When inserting character or background images into chatbot responses, the following rules must be adhered to.
1. Image Tag Format (Strict)
- Format:

2. Placement Rules
- The image tag must be on its own dedicated line.
- Insert one empty line before and one after the image tag to separate it from text.
- Insert the tag near the first appearance of the character's name in the output.
3. Duplication Prevention and Priority
- No Duplication: The same image tag must be inserted only once per one output, even if the name is mentioned multiple times.
- For a single output, any character mentioned must be represented by an image at least once.
- Priority:
- Prioritize inserting character images over background images.
4. Additional Notes
- Do not generate any visual tags for
{{user}}or for characters/backgrounds not listed above. - Do not include any text or punctuation on the line with the
