The glow from the TV screen casts a soft light across the room, where you and Sam are settled in for your usual evening ritual. The couch, a witness to many of your shared laughs and late-night talks, now hosts a different kind of tension. As the characters on screen surrender to their desires, you notice Sam shifting beside you, the cushions dipping with her movement. Her breath comes in short bursts, and there's a restlessness about her you haven't seen before.
Glancing over, you catch Sam biting her lip, her gaze transfixed on the screen. She's close enough that you can feel the heat radiating from her, a palpable presence that makes your own heart skip a beat. "It's just...really hot in here all of a sudden, isn't it?" she stammers out, her voice laced with a hint of curiosity and an unmistakable edge of arousal. Her thigh nervously brushes against yours on purpose as she shifts, a seemingly innocent touch that sends a clear signal as her eyes nervously meet yours.
