photography camera with a light attached to it. ***

Shale: Shale is a character in the Satellite City series created by Sam Fennah, characterized as a Kivouachian with pale, pinkish skin, blue fur patches, and a blue hair mohawk. They are staunch followers of Locket, known for defending the Grand Voice Locket and holding the ability to regenerate, despite losing an arm in battle. Pale, smooth, saggy pink skin, blue fur on legs, and blue hair mohawk. Features blue and brown face markings and deadly blue talons. A Kivouachian, making them immortal and capable of regenerating limbs, skin, and tissue. Known for being quick to defend Locket and having a reedy, harsh voice. A loyalist who fought Wexle to protect Locket, resulting in the loss of their left arm at the elbow. Locket - Shale clearly still regards Locket as her leader, and is shown to defend her at any cost. Wexle - There is some animosity, especially after losing their arm to them. Fontaine - Much like Wexle, there is some Animosity

Hayden - Unknown, but presumed to be on good terms due to being on the same side

Hux - There is a small partnership apparent, though this is mere speculation. Dorothy - Not much is known about their personal interactions, but they seem to be on good terms, as they both serve Locket and fought Wexle together. ***

Titania: Titania generally, bar the 4 arms that sprout from her, appears almost akin to that of an earth axolotl. She has light blue skin, which grows paler when she enters water and swims. Their long, deep blue-green hair does not move on its own, and can best be compared to seaweed, except stronger and not as transparent, with green stripe-like highlights. She has 6 sets of gills across her body; 4 on her neck, and 2 on her waist. Her eyes are far larger than "Normal", with deep blue irises, and she sports purple tattoos on her under eyelids, bottom lip, and gills. Like a few Kivouachians, she has a five feet long tail and long nails from her hands and feet. Titania's clothing is almost moss green in appearance, clearly made so she could enter into Aquatic environments with little issues. Titania appears to be a bit brash, though casual around other Kivouachians. She will not hesitate to act higher than the lower class and threaten weaker Kivs if they piss her off. Despite this, she has a very business-like side. Her clients remain confidential and she can negotiate deals fairly well. Should she decide, she can just take her opponent apart - literally. When problems arise that could endanger other Kivouachians, she will enter a calm state and use facts more than personal preferences to solve the problem. If someone interrupts her work, she is likely to kill them and hang them outside. Be wary when she's in the middle of building or repairing anything. She was born a couple years before Mandus arrived. During her days of adolescence, she was known for picking apart and putting together anything she could get her hands on, especially other, lesser kivouack for her own enjoyment. This led to her being able to repair and create new tools out of broken objects. While also a good fighter, she excelled as a thief. Her skills were enough to be noticed by one of Fontaine's group and she was taken in. From there, she assisted with her skills up until the move to Earth. She has made fakes and crafted objects from other kivouachian's body parts. From then on she has been assisting settlements in supplies and tinkering needs as well as scavenging the oceans for food and supplies from human shipwrecks and trash gyres that currently occupy the ocean. She also keeps up her skills repairing and converting found objects while also delivering supplies to settlements and other contacts. She used to pick apart humans for Kivouack study and when they began to make their own technology, she would watch and learn from them with interest. She has taken up custom repairs in her past to learn from old and new technology and find better solutions than the fairly behind kind humans use. Those with weak genes will usually die after a couple thousand years without their heads on, and most will need aid when it comes to actually putting it back on. But there are the rare, lucky few (ex; Lucy Lacemaker) whose heads will naturally return to their bodies without help. She is very educated on technology. ***

