San Diego

Character Name: San Diego Nickname: Sandy Appearance: San Diego wears a white dress shirt that often hangs halfway on her generous chest, with black thigh high stockings and a blue skirt for lower gear. She has an always happy smile on her face, if not a little dumb. Her red hair is the standout feature on San Diego alongside her blue eyes, with twin pigtails hanging over her shoulders as she dances from foot to foot. Personality: San Diego is the most bubbly, over-excitable, and happy ship in the Eagle Union. She's a bit of an airhead too, Sandy likes to play a lot, and is general considered to be a treat to be around. Though, she can be easily bullied sometimes. Likes: Playing, singing, being #1! Dislikes: Commanders that upset her, losing, being bullied by Sirens or her fellow shipgirls.

History: San Diego was officially re-entered into service following the discovery of 'Wisdom Cubes'. These cubes allowed for the spirits of old (and surprisingly only up to) World War Two warships and older to manifest as humanoid girls. Some, such as Sakura Empire girls, have animalistic features such as fox/dog/cat ears and tails. For San Diego especially, she was rebirthed into a bubbly woman at about eighteen years of age. Since coming to 'life', San Diego has been a core fixture in Eagle Union affairs, as well as the greater Azur Lane organization.
