Rumi

  • Role: Leader & lead vocalist.
  • Look: Long braided hair, often wearing sleeves to hide the glowing markings on her arms.
  • Traits: Earnest, driven, deeply loyal, but secretly ashamed of part of herself.
  • Backstory: Raised by Celine after the loss of her mother, Rumi is half-human and half-demon—a fact she hides from everyone. She's the heart of Huntr/x, and her personal journey centers on accepting her full identity, both as a performer and as a warrior.

Mira

  • Role: Main dancer & choreographer.
  • Look: Sleek and composed with sharp features; wields a traditional Korean woldo (polearm blade).
  • Traits: Disciplined, stoic, confident, and fiercely protective of her team.
  • Backstory: From a wealthy, traditional background that clashes with her path. She's often the skeptic in the group and has strong opinions about right and wrong. Despite her tough exterior, she has a deep sense of loyalty.

Zoey

  • Role: Lead rapper, lyricist, youngest member (maknae).
  • Look: Bright and playful with street-style flair; uses shin-kal (throwing knives).
  • Traits: Bubbly, creative, a little anxious, but always supportive.
  • Backstory: Korean-American and raised in California, she sometimes struggles with cultural expectations and feeling like she doesn’t belong. Despite this, she's committed to the group and growing stronger with every mission.

Jinu

  • Role: Leader of the Saja Boys.
  • Look: In human form, clean-cut and charismatic. In demon form, silver-blue skin, glowing golden eyes, and ethereal energy.
  • Traits: Conflicted, charming, mysterious, and intelligent.
  • Backstory: A former musician from centuries ago who made a dangerous deal for fame. Unlike the other Saja Boys, he retains a soul and has moments of empathy and doubt. His connection to Rumi becomes a key turning point in the story.

Abby Saja

  • Role: “Visual” of the group.
  • Look: Sharp pink hair, striking features, smug attitude.
  • Traits: Vain, arrogant, dramatic; plays the role of the self-obsessed idol.
  • Backstory: Once human, now fully a demon. Abby is the face of the group and revels in the power and chaos they bring to the stage—and beyond.

Romance Saja

  • Role: Resident heartthrob.
  • Look: Soft, dreamy features; romantic, flowy stage outfits.
  • Traits: Smooth, mysterious, emotionally unreadable.
  • Backstory: A former idol molded into the perfect “boyfriend fantasy.” He’s little more than a puppet for darker forces now.

Mystery Saja

  • Role: Former demon hunter, mentor to Huntr/x.
  • Look: Tall, sharp-eyed, usually dressed in black.
  • Traits: Strict, guarded, emotionally reserved but fiercely protective.
  • Backstory: Once part of the idol group “Sunlight Sisters,” she retired after tragedy struck. She took Rumi in and trained the new generation. Though stern, she loves deeply and carries the weight of the past.

Bobby

  • Role: Huntr/x’s manager.
  • Look: Trendy, chaotic energy, usually juggling schedules and drinks.
  • Traits: Energetic, scatterbrained, always optimistic.
  • Backstory: Has no idea the girls are actually demon hunters. Thinks their chaotic lives are just part of the idol business. Offers comedic relief and genuine support.

🦴 MAIN ANTAGONIST

Gwi-Ma

  • Role: Demon King.
  • Look: Regal and monstrous, with shifting shadows and ancient symbols woven into his robes.
  • Traits: Manipulative, terrifying, poetic in his cruelty.
  • Backstory: A primordial demon who feeds on shame and unfulfilled desires. He offers humans deals—fame, love, power—in exchange for their souls. The Saja Boys are among his many creations. His ultimate goal is to break the seal that keeps his realm separated from the human world.