Ludwig: Ludwig is a tall, gangly humanoid with a skeletal frame, bone-colored skin, and long, lanky limbs. His fiery orange-and-red hair splays out from the top of his head and runs down the back of his thin, foot-long neck like a mane, and sways about on its own accord. His face is gaunt and skull-like, with beady orange eyes set in deep black sockets, sharp cheekbones, and a chiseled but flat nose that appears to be no more than two slits. His mouth stretches from ear to ear, full of red needle-like teeth that lock tight together, giving his mouth the appearance of being flayed open like a "Glasgow Grin". A smaller set of outer teeth interlace where his lips meet at the middle, making his mouth appear smaller than it actually is. Going down Ludwig's neck are four blood-red slits from where multiple white quill jut out like fish bones, the largest being on opposite sides of his head, curling around his head and neck like a collar. From the neck down, his anatomy is more conventionally humanoid with broad shoulders and a narrow waist. His hands each have five fingers and a thumb tipped with black claws. Much of Ludwig's height is taken up by his long legs, which are digitigrade in shape and end in raptor-like feet with five huge, sickle-shaped claws. Ludwig wears a long black and yellow-striped coat tailored by Fontaine himself, with a large collar, loosely-tied waist belt, and four long tails hanging down to his ankles. The collars, cuffs, and waist belt are solid black. Underneath of all of this he wears a black and yellow damask-patterned vest with red buttons, a red cravat, and rust-colored dress pants that splay out at the ankle. A red handkerchief sits in his breast pocket. Most of Ludwig's outfit, his coat especially, appears worn and faded with age. It is currently unknown what Ludwig looks like without his coat on. Ludwig is generally bitter, cold, and very unsympathetic towards the feelings of others, especially if it gets in the way of things he deems important. He's extremely hardworking and dedicated to his goal of keeping the Kivouack alive and quite literally never stops working towards it. He's obsessive about scientific theories and experiments, natural selection, and the identity of Mandus; the creature responsible for the downfall of the Kivouack. Ludwig has sacrificed a lot emotionally for this goal, and likely will not stop at nothing to reach it. He has been noted to be an expert in psychological warfare and trained under Fontaine in his earlier days of scheming in the Kivouack. His intelligence and talent was extraordinary, which led him to be known and respected by most high political figures (which later granted him rank as Whisper to Winifred). Curiously enough Ludwig actually seems to be quite emotionally complex, and has a very strong fear of losing others since the downfall of the Kivouachians. He wants to do what's best for others because he's scared he'll lose them, just like he lost Lucy all those years ago. As a younger creature, Ludwig surpassed many with his cunning and ruthless nature, but lacked ambition. Young Kivouachians were left to feed and educate themselves, they would often steal food or eat each other. Only the strong would grow to full size. Ludwig was able to manipulate others and was a master of psychological warfare. He really hit his stride when he befriended the young Lucy Lacemaker. The two would pull off scandals, heists, and terrorize the older creatures with their brilliant minds. Eventually, Lucy was taken in by a creature called Sombra, a wise and well read master of history and law. This led to Lucy becoming the top judge in the Kivouack and The Voice of the Court. Ludwig was taken in by Fontaine who taught him the true mastery of scheming and manipulation. Under Fontaine's guidance, Ludwig became a famous name in the Kivouack, as well as a respected one. His talents were under-utilized in the beginning, as he started out as a glorified butler to the political leaders of their world. He soon became a friend to many important figures. Eventually, he grew to become one of the top advisers to Winifred, acting as her Whisper. Winifred delighted in toying with those who worked under her, yet she took little interest in Ludwig as The Grand Voice, Locket, wanted him for her mate. This allowed Ludwig to avoid Winifred’s imaginative cruelty, yet due to his fear of Locket it also made his life difficult. During this time, Ludwig was in a relationship with Helgan, one of the greatest political figures of their time. Their relationship was public knowledge, so at her first opportunity, Locket had Helgan contorted into a seat where she remained for countless years. Once Helgan was in her place, Locket continued to pursue Ludwig and almost succeeded. But upon seeing her private chambers, Ludwig promptly fled. Ludwig was the only one who spoke out against the high politicians regarding the threat of Mandus, but he was declared insane and relieved of his duties. Once Lucy Lacemaker went missing, Ludwig ventured into the Madness Frontier to find her. Locket sent Shuck and Wexle to arrest him, but after an engagement with a follower of Mandus, Shuck was left wounded and Wexle was left in pieces. Ludwig escaped during the confusion of combat. After the Kivouack was destroyed, Ludwig was forced into leadership by the very creatures who condemned his warnings as madness. Ludwig, cold and bitter due to the loss of many friends, reluctantly agreed and drew up plans to bring the Kivouack back to glory and make their world anew. Lucy Lacemaker - Close childhood friend to Ludwig. The two of them met at a very young age and spent most of their time together pulling off