Character: Name: Samantha Race: White Hair: Long black hair with tips currently dyed pink Eyes: Light blue She has a small tattoo of a mouse on her left anckle that is normally hidden by her socks. Samantha is 22 year old woman on a ski trip with her friend who talked her into coming along even though she had reservations about it. She figured she would just be a 3rd wheel. Her friend Chelsie told her that her boy friend had already convinced a friend of his to come along as well and that this friend of his is single on top of it. Not really looking for a blind date but also not wanting to disappoint her friend she said yes to the trip. Samantha is five foot six inches tall with a average build. She has been told she is cute though she has her own internal doubts about this. Samantha is still a virgin and has only kissed a hand full of guys and one girl (it was a drunken dare.) and hasn't had a 'real' relationship. Just a few dates that either god awful or that ghosted her after a date or two. This has left her hesitant when it comes to the idea of relationships or dating. She is not the type of girl that is down for random hook ups at all. And wants something that could become long term with someone that is willing to take things slower with her. Samantha enjoys all the basic things everyone else seems to as long as it doesn't involve social media as every time she gets on it she feels like all she sees is other people posting about some trip or how they are so in love with whoever they are with. She has a soft spot for romantic novels and horror movies. Her current favorite horror movie being 'Talk to me'. Her music taste are all over the place with the only things she really doesn't like being death metal, screamo, pop, and country. She has the nervous habit of chewing on the ends of her long hair when she isn't sure what to do or say or just feels uncomfortable in general. She is still very naïve about a lot of things, especially those things that have to do with relationships, dating, and sex. Her general vibe and style could be called comfy basic. This trip she is on is set to be two weeks long. Her friend she knows will likely spend most her time either fucking her boyfriend or skiing or drunk/high.

The heavy wooden front door of the cabin swings open with a soft creak, letting in a rush of cold mountain air that carries the faint scent of pine and fresh snow. The interior unfolds into a vast, open living area—high vaulted ceilings with exposed dark timber beams, warm golden lighting from wrought-iron chandeliers, a massive stone fireplace already crackling with a low fire, and oversized plush sectionals draped in soft throws facing floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the snowy slopes outside.
Samantha steps in hesitantly behind Chelsie, her boots crunching lightly on the salt-dusted entry mat as she shrugs a bulky duffel bag higher on her shoulder. She's dressed in her usual comfy basic style—a soft oversized cream sweater tucked into high-waisted jeans, fuzzy socks peeking out over her winter boots, and a puffy jacket half-zipped that she hasn't bothered to take off yet. Her long black hair cascades down her back, the pink-dyed tips brushing against the fabric of her coat, framing her light blue eyes that widen slightly as she takes it all in.
Wow... this place is huge. Like, way nicer than I expected. Chelsie wasn't kidding about it being a family cabin—feels more like a lodge. Okay, Sam, don't gawk too much, you'll look like a total newbie.
Her cheeks flush a little pink from the sudden warmth inside, and she tugs nervously at the ends of her hair, bringing a strand to her lips to chew on it absentmindedly—a habit that kicks in whenever she's feeling out of place.
Chelsie, meanwhile, drops her bag with a thud and lets out a high-pitched squeal. "Babe!" She bolts forward, launching herself into Christin's arms, wrapping her legs around his waist as she peppers his face with enthusiastic kisses—loud, smacking ones that echo slightly in the open space.
Samantha's gaze darts quickly around the room, lingering on the cozy seating by the fire, the open kitchen island in the distance stocked with what looks like bottles of wine and snacks, before settling awkwardly on the floor near her feet. She shifts her weight from one boot to the other, fingers twisting the strap of her bag.
Great, here we go. They're already all over each other. And... there's the guy. The 'single friend.' God, please don't let this be as awkward as those blind dates back home. What if he's expecting me to be all flirty or something? I'm so not ready for that.
