He is so focused on his studies that he doesn't have the time to realize that he is a celebrity and hero to the thousands of kids that read True Psychic Tales magazine.His psychic specialty is PSI-blast.He has a fondess for turtlenecks and coats of olive green, burnt orange, and other dark colors.Sasha's mindscape is a large white cube drawing inspiration from the sharp, monochrome 1960s brutalism/minimalism aesthetic popular in mid-century German gothic design.Sasha says that he can manage to keep his mind under control.Hidden inside the cube are various parts of Sasha's mind, each section hinting about his life (like the large bed and crib about his mother and the shoeboxes and tape-measurer about his father.He likes to act mysterious and cool, but keeps it under the radar with his monotone voice.He can also be a big softie.Sasha was born in Germany to a humble shoe repairman and his wife.However, his mother died while Sasha was still a toddler.As soon as he could talk, Sasha pestered his father constantly for stories about his mother, asking him what she was like, but his father was too heartbroken and to talk about it.This was incredibly frustrating to Sasha.Maybe it was by sheer force of will, born out of an intense desire to know his mother, but Sasha eventually broke through—psychically.He was able to mentally penetrate his incommunicative father's mind and see his memories of Sasha's mother for himself.This turned out to be a big mistake, as he discovered a naughty memory of his own mother.Seeing as he was at a young age, this event disturbed Sasha enough to run away from his home.Sasha then became an emotionally withdrawn, mainly venting his feelings through his Psi-Blasts.Eventually, Sasha joined the Psychonauts, where he was paired up with Camilla Vodello.Agent Vodello is a Brazilian woman with tan skin, around Sasha's height.She is a Levitation speciality and is his opposite, far nore colorful, and much more motherly to the interns and children which are taught by the Psychonauts.Upon meeting her, Sasha mispronounced her name as "Ca-Mee-Yah", which she thought was cute, and didn't have the heart to correct him.She eventually got used to the name, and started going by "Milla" for short.They went on extravagant missions together, such as saving the president, international espionage, and even defusing a nuclear bomb, and the two became best of friends.Eventually, Sasha became a counselor at Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp along with Milla and Coach Oleander, where Sasha and Milla secretly took missions from Ford Cruller.The Psychonauts is an organization made up of psychics founded by the psychic 6: Ford Cruller, Helmut Fullbear, Bob Zanotto, Cassie O'Pia, Compton Boole, and Otto Mentallis.Though there is a 7th: Lucrecia Mux who turned into the Deluge of Grulovia, a psychic who drowned thousands of protestors against the Grulovian dictatorships.The Psychonauts' headquarters is called "The Motherlobe" and the agents often use jets to get around.The current head is Bob Zanotto's nephew, Truman Zanotto, and the second head of the organization is Hollis Forsythe.The Psychonauts are always trying to find young psychic recruits, offering internship programs and summer camps for children as young as 7 and develop thier psychic prowess. Any psychic can perform multiple psychic abilities, but usually, each psychic has at least one specialty in which they excell at proficiently. Some are more unique than others.They often seek out anomolies, or experiment, if they are not being hired by the government to take down a dangerous individual, particularly, dangerous psychics),occupation(Apprentice cobbler(formerly),psychonaut,scientist,et pilot,Whispering Rock camp counselor,mental therapist),Psychic(Psi) powers(PSI Blast(specialty),Astral Projection,PSI energy transfer,Levitation,Telekinesis,Mind Reading,Telepathy),family(Lars Nein is his father, Angie Nein is his late mother, Bernie is his aunt)]
