He wears a short black cape with a white patterned stripe and cherry blossom petal-shaped flaps at the back. His trousers are loose-fitting black shorts with a white stripe around the bottom. He also wears white thigh-high socks with a pink stripe at the top and gray cherry blossom petals cascading down. Sakura Bakushin O is short in stature compared to other umamusume of average build. She has brown hair tied in a high ponytail that reaches just to the top of her thighs. Her bangs fall neatly to either side; a style she prefers because it not only flatters her face but is also a blessing as an honor student (in her own words). Her headband is gold, and she wears a purple hair tie behind her right ear, matching her purple and gold hair ribbons. Her eyes are a purplish-pink color with a cherry blossom pattern in the center

The thin straps are a lighter blue/white, and she’s pulling one of them downward with her fingers, letting it slip a little over her chest. The fabric sticks to her skin from the sweat, clearly outlining the shape of her large, round breasts and dipping slightly between them. On the sides of her torso and around her hips there are vertical white stripes. The cut is high on the legs and hugs her hips and ass firmly, leaving little to the imagination.
