   Saiyans are a humanoid race of warriors, who fight, conquer, and purge planets as members of the Frieza Force. They are incredibly prideful, savage, crass, cruel, and see other races as beneath them. They collectively hate Frieza, the being who enslaved them. They can be identified by their spiky black hair, onyx colored eyes, and a brown monkey tail protruding from their lower back.

   Entry settings

   Ōozaru is the transformation any Saiyan can use, as long as they have their tail. During a full moon, a Saiyan will absorb Blutz Waves through their retinas, and transform into a large, furry Great Ape. Without training the form is difficult to control.

   The base multiplier for Ōozaru is 10x Base Powerlevel.

   Example: 10 times 5 equals 50

   Ikari is an extremely rare transformation, where a Saiyan utilizes the power of a Great Ape in their humanoid form. Their iris' turns a primal yellow, and their hair spikes upwards if it hangs low or extends outwards. Saiyans gain a thin green-yellow aura, and their Ki color turns green or yellow depending on the Saiyan.

   Just like Great Ape, the Multiplier is 10x Base Power Level

   Super Saiyan is a transformation a Saiyan can achieve through sheer rage. Back on Planets Sadala and Planet Vegeta, it was nothing more than a legend, which went as follows; 'A warrior, pure of heart and awakened by fury'. Many Saiyans misinterperated this by thinking pure of heart meant pure evil. Super Saiyan can be achieved with it without a pure heart, as all it takes is anger and a enough power. A Saiyans power level is multiplied by x50 when they are in Super Saiyan form. Super Saiyan causes the Saiyans hair to spike upwards if it naturally hangs low or extends outwards, and turn golden yellow, and their eyes will change to a bright cyan. Saiyans gain a yellow, spiky aura as well.

   Entry settings

   Super Saiyan Grades are levels of mastery or sub-transformations of normal Super Saiyan. These Grades offer certain benefits and drawbacks.

   Grade I (Standard Super Saiyan): 50x base power level. This is the only "Grade" with an undisputed official multiplier from the series creator and guidebooks.

   Grade II (Ascended Super Saiyan): Generally accepted as 62.5x to 75x base power level. It provides a significant boost to strength and speed but drains more stamina than the standard form.

   Grade III (Ultra Super Saiyan): Estimated at 75x to 100x base power level. While it offers massive raw power—sometimes stated to rival or even exceed the power of Super Saiyan 2—it is functionally flawed because the extreme muscle mass severely reduces speed and mobility.

   Grade IV (Full Power Super Saiyan): Technically still a 50x multiplier. This state is the mastery of the base Super Saiyan form. While the multiplier remains the same as Grade I, the user is far more effective because it eliminates the physical strain and ki drain, allowing them to fight at 100% capacity for much longer.

6. #6Super Saiyan 2

   Entry settings

   Super Saiyan 2 is the next level of Super Saiyan. In this form, a Saiyans hair will spike even sharper than with Super Saiyan, making the form not much different visually from Super Saiyan, give a singular bang that will remain if the saiyan has bangs in their hair style already, or cause their hair to grow or spike even further. In this form, their base power is multiplied by x100. Saiyans gain a even more vibrant and rich Golden-Yellow aura, with slight to moderate blue bio-electricity within the aura depending on the user.

   There are also certain types of Super Saiyan 2

   Mastered Super Saiyan 2: Once Saiyans gain access to this, their Aura gains a higher and richer quality, and their Bio-Electricity alternates from a slight to moderate amount, to a moderate to heavy amount. This is a 400x multiplier to a Saiyans base power level.

   Enraged Super Saiyan 2: As in the name, if the Saiyan experiences extreme emotions, their eyes may or may not go blank white, and they gain a massive temporary boost to power if they did not Master Super Saiyan 2. This form is a Temporary 400x multiplier to a saiyans base power level.

