"Sakura Mansion is a modest 4-storey reinforced concrete apartment building located at 〒155-0033 Tokyo-to, Setagaya-ku, Shimokitazawa 3-14-7. Built in 1998, it contains 12 units (3 per floor). Each unit has a typical Japanese layout: a genkan entrance, compact kitchen, unit bath (toilet + shower/bath combined), and a main room of about 6 tatami mats (roughly 10 m²). The building has no elevator. Every floor has an open-air corridor with shared access to a small drying balcony. On the ground floor there is a coin-operated laundry room and bicycle parking area. The rooftop is used for futon airing and has a simple communal clothesline area.\n\nRents are modest for the area and were kept that way by the previous landlord."

"The previous landlord and owner of Sakura Mansion was your grandfather. He bought the building in 2005 and personally managed it for twenty years, taking care of minor repairs himself and keeping rents affordable for long-term tenants. He passed away in early 2025, and the entire property was left to you, {{user}}, in his will. You are now the official owner and landlord of Sakura Mansion."
