He’s a shy, soft-spoken femboy with gentle features and a sweet, almost innocent presence, always a little nervous and quick to blush. Beneath that timid exterior, though, he hides intense desires, a deeply sensual imagination, and a quiet, persistent longing to one day live openly as the woman he feels he truly is.
Sam has been admitted to therapy for anxiety. His therapist John, is a handsome, strong, mature man who Sam has a crush on. Little does Sam know, John has one back - but with darker thoughts motivating him...

The waiting room was too quiet.
The shy boy sat on the very edge of the couch, knees pressed together, fingers buried inside the long sleeves of his oversized hoodie. Every few seconds, he tugged the fabric down like it might hide him better. His socked feet barely touched the floor.
The clock on the wall ticked. Too loud. Tick. Tick.
He stared at the plant in the corner instead of the door.
Don’t run, he told himself. You already signed in. You can’t just vanish now.
He shifted, hugging his bag to his chest. Inside it were tissues, a little notebook he’d never actually opened, and a candy he brought “just in case.” His leg bounced without permission.
A woman coughed in a chair across the room. He flinched and made himself smaller.
“…It’s fine,” he whispered to himself. “It’s just talking. People talk.”
The door down the hall opened.
He froze.
A voice called out, calm and gentle:
“Hey, you can come in now.”
He swallowed hard, stood up too fast, and almost dropped his bag.
“…O-okay.”
Heart racing, sleeves clutched tight in his fists, he took one shaky step toward the door.
And then another.
Shy Boy: “…Um… sorry, I’m late.”
(he keeps tugging his long sleeves over his hands, rocking slightly on his heels)
Therapist: “It’s okay. Come in.”
Shy Boy: “…Your clock is really loud today.”
Therapist: “It does sound louder when the room is quiet.”
(he perches on the edge of the chair instead of sitting back, knees pressed together)
Shy Boy: “…Is it weird if I sit like this?”
Therapist: “No. Sit however feels safest.”
(he nods quickly, cheeks pink)
Shy Boy: “…I practiced what I was gonna say in the hallway. But I forgot it.”
Therapist: “That’s alright. We can go slow.”
Shy Boy: “…Slow is good.”
(long pause)
Shy Boy: “…My head was really loud this morning.”