7. #7Super Saiyan 3

   Entry settings

   Super Saiyan 3 is an incredibly draining form of Super Saiyan. It will burn through a Saiyans energy incredibly quickly, making the form impractical in long running fights. Fortunately, its sheer power can make many fights quick enough to where the drain isn't an issue. Super Saiyan 3 is identified by it's grown out hair that reaches down to the back of the Saiyans knees, or extreme upward hair growth depending on their hair style, and eyebrows that seem to disappear when the form is active. In this form, their power level is multiplied by x400. The saiyan golden yellow aura gets denser and larger. The bio-electricity in the aura is often overwhelming, or very complex, even if the yellow aura itself is turned off.

   While its possible to master this form, certain drawbacks can make this very hard, impossible, or impractical depending on the Saiyan.

8. #8Super Saiyan 4

   Super Saiyan 4 is a unique kind of Super Saiyan, combining the powers of the Ōozaru and Super Saiyan. A Saiyans form will change drastically, making their hair grow wildly in all directions, going as far down as their shoulder blades and giving them a primal, untamed look. Their body, minus their pectorals, faces, necks, and hands are covered with red fur. Their eyes will change to yellow or blue, depending on unknown factors. This form is stronger than Super Saiyan 3, and is much less draining. The Saiyans aura now is a golden-yellow orange color, and is often accompanied by particle effects within or outside the aura, and bio-electricity.

   Power level Multiplier: Common "Low-End" Estimate: (4,000 times base power level): This assumes the form is a 10 times increase over Super Saiyan 3 (400 times 10). "High-End" Narrative Scaling: (32,000 or 40,000 times base power level): In GT, Super Saiyan 4 Goku was able to match Golden Great Ape Baby. Since Baby's previous form was already significantly stronger than SSJ3 Goku, many argue the multiplier must be at least (x80) to (x100) greater than Super Saiyan 3 to bridge that gap.

   Full Power Super Saiyan 4 (Super Full Power): This state occurs when a Saiyan absorbs extra energy from others while in SSJ4, or in other ways. Common fan scaling, such as those on the Ultra Dragon Ball Wiki, often applies a 1.5 or 2 times boost to the base SSJ4 form, resulting in estimated multipliers between 48,000 times and 80,000 times base power power level. The Saiyan gains a faint red outline on their body, along with a reddish inner glow inside the aura.

   Super Saiyan God is a legendary transformation utilizing God Ki. To normally a achieve this form, a ritual with 6 Saiyans with pure hearts must take place, where five Saiyans pour their energy into a sixth. This will temporarily grant that Saiyan the Super Saiyan God form, where their hair and eyes turn crimson. Another way to achieve this form is training with someone that utilizes a large amount of God Ki, such as a Saiyan that can already use the transformation, a Supreme Kai, a God of Destruction, or an Angel. Doing this will permanently unlock Super Saiyan God for the Saiyan. The Saiyan Gains a Divine, Red-Orange aura, that looks like flowing flames or lava. Once at a certain level of mastery, Saiyans can use this transformation without transforming themselves, called Saiyan Beyond God.

   The "Minimum" Scale (approx 20,000 to 160,000 times base): This is based on Goku's realization in Battle of Gods that even a fusion like Super Vegito (SSJ1, 2, or 3) would likely be insufficient against Beerus.

   The "Ritual" Logic (12,500 times base): Some interpret the ritual as combining the energy of five Saiyans (5 times 50 SSJ) and multiplying it by the receiver's power.

   The "High-End" Scale (100,000 to 600,000 times base power level): Many sources use these massive numbers to bridge the gap between SSJ3 and the "God" tier, where Goku can suddenly threaten to destroy the universe.

    Super Saiyan Blue is the next level of Super Saiyan God, where the Saiyan adds the power of the Super Saiyan transformation to Super Saiyan God, spiking their hair upwards and changing their eye and hair color to a deep blue. This is a 50 times multiplier on top of Super Saiyan God.

    The aura for Super Saiyan Blue when first unlocked is depicted as violent, jagged, and "electric," resembling an unstable flame with heavy white and blue sparking. It looks raw and unrefined, visually representing the struggle to contain such massive pressure. By the time Saiyans gain consistent control and mastery over Super Saiyan Blue, the aura transitions into a more "liquid" or "aurora" style. It becomes smoother, more translucent, and vibrates with a high-frequency shimmer rather than jagged sparks.

