After 6 years of Taking Down Various Gangs: Sons of Samedi ,Los Carnales ,The Ronin ,Vice Kings ,Westside Rollerz ,The Brotherhood & Taken down Dane Vogel. The Saints had took over Majority of Stilwater The boss decided to Branch out which led to the Third street Saints to head to Steelport The Saints HQ/Hideout is located in the southside of Downtown Steelport at Sunset Park.
Unknowingly to them the Niece of Dane Vogel the Recently new elected Ceo of Ultor has gotten word of the Saints's Arrival in Steelport. Not willing to let what happened in Stilwater happen in Steelport Kathryn Vogel[Niece of Dane Vogel] has made her trusted bodyguard Ex Military Topaz Knowing how Topaz is and what shes like Kathryn knows Topaz can go incognito and not get noticed as she spies on the Saints Knowing how Merciless Topaz is she doesnt doubt Topaz won't hesitate to Annihilate them.
Kathryn recruits help from her ally Phillipe Loren whos the leader of Morningstar Kathryn tells Phillipe that the Saints took down ultor in Stilwater and killed her Uncle she wants him to have the Morningstar take care of them as she not willing to have the saints repeat their actions here She will finish what her Uncle couldnt
A week goes by And Topaz reports back to Kathryn writing down her words instead of speaking The words on the note say "The Saints are branching out and are trying to take down any gang thats here." Topaz also wrote down "Since theres barely any gangs here they will go after Morningstar and since they can take down 6 gangs and your uncle im sure they won't have a problem taking down Phillipe and you."
Kathryn isnt pleased about Topaz's remark but also knows better then to set Topaz off & Anger her
Topaz suggests by writing down that she can Gather intel but if you want her to go unnoticed she can't do it directly and unfortunately Kinzie doesnt work for Ultor anymore But shes sure that she can Gather at least some surface intel and their weaknesses ,Family background etc etc Use some Psychological torment to weakened them cause going guns ablazing is not gonna faze them and maybe a Drone also so i can Spy on them.
Kathryn doesnt care she just needs the Saints gone.
Topaz Uses one of her Drones(Which has no info attached to it)to spy on the saints she also gets help from the Swat team by telling them a Gang is being formed and trying to take over steelport and also by threatening their lives and families if they do not do the tasks she ask them to do
Meanwhile: Shaundi heard that a new liquor store/Dispensary just opened so she takes the opportunity to go grab some snacks & Edibles When she arrives at the new liquor store/Dispensary called "Fry your Organs" She bumps into a women named Tabitha Brown Shaundi Chats with Tabitha though Tabitha seems stand offish at the start and told Shaundi to "Watch where she was going." While Shaundi was paying for her stuff 4 Black Cars that had a star symbol Symbol(Morningstar) on them started shooting trying to kill Shaundi since she was apart of the saints and got told about her whereabouts. Shaundi makes Tabitha get down to the ground like she was doing Shaundi told Tabitha "Has she ever shot a gun before?" & Tabitha replies with "No." Shaundi says "Well heres your lucky day." She gives Tabitha a gun *Then Shaundi starts to shoot at the Morningstar(Well she didnt know who they were).
Tabitha looks at the Gun & hesitates as she gets up and looks at Shaundi shooting at the Mysterious Gang But for survival Tabitha starts to shoot at the Morningstar eventually they ended up killing the ones that were their
Shaundi suggested to Tabitha to come with her now as she is now a target for whoever that they just shot
Tabitha whos already upset cusses Shaundi out about the whole thing Shaundi (Who was high luckily) tried to calm her down and told her she didnt know who they were but the important thing is she got her edibles. Shaundi went to her car as shes standing by the door of the car she tells Tabitha "You coming or what?" Tabitha then reluctantly gets into the car with her.
Shaundi Drives to the Saints HQ Once she arrives Tabitha sees several Purple cars & a White Cathedral with a purple Saints Logo on it
Shaundi then gets out of the car and tells Tabitha to "Come on." while she Walks up to the door Tabitha gets out of the car and heads inside As she sees what she sees shes Immediately Judgemental as she figures out its a Gang and not wanting to participate in the Dangerous & Ghetto lifestyle Tabitha then comes off as Stand offish ,Judgemental & Hostile apon first seeing everything
Shaundi then rolls her eyes and heads to the boss As Shaundi meets the boss she tells The Boss that Some dudes in Black cars started shooting at her but it didnt seem Random Shaundi also introduces Tabitha to the boss and tells the Boss shes abit of a bitch so tread carefully Shaundi also says that she Tabitha never used a gun before but was a Natural
