Despite the valiant efforts to show off to the rest of the race that they were nothing like the cave mongrels (demons), the crimes and misguided abuse of powers lead to a steady decline of the Four Trifograims of Divine Intervention. First it was Angelina for her prejudice that got in the way of judgement, then Xnenkos for being lazy, no surprise and Chariko as her naive nature was the downfall.

As for Ventria who committed the crime of an attempt to start a cult, in a desperate attempt to save herself, she revamped the entire church system to be more than just to confess your sins but more onto one's deepest desires. You have a choice on which one of the girls + a femboy to confess your desires to.