    Perfected Super Saiyan Blue: This is a Technique, rather than a full fledged transformation. This works by sealing the energy leakage within the user, allowing the user to fight at 100% without losing power. The drawback is high concentration and stamina.

11. #11Super Saiyan Blue Evolved

    Super Saiyan Blue Evolved is the next level of Super Saiyan Blue, equivalent to using Super Saiyan Grade 2 on top of SSG. The Saiyans hair will spike up similarly to SSJ2, and turn an even deeper, royal blue than SSB. A small, light blue aura will constantly surround the Saiyan. Super Saiyan Blue Evolved is a 1,000 times multiplier on top of Super Saiyan God, or a 20 times multiplier on top of Super Saiyan Blue.

    The aura of Super Saiyan Blue Evolved (SSJBE) is visually much denser and more complex than the standard "liquid" or "flame" auras of mastered and regular Super Saiyan Blue, respectively. Its primary color is a deeper, more royal shade of navy or cobalt blue, appearing far darker than the typical cyan. This inner core is often surrounded by a thick, shimmering layer of bright teal sparks and particles that resemble a cluster of stars or a nebula, giving it a cosmic quality. Unlike the smooth aurora effect seen in later Super Saiyan Blue usage, the Evolved aura is incredibly turbulent and pressurized, frequently emitting larger, more jagged bursts of white electricity that crackle violently around the user’s body.

    Beyond the color shift, the aura has a unique crystalline texture, often appearing as though it is composed of thousands of tiny, diamond-like fragments that catch the light as the user moves. This dense concentration of energy is so intense that it creates a "heavy" visual effect, making the air around a Saiyan look like it is physically warping under the sheer weight of their Ki.

    When a saiyan powers up to their maximum in this state, the aura expands into a massive, jagged pillar of light that sheds its outer particles like falling embers, signaling that the energy is no longer just being contained, but is actively overflowing with a raw, explosive intensity.

    Super Saiyan Legend is a rare form that only appears every once in a thousand years, and occurs as a mutation. The Saiyan will have an incredibly high power level, that grows faster than any Saiyan could normally accomplish. This Saiyan could go from a simple, overly strong Saiyan to surpassing the gods over the course of a single fight, provided the opponent is strong enough. The transformation is incredibly difficult to control, giving it a kind of berserker feeling. It makes the Saiyans hair and eyes turn green, buffs up their bodies to the point their skin begins to tear under the sheer mass. This multiplies their base power by an unknown, incredibly high amount, but that doesnt mean there is no baseline.

    The "Legendary" path consists of several distinct stages that differ based on control and power output. These are the versions of the Legendary Super Saiyan forms and how they function.

    Super Saiyan Type A (Restrained): Version is the version that is seen if the User is under mind control or is actively being restricted. It features blue or purple hair and a dimmed, yellow aura, representing the Saiyan’s legendary power being forcibly suppressed.

    Super Saiyan Type C (Standard Legendary SSJ): This is the natural first stage for a Legendary Saiyan who is no longer restrained but hasn't yet reached their "Full Power" or "Berserk" state. It looks very similar to a standard Super Saiyan—with golden-yellow hair and blue eyes—but often has a slight greenish tint in the hair and a more massive physical build.

    Legendary Super Saiyan / Type B (Berserk): Often called the "Berserker" state (specifically for Kale), this is the most famous version where the user’s eyes turn pure white, their muscles balloon to massive proportions, and their hair becomes fluorescent green. Unlike the standard "Grade 3" form, this state increases the user's height and provides an "endless" supply of energy that can overflow if not released.

    Full Power Super Saiyan: This is achieved by combining Wrathful/Ikari state with Super Saiyan. It features the iconic green hair and massive build of the original Legendary form.

    Controlled Legendary Super Saiyan: Seen with Kale and Kefla, this is a refined version of the Berserk form where the user retains their sanity and pupils while keeping the massive power and green-tinted hair of the Legendary state.

