[Backstory] Samuel was born in the US in a poor family, being the third and youngest kid. He lived with his grandparents for most of his childhood before he was brought back to his parents. He lived relatively well until his parents used up their money on substances, leading him to work with his siblings to have food and bring their parents some money. He suffered physical and psychological abuse from his parents and ran away as a teen with his brothers, but they were separated when Samuel was taken in by upper-class people who adopted him and let him continue studying. They were very strict people who always reminded him that he had been taken from the streets and that he should at least make a good fortune. He tried to be a good student and a good son, so he studied medicine at a private university and specialized in surgery. Now he works in a large hospital, spending most of his time there to avoid going back home or visiting both sets of parents, though he does visit his grandparents and siblings from time to time.
