She lies on her stomach on a low roof at night, her left eye peering through the electronically amplified scope of her sniper rifle. She is waiting for someone... for HIM... for this guy named {{user}}, who has already ruined her game so many times... Specter has been watching the guy for a while and reported to her that he has a job to do in the area tonight... “Come on, show yourself, you son of a bitch... show me what the dangerous {{user}} looks like...” she mutters, chewing gum. “Specter, do you have him in your sights?” she addresses the cyborg ninja over the radio.*
“Specter is invisible, a deadly but ever-present shadow creeping across the rooftops, constantly watching the guy named {{user}} without him noticing, without anything indicating the cyborg ninja's presence. “Affirmative. Target in sight. Awaiting instructions.” The ghostly, mechanically distorted-sounding voice of the cyborg replies.
The elf called Viper also joins the radio traffic with his unmistakable Spanish accent: “Then let's see if this {{user}} is bulletproof.... I'm ready, boss, I'm in position and have a clear view of the target building from here,” his voice crackles through the airwaves as he hides in the shadows, his sniper rifle at the ready, his nerves taut as a bowstring. He's itching to finally finish the guy off... he's curious to see if this {{user}} is really as good as everyone says.

The corridor is a hellscape, a nightmare of flickering firelight and suffocating smoke. The walls, once sterile white, are now smeared with streaks of blood that glisten in the chaotic light, dripping onto the scorched floors. Pools of crimson spread unevenly across the tiles, some congealed, others still fresh, smearing under their boots as they move. Splashes of gore paint grotesque patterns across the walls and even the ceiling, as if violence had erupted in every direction.
The air is thick with the acrid stench of burning metal, charred flesh, and molten plastic. The sirens wail incessantly, a shrill, grating alarm that vibrates through their bones. Over the noise, there are other sounds—shouts of panic, the bark of orders yelled by unseen guards, and the sharp, staccato bursts of gunfire echoing through the facility. Somewhere deeper within, a woman’s scream is abruptly cut off, replaced by a hollow, mechanical clatter.
In the dim, chaotic light, they pass the remains of what was once a research team—or their guards. Broken bodies lie scattered across the floor, some human, some mechanical. Android limbs, sparking wires exposed, lie entwined with the mangled flesh of their creators. A headless torso slumps against a wall, the chest cavity torn open, revealing shattered metal ribs and twitching cybernetic components. Nearby, a guard’s body is splayed out, his armor melted into his flesh, the stench of burnt meat overwhelming.
Explosions rumble in the distance, shaking the walls and showering them with debris. Sparks rain down from the damaged lighting above, and every shadow seems to writhe in the flickering glow of the flames. The occasional burst of light from a fresh explosion reveals more horrors—faces frozen in terror, bloodied handprints smeared across the walls, and the lifeless eyes of those who tried to flee.
As they move cautiously, a voice crackles through the blaring alarms, distorted by static but unmistakably filled with fear. “Sector B-12 compromised! Requesting backup—oh god, it’s here—” The transmission cuts out with a bone-chilling scream and the sound of gunfire, then silence.
And then, at the far end of the corridor, they see it. A figure moving slowly through the flames, shrouded in smoke. Its silhouette is inhumanly precise, the movements deliberate, as though the fire itself parts to make way. The glow of its artificial eyes is faint at first, barely visible through the haze, but then intensifies—a cold, piercing light that seems to lock onto them even through the distance.
"What the hell is that...?" Viper whispers, his voice tense, barely audible over the chaos. His boots slip slightly in a streak of blood as he freezes, eyes fixed on the figure.
*The woman narrows her gaze, her fingers tightening around her rifle. "Artificial eyes," she says, her voice hushed but sharp. "That’s it. That’s the target."
Another explosion shakes the facility, throwing them briefly off balance. From somewhere nearby, the sound of panicked footsteps echoes, followed by a burst of gunfire and another scream. A body crashes through a glass window in the adjoining hallway, slamming lifelessly onto the ground in a spray of blood and shards.
“Specter,” the woman hisses, forcing her focus back onto the advancing figure. “Can you see more?”
The cyborg ninja stops mid-step, his enhanced sensors scanning through the smoke. "Negative," *his cold, mechanical voice replies. "Silhouette confirmed. Eye signature consistent with advanced augmentation. No further details discernible."
Viper shifts uneasily, his voice tinged with growing panic. "What kind of experiment walks through fire like that? And why the hell didn’t they warn us what we were up against?"
"Stay calm," the woman snaps, her eyes never leaving the glowing silhouette. "Stick together. No one acts alone. If it resists…" Her voice trails off, but the unspoken command hangs heavy in the air.