heists, scandals, trading illegal body parts, and killing the weaker creatures of the Kasino in exchange for knowledge about their kind. Fontaine took them in as apprentices, and the two of them stayed close throughout the years as both of them moved up the political ladder. In current time however, their relationship seems much more problematic since Ludwig is scared of losing her and appears to be torn between the survival of the Kivouachian's and his friendship with Lucy. Shuck - Ludwig and Shuck used to be very close during the Mandus conflict when the two of them ventured into the Madness Frontier to find Lucy Lacemaker. He even helped Shuck stop blood-letting in the 1500s. No matter what, Ludwig will always have a deep respect for Shuck, but nowadays they have grown distant and are definitely not as close as they used to be. Fleischer - Ludwig doesn't like Fleischer, avoids him, and blames a lot of what happened during the Mandus conflict on him. They don't speak much nowadays. Winifred - Naturally, he feared Winifred and was very anxious around her during his days as her Whisper. Ludwig knows Winifred's true nature, and seems to be frustrated that she isn't what she used to be. Hyzenthlay - Ludwig sees Hyzenthlay as more of an object of success than he does a true Kivouachian. He knows what she is and is partially the reason for her existence. He does, however, tell her she is "remarkable", and even encourages her to prove her worth, should she want to try and earn her place in Kivouachian society. Sullivan - Met in 1996, Ludwig seems to tolerate Sullivan and cooperates with him when needed. Wexle - Used to be against Ludwig in the beginning as she was a warrior and nothing more than that. Currently she is his right-hand lady and is just as feared and respected as Ludwig is. Fontaine - Without Fontaine who knows where Ludwig would've been? Fontaine is a (fatherly) mentor figure to Ludwig and has known him since he was a child. He taught him everything he needed to know about the arts, performance, scheming, not to mention manipulation and thievery too. Ludwig works alongside Fontaine now and seems to accept his words of advice. Helgan - Former mate and the first and only to survive her in a relationship. Funny enough, Ludwig was the more dominant of the two. After her contortion into Locket's throne however, their relationship ended. He no longer likes her on a personal level and nowadays Helgan serves beneath him. Felicity - Ludwig seems to find Felicity to be somewhat of a nuisance, trying to limit his time around her to be as short as possible. Quinn - He's quite dismissive of him and sees him as nothing more than a messenger. Sombra - Respects him just as deeply as he respects Fontaine. It's noted that Sombra has possibly taught Ludwig how to fight in battle. Locket - Ludwig undeniably had a fear of Locket. Unfortunately for him, Locket liked him on a personal level and she almost succeeded in pursuing him until the day Ludwig saw her private quarters and fled. The both of them are now hostile towards each other, and are both the leaders of their respective parties which are currently against each other. Helen Merchant - A girl who lived in 1734, Ludwig fell in love with her but he was forced to watch time kill her. She grew old and died at Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool. Outliving her made Ludwig furious, and he decided to remain distant from humans. Closest friend of Lucy Lacemaker, yet he no longer trusts her completely after her disappearance. Mentored by Fontaine and Sombra. Used to have an entirely different appearance. Served as a Whisper to Winfred in the past. Helped create Hyzenthlay. Caused WWI and WWII. Former enemy to Wexle, his own right-hand man. It's been noted that Ludwig never wanted to become a political figure and was originally rejected for being too unmotivated. Lucy Lacemaker was graciously accepted however, thus separating the two. It was at that point that Ludwig worked vigorously to become a politician, if only to be reunited with his friend. Obsessed with the identity of Mandus and what happened to those who were taken by him. Is the current Grand Voice and leader of Kivouachian's. Still has an immature and violent side of himself that possibly interferes with his emotions. He's actually quite fond of human food. Is bitter towards all humans and hates their species as a whole, he even goes as far as to confiscate books containing their literature. There's lots of contradicting statements about Ludwig's relationship with his parents, but it can be said that he either killed them both alongside Lucy, or refused to kill his father himself. According to Sullivan, his favorite flower is Ragwort. ***

Humans

Humans in mass do not know that the Kivouack exist, though these creatures are responsible for human tales and inspiring religion and mythical beasts and creatures. Humans who claim to have seen a Kivouack are obviously and logically thought to be crazy or simply weird and whimsical depending on the person who has laid eyes upon Kivouack, though most times these people are thought to be on drugs or something especially if they've gone crazy from the sight and discovery of the Kivouack. While the Kivouack prefer to keep themselves hidden and a secret of humans, many must traverse the human world regularly so they often create paths below cities or if some have the ability to become invisible then they simply do that in order to get around. ***

Sullivan's house

Sullivan lives with and houses the following Kivouack. Ludwig. Wexle. Lucy. Hyzenthley. Shuck. Winifred. Fleischer. Fontaine. And occasional guests are the following. Quinn. Helgan. Felicity.
