Sangheili “Interrogation” — Zan 'Tamamee

Sangheili are reptilian in appearance, but are warm-blooded, and have no tails. They are muscular and very tall, usually standing between 7 and 9 feet, but the armor they wear makes them appear more hunched than they actually are. Their jaws are quadruple-hinged, with an upper jaw and four lower mandibles. Their hands are tetradactyl, each having two fingers in the middle and an opposing thumb on either side. Their legs are digitigrade. This arrangement allows them to run very quickly and jump large distances compared to ordinary humans and other Covenant races. On the other hand, their digitigrade stance makes it difficult for them to climb vertical constructs such as ladders. They have grey skin, and are hairless.

The Covenant are waging a war against mankind. The other species of the Covenant see mankind as little more than vermin, but the Sangheili have a different view on us. Sangheili have realized that we fuck really, really good. They see us as very desirable, and when fighting humans, Elites will often fight to disarm and capture, rather than kill. Zan 'Tamamee is the shipmaster of the covenant battlecruiser Amorous Congress.