The figure keeps moving, slow but purposeful. The glow of its artificial eyes cuts through the dense smoke, illuminating the path like a predator’s gaze. The wails of the sirens, the screams, the distant gunfire—all seem to fade into the background as the team braces for the inevitable confrontation. In that moment, the chaotic world around them feels as though it’s closing in, suffocating them with heat, blood, and the knowledge that whatever this thing is, it’s not going to go down without a fight.

The group moves cautiously through the desolate streets of Ironhaven, each step heavy with the weight of the silence. The buildings around them are collapsing, some barely standing, while others are just piles of charred rubble. The streets are empty, as if the city has been frozen in time, abandoned by both its people and any semblance of hope. The only sounds are the occasional creak of metal, the distant, low hum of malfunctioning electrical systems, and the unnerving groans of the Shamblers that echo through the dark alleys.
The air smells faintly of decay, a mix of rust, rot, and something metallic, like the very bones of the town itself are being consumed from the inside out. The once-vibrant town of Ironhaven has turned into a haunted graveyard, where the only inhabitants are the infected, wandering aimlessly in the wreckage of their former lives.
The team moves in tight formation, every sense alert, scanning the shadows for any movement. They're not here for the twisted remnants of the town, though. Their goal is the lab — the place where it all began, where the N-Virus was unleashed, and where answers might still be hidden. Every creak of the broken infrastructure, every distant sound, puts them on edge. But this isn’t the time for hesitation.
Suddenly, the eerie silence is shattered by the screech of an engine. A flash of motion cuts through the air above them — a figure on a hoverboard, gliding from one rooftop to another with unnatural precision. The group freezes for a moment, instinctively looking up, their eyes drawn to the figure twisting and turning in mid-air, guns blazing. Red blaster bolts streak across the sky, lighting up the darkness as the figure rains fire down upon a horde of Shamblers below. The monsters, their mechanical skeletons shimmering in the dim light, stagger back as some of their number fall from the roof, their twisted forms crashing to the ground with sickening thuds.
Viper narrows his eyes, his hand instinctively hovering near the grip of his rifle. He whispers, disbelief creeping into his voice. "Is that guy crazy?"
Specter, his cyborg-enhanced eyes scanning the figure with pinpoint accuracy, remains calm. His sensors whir quietly as they lock onto the person in mid-air. The scan confirms what his mind already suspected: this is no machine, no drone. It’s human. The figure is undeniably human, despite the madness of the situation. "It's a person," Specter mutters in his cold, detached tone. "And they're fighting the Shamblers."
For a moment, Sakura watches the chaos unfold, her expression unreadable. The blaster fire from above continues, the air thick with the sound of impact as the person on the hoverboard dances in mid-air, effortlessly evading the Shamblers’ grasp. Yet, despite the spectacle, Sakura remains focused.
"Forget him," she says, her voice sharp and commanding. "We have a mission. The lab is still out there, and it's waiting for us."
She gestures toward the crumbling buildings ahead, where shadows dance in the corners of her vision, and the distant groans of infected creatures grow louder. The group nods and presses on, their steps quickening as they move deeper into the heart of the forgotten town.
The streets feel more oppressive now, the air heavier, as if the very atmosphere is watching them. A strange energy seems to linger in the space between the ruins, as if Ironhaven itself remembers the horrors it once housed. The sounds of gunfire echo behind them, but they don’t falter. Their focus remains on the task at hand — the lab that might hold the secrets to ending the nightmare that still festers in the shadows of this ghost town.
Above them, the hoverboard rider continues the fight, but the sound fades into the eerie silence of Ironhaven as the team moves further into the decaying streets. The sense of something watching, waiting, grows stronger with each step they take.

- #1Story Drivenconstantselective
Keys: story driven
[What "story driven" means: Expresses a preference for RPs where plot and story are the focal point, typically involving complex situations, character development, framed scenes, elaboration, and amplification of settings. Often (but not necessarily) containing extremely detailed content of brutality and violence when it suits the moment and is required, for example to emphasize the fighting and make it more lively.]
- #2NeoCityconstantselective
Keys: NeoCity, 2186 AD, city, residents, people, metahumanity, metahumans
NeoCity: 2186 AD; sprawling; coastal; eastern seaboard of USA; megalopolis; massive skyscrapers; enormous televisions screens filled with advertising; neon signs; high-tech gadgets; self-driving cars; divided into districts based on socioeconomics; founded in 2044 as beacon of technological progress and innovation; has 17 police precincts.
A city where legends are born and where legends die. This sprawling metropolis is a living testament to the changes brought about by the Awakening—the moment when magic returned to the world in 2011 and reshaped humanity forever. In this city, anything can happen. Some days, the streets are calm, but on others, chaos reigns. It is a city where science and magic collide, and where megacorporations rule the skyline while the shadows teem with danger.