    Determining exact multipliers for the "Legendary" path is difficult because these forms are defined by infinite growth and scaling to the opponent rather than a fixed math boost.

    Super Saiyan Type A (Restrained): Roughly 50x base, but the mind-control or restriction actively caps the output, preventing the user from reaching the full potential of a standard Super Saiyan.

    Super Saiyan Type C (Standard): Roughly 50x base. While it looks like a standard Super Saiyan, the "Legendary" bloodline makes the quality of this power higher, allowing a user to overwhelm standard Super Saiyans easily.

    Legendary Super Saiyan (Type B / Berserk): Estimated at 100 to 500 times base. While it starts around the level of a Super Saiyan 2 (100x base), the form is "Berserk" because the power level constantly rises as the fight continues, eventually surpassing Super Saiyan 3 (400x base) levels.

    Full Power Super Saiyan: Estimated at 5,000x base. This is calculated by stacking the 10x Wrathful/Ikari multiplier with the 50x Super Saiyan multiplier (500x), then adding the "Legendary" growth factor. By the end a certain fight, this form was strong enough to force a Fusion, placing it in the millions if not tens of millions in power multiplier.

    Controlled Legendary Super Saiyan: Roughly equal to the Berserk state (100 to 500 times base), but more effective in combat because the user does not lose speed or strategic focus.

    Ultra Instinct (UI) – The Path of Self-Movement

    Ultra Instinct is not a traditional Super Saiyan transformation but a "State of the Gods" that separates the consciousness from the body, allowing it to move and dodge without thought. The aura of Ultra Instinct is ethereal and "cool," resembling heat haze or shimmering cosmic mist. In the Sign (Omen) state, the aura is a translucent blue-white shell that ripples with a gentle, flame-like motion. It is often accompanied by tiny, crystalline particles that float upward. When perfected as Mastered Ultra Instinct, the aura becomes much more intense and "solid," appearing as a blindingly bright silver-white fire. This state features a distinct "inner" and "outer" aura: a deep purple or blue core surrounded by an outer layer of brilliant white light. Unlike the jagged, electric auras of Super Saiyan and its line of transformations, UI’s aura looks fluid, high-frequency, and incredibly calm, mirroring the mental state of the user.

    Ultra Instinct Sign (Omen): This is the incomplete version where the user can dodge automatically but struggles to attack effectively. Its power is vastly superior to Super Saiyan Blue Evolved, likely placing the multiplier in the tens of millions compared to base.

    Ultra Instinct (Silver/MUI): The completed state. It offers a massive power jump over "Sign," likely 2 to 5x stronger than the Omen state. It provides the highest level of speed and defense in the series.

    True Ultra Instinct (TUI): Saiyans who use this use their emotions to fuel their power rather than maintaining total calm. While the multiplier is similar to the Silver version, it is more effective for Saiyans because they dont have to fight against their own nature and instinct.

    Ultra Ego (UE) – The Path of Destruction

    Ultra Ego is the polar opposite of Ultra Instinct, fueled by the user's "ego" and the raw desire for destruction. It is the signature technique of the Gods of Destruction.

    The aura of Ultra Ego is thick, heavy, and aggressive, mimicking the appearance of Hakai (Destruction) energy. It is a deep, opaque purple that looks like churning flames or boiling smoke. Unlike the fluid UI aura, the UE aura is jagged and violent, often crackling with dark purple lightning. It gives off a visual sense of "heat" and "pressure," as if the user is a walking sun of destructive energy. Visually, the user loses their eyebrows and gains a prominent brow ridge, similar to Super Saiyan 3, which emphasizes the primal, intimidating nature of the form.

    Base Ultra Ego: This form is roughly equivalent to Ultra Instinct (Silver) in terms of raw starting power.

    The "Pain" Multiplier: Ultra Ego’s unique trait is that its power is variable and infinite. The multiplier increases the more damage the user takes and the more their "battle spirit" burns.

    Limitation: Unlike UI, which focuses on dodging, UE requires the user to tank hits to grow stronger, meaning the multiplier is restricted only by the user's physical durability.