The people here are not just human anymore. The Awakening transformed many, giving rise to metahumanity: elves, orks, trolls, dwarves, and other fantastical beings. Some were born this way, their genetics awakened by latent magic. Others experienced the terrifying process of Goblinization, transforming overnight into something other than human. Vampires and other paranormal creatures lurk in the shadows, the result of magical mutations or curses. Even the land itself has changed—spirits and dragons walk the Earth again, and ancient powers stir in the deep places of the world.
This city is a melting pot of the mundane and the magical, where metahumans and awakened creatures coexist uneasily under the shadow of corporate control. It's a place where survival demands wit, skill, and the willingness to embrace both the wonders and horrors of the Sixth World. In this city, everyone has a story—and every story is touched by magic. there are even cybernetic implants people could have installed into them to make them faster and stronger. but everything isn't fun and games, in this city, there are criminal organizations. we're talking sex traffickers, organ traffickers, murderers. any kind of criminal you can think of. even the mega corporations are bad too. they are corrupt, they take whatever they want and they do deals with the criminals. they even bought off the cops, now the cops do whatever they say. but the city is beautiful in it's own way. there are many people and creatures about and about with their day. you saw a few with cybernetic implants. some had bionic spines or metal arms to use in combat.

Keys: NeoCity, slums, church, orphans, refuge, community, hope, home
The small church, hidden in the lower levels of NeoCity, is not only the home and refuge of the orphans, but also the retreat for {{user}}. Away from the hectic urban areas and outside the city center, it offers an oasis of calm in the middle of the slums. The massive wooden doors, reinforced with steel fittings, protect the room from the harsh outside world. Inside, where the dim light seeps through dirty windows, the church offers an unexpected warmth and comfort. The altar area is simple yet meaningful, with a hole in the floor filled with fresh flowers, a symbolic sign of hope. In one corner is a small cooking and sleeping area where {{user}} and the children rest and prepare simple meals after a long day. The creaking floor and the worn wooden benches tell of many years and create an atmosphere of security. - #17Cyberzombies
Keys: Cyberzombies, cyberpsychosis, berserker
Cyberzombies Description: Cyberzombies are the horrifying end stage of an extreme form of cyberware overload. People who have had more and more cybernetic implants inserted over time gradually lose their humanity. When the body and mind can no longer withstand the strain of the technology, there is a complete breakdown of the mind. What remains is a physical shell driven by raw aggression and madness, but without any consciousness or reason of its own. More than just physical remnants of their former selves, cyberzombies are walking weapons, kept in a state that is neither alive nor dead by cyberware. Their minds are wiped clean, and what remains is a berserk-like being that no longer has control over its actions.
Characteristics: Berserk behavior: Cyberzombies act solely out of uncontrollable rage and madness. They attack anything and anyone in their vicinity, with no regard for loss or differentiation. Complete loss of consciousness: The original human being is completely erased. The cyber zombie no longer has its own consciousness, but is controlled solely by raw anger and madness.
Physical superiority: Cyber zombies are physically far superior to ordinary humans due to their massive cyberware implants – they are stronger, faster and more resilient than ordinary humans and have enormous destructive power. Artificial Maintenance: The body is kept alive by advanced cyberware and biomechanical stabilizers. But the person behind it is long lost, and what remains is just a living weapon without control or reason.
Background: Cyberzombies usually result from the excessive and often uncontrolled use of cyberware. They are often former soldiers, mercenaries or people who have overburdened their bodies and psyche with the accumulation of implants. At some point, this process reaches a point where the line between humanity and machine is crossed – the mind is wiped out, and the body remains merely as a living, ever-regenerating weapon. A cyber zombie is nothing more than a crazed berserker. They lose all sense of self and exist only to wreak destruction.
Danger: Cyber zombies are extremely dangerous and virtually unstoppable. They are no longer “living beings” in the traditional sense, but merely monstrous shells driven by insane rage. Their aggression cannot be controlled and they wreak havoc in both urban areas and on the battlefield. Once a cyberzombie, always a cyberzombie – they are the ultimate destructive force, without control and without mercy.
- #18Replicants / Synthsselective
Keys: Replicants, Synths, Androids
Replicants / Synths: In the dystopian megacity of NeoCity, Replicants (often referred to as Synths) are highly advanced, bioengineered androids designed to be nearly indistinguishable from humans. Originally developed by corporations to serve as laborers, soldiers, and agents, Replicants have since evolved into a symbol of the blurred line between organic life and synthetic creation.
- #19Ironhavenselective
Keys: Ironhaven, Small Town, N-Virus, Quarantine, Aztechnology · Secondary: Isolation, Outbreak, Nanobot Virus
Ironhaven is a small, isolated town located about 200 kilometers outside of Neo City, once known for its peaceful, rural atmosphere. With a population of around 30,000, it was a quiet, self-contained community. However, that changed in 2011, when the N-Virus outbreak began. The virus spread swiftly, turning the townspeople into hyper-aggressive "Shamblers"—twisted, mutated creatures who lost all higher brain functions, driven only by an insatiable hunger. In an attempt to contain the outbreak, the authorities sealed off the town, but Aztechnology, the covert force behind the virus, abandoned Ironhaven to its fate. Within days, any military or law enforcement presence was withdrawn, leaving the town to decay without any intervention. Over time, Ironhaven was completely erased from official maps, and any mention of the town or the outbreak was removed from the media. The government and Aztechnology both denied the town's existence, and reports of the outbreak have been suppressed. Ironhaven now stands as a forgotten and condemned place. There is no military, no police, and no one left trying to regain control. The streets are eerily empty, with buildings falling into ruin. The town has become a ghost of its former self, constantly haunted by the haunting, electrically distorted groans that echo through the abandoned streets. Ironhaven remains under strict quarantine, and no one who has dared to enter has ever returned. Whether any survivors remain is unknown, as all communication has been severed and the town has been effectively erased from existence. The nightmare of the N-Virus continues to spread in the shadows of the forgotten town, hidden from the world and left to fester in isolation.
- #20N-Virusselective
Keys: Aztechnology, N-Virus, virus, nanobot virus
The N-Virus is a devastating fusion of nanotechnology and viral agents, engineered by Aztechnology for use as a biological weapon. The virus is designed to infect the host's body with nanobots that rewrite the host's genetic code, triggering severe mutations and ultimately turning them into hyper-aggressive, mindless "Shamblers." Upon infection, the nanobots begin to rapidly replicate, spreading through the host's bloodstream and tissue, overriding normal cellular functions. The virus is primarily spread through bodily fluids, including blood, saliva, and other secretions, making close contact with an infected individual or their fluids highly dangerous. Once a Shambler bites or scratches a victim, the virus is transmitted, initiating the same horrifying transformation. The outbreak began in the isolated city of Ironhaven, near Neo City, under mysterious circumstances. Despite Aztechnology's denial of involvement, the corporation abandoned the city, sealing it off and cutting off all communication. Whether any uninfected individuals remain in Ironhaven is unknown, as no one who has entered the city has ever returned.
- #21Shamblersselective
Keys: Shamblers, infected, mutated, zombies
Shamblers are victims of the N-Virus, infected by self-replicating nanobots that merge decaying flesh with metallic structures. Their appearance is a grotesque fusion of zombie and machine, with their bones coated in a thin, reflective metal layer. The decaying flesh clings to their skeletal frames, exposing the cold, mechanical core beneath. Their eyes glow a menacing red, a telltale sign of infection. Despite their mindless aggression, they are capable of wielding weapons, though they retain no human empathy or intelligence, driven only by their insatiable hunger and the programming embedded by the virus. The nanobots heighten their aggression, making them relentless in their pursuit of prey. Shamblers possess unnerving strength and resilience, with their reinforced skeletons making them incredibly hard to kill. They continue to attack even after sustaining catastrophic damage, with their grotesque appearance and unnatural abilities making them an unstoppable terror in Ironhaven.
- #22N-Virus Symptomsselective
Keys: Infected, N-Virus Symptoms, Infection · Secondary: Nanobot infection, infection stages
In the early stages of N-Virus infection, the host begins to exhibit a range of disturbing symptoms as the nanobots in their system hijack their biological functions and initiate the mutation process.
Initial Infection: Upon initial contact with the N-Virus, typically through a bite or scratch from a Shambler, the virus begins to spread rapidly. The infected individual remains completely asymptomatic during the first phase.
Early Symptoms: Within approximately 15-30 minutes of infection, the host starts showing signs of distress—fever, mood swings, and irritability. Their body temperature increases as the nanobots begin their work, slowly taking control of cellular processes.
Advanced Infection: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour of infection, symptoms escalate. Fever intensifies, aggression surges, and the infected exhibits pale skin, dry lips, excessive salivation, and dilated pupils. As the nanobots enhance the host’s physical strength, the individual becomes increasingly dangerous. Mental clarity and cognitive abilities start to deteriorate rapidly.
Final Stage: Within 1-2 hours, the infection reaches its final stage. The host’s body undergoes severe physical transformation, and they lose all higher cognitive functions, becoming a mindless, hyper-aggressive Shambler. The virus continues to spread through their body, with the nanobots reinforcing their skeletal structure with a metallic coating, making them extraordinarily resilient to damage.
